I highly recommend Tiffin pool! I was in a horrible and disabling car accident, my family and I contracted Tiffin Pool to have them close my pool. They came out to my house within a week and did that for me! I normally close the pool myself! They are very helpful when you go in to the store to get your products! I've heard people with pools in different areas complain about their local pool supply stores; not here! If you live close by it'll probably be worth the drive. Prices are good, plenty of experience and good advice, no reason to try to do it yourself! Bring a water sample to Summer and enjoy a clean beautiful pool. My pool water always looks 💯!

Best service around. Have always been super knowledgeable and helpful. We recently had an issue with our vacuum and they took care of it even when it was a hassle for them and they could’ve had me deal with it. I follow exactly what they tell me and my pool always looks amazing!

The person who cashed me out was was not very friendly. He didn't greet me when I got to the register and he didn't thank me for shopping there at the conclusion of the transaction. Nobody offered any assistance while I was looking for the part that I needed either.Maybe I'm old fashioned, but when I'm spending money at a local merchant and I'm basically ignored, that frustrates me.My next pool accessory will be purchased elsewhere.

Tiffin pool center may be helpful when your pool is functioning and your just buying maintenance supplies, but if you have a problem and it is after season don’t bother them. I want to do business with someone who is there to try and help during the good times and bad! Excuses like we don’t work on weekends, or I don’t own a wetsuit, or it’s just not hot enough(65 and 70 degrees this week) is just bad business in my opinion, but then again I am old school.
