My favorite ice cream place. I love their vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup 😋 Smoothies are awesome. They have so many options and reasonable prices. I really like how they have their drive-thru now. Clean and friendly service.

Funnel cake sundae and key lime artic swirl were very good!Parking: Not a lot of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like ice cream?Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap parking spot and easy to get a wheelchair to the order area.

every time i’ve gone here i pay $5 for a small shake with two toppings and it never has any. it’s vanilla with a few pieces of oreo

My son has a peanut allergy. When we came here, he asked for a cinnamon bun flurry. Until when he started eating it, there were nuts in it! Neither the server or the menu said anything about nuts in it. How were we supposed to tell? Cinnamon buns don’t have nuts in them almost all the time. They should either put it in big letters in the menu or train the servers to tell us.

Stopped here a couple times over the last few months. They have a delicious key lime pie attic swirl. When we went on Father’s Day they had free small cones for dads. Serving sizes are fair for the price and service is fast for as busy as they always are.

We always make sure to stop by Little Hugo's for vegan soft serve ice cream when we're in town visiting family. Their new soft serve made with Ripple is AMAZING. Not only do they have amazing ice cream, they also have an amazing staff who are super friendly and were so patient with us as we asked many questions to confirm their different toppings were vegan. Thank you, Little Hugo's, for allowing ALL of us to have some soft served deliciousness!

Always a treat! To me, this is the best ice cream place in Tiffin. If I had any suggestion, it would be to get actual big pretzels with a proper warmer.Update 2022: Still an amazing place! I love all the new decor and the way they try out different and new flavors and treats!

Buyer beware!!!! Charged me $10.50 for two large non dairy ice cream. All it had was strawberry syrup when we asked for fruit. First time there. Last time there.

Oh my goodness!! Shredded chicken sandwich...yum!!! Medium banana split....wow biggo! Chilli dog....scrumptious. The service was very friendly. This will be our place to eat when we come to Tiffin. Thank you

Shakes are the best in town. Shredded chicken sandwich was pretty good. Nachos, not so much. The cheese to chip ratio was pretty bad. Had a plate full of chips, had about 6 chips worth of cheese in a tiny cup. Still had a plate full of chips after cheese was gone. Overall, 4/5 on total order.

We had a terrible experience on Father's Day! Let's just say that they refused to give my 3 year old an ice cream cone(that they already had made up!) I had enough money... I tried to pay part cash and part on my card but the boy did not know how to do that... So instead of giving my 3 year old the cone with being 14 cents short (which I had, it was just on my card) they threw the ice cream away. I called a few days in a row to talk to the owner. Conveniently he was never there when I called...so a worker "wrote" a note for the owner telling him to call me... Needless to say, the owner never called me. I will never give little Hugo's my business. I've told close family and friends about this and they think it is terrible, they refuse to give Little Hugo's their business either.

Honestly, I think the quality and service here has declined over the years as someone who has been visiting since late 1990s.Ice cream is good but lots of uncovered hands handling things like pretzels being placed on ice cream cones.

They have vegan ice cream (made with almond milk). It's vanilla flavor so they can blend it with items such as Oreos to make a vegan shake (they have another name for it other than shake). It was very good.
