Just went in to look. Seen some steel toes but they didnt have the size I wanted.Next time!Plus they dont carry Nike which is what I was looking for in 1st place.

Shoe Sensation has a great selection of boots, which is what I was looking for. The real plus was the employee. She knows the store well and could answer any question i had. I'll definitely be back for other items.

We are from out of town and stopped on our way through. My husband was looking for Crocs , but they didn't have any in his size on the shelf. The store was very busy as people were buying back to school shoes. I think their prices are decidedly higher than our stores at home.

Ok so I tried to order shoes for my son. A few things wrong here. One new employees left alone without a an experienced manager. 2 the ladies behind the counter tell me they can place my order. One of the girls call me a few hours later and told me she can't place my order without me paying for it up front umm ok so she said they cancelled the order. Next day I received a call from a man telling me my order was in. Was able to describe what shoes I ordered so I thought ok cool. Show up the following day was told by the girls behind the counter the order was never placed so they have no idea what he was talking about. I'll never purchase anything from this company. This is what happens when you leave children in charge without a supervision. Sad that I have to shop online for simple basketball shoes for my son and wait longer because this store can't get their story in order.

The store was very cold like it didn't have heat. The workers had there coats or extra sweaters on. Kinda felt sorry for them.The workers didn't look happy but were very friendly.The store it's self was clean.

A fair selection, these are inexpensively produced shoes, so the quality is a bit touch-and-go. They run good clearance sales and have fashionable choices. I wear a size 12 (women) which is hard to find at most department stores, but they seem to have a good selection or can order them if available. There is often only one person on staff at a time so if you need assistance, it can be a wait. Try everything on before you buy them, many brands run a bit tight.

Employees didnt seem interested in being there. We picked a pair of shoes out that appeared to be marked as clearance but were told at checkout that we were wrong. Looked at the shelving and employee quickly said, "That sticker is wrong". Hard to tell which sticker goes where when they are literally randomly placed and very poorly marked.Employees were more worried about the store "burning down" than customer service.

Great place to buy athletic shoes. I went in to buy Converse all Stars for the entire family. They had them from a infants size 5 to men's 14.They also carry a good selection of sport, casual, dress and boots for all ages, sexes and dizes.

I think they need to get more in stock on certain things and certain sizes and the people need to help better and having the things that's actually on sale would be great
