This is a really great Kroger. Although it is small , it was very well stocked. All 3 employees that I interacted with were incredibly nice!! Definitely will be back.Tried curbside here. They were fantastic! Love this Kroger!

This Kroger isn't as big as some of your other newer bigger Kroger, but everyone here is super helpful and kind. They have about everything you need when it comes to grocery. Everything has been fairly easy for me to find, and I like to do most of my shopping for food here as they typically have sales that save a good amount of money

Had to pick up some prescriptions from the Pharmacy. Pharmacy attendant was helpful and funny. Upon leaving the store, I forgot to put the prescriptions into my car and left them in the cart, which was my own fault. When I realized this, I made a call to the Customer Service Desk in an attempt to retrieve them. The employee I spoke with claimed to have gone looking for them, but the effort he made was minimal at best. I drove back to the store, spoke with the Customer Service desk employee in person as was told "No one has turned them in nor have we found them." While leaving the store, I found the employee who had been collecting carts in the parking lot. Upon asking him if he knew where they were, he had set them off to the side and just hadnt turned them in yet. Had the Customer Service rep actually spoke with the cart guy he would have found them instantly, but because most of Kroger's daytime employees at this location operate in different "Cliques" no one wanted to ask the cart guy if he had found them. Cart Guy and Pharmacy clerk are the only ones here who did their jobs during my interaction, which is the reason for my 2 star review. The CSR was lazy, or just didnt want to speak with the Cart Guy because they arent part of the same "Clique" or socialize with each other.

Why does their bathroom always look like it's never cleaned and smells worse then an outhouse? The store it's self could be cleaned too. Please tell the cashiers we understand they are over worked but a few words spoken is good customer service.

Love all the managers and employees. Great people! Fantastic expanding organic and natural food selections! Great quality Simple Truth brand. Stopped getting coupons for some reason but I hope to rectify that soon. They tailor the coupons mailed to what I buy! And the app let's me digitally add them to my store card and automatically applies at checkout. It's always a nice surprise to watch my balance owed suddenly drop when I scan my card.

The pharmacy sometimes gets overloaded with customers, but I’ve always found them to be courteous and helpful, despite another customer’s recent review. The grocery is solid and an asset to our community. Checkers are generally very friendly.

I ordered a birthday cake and it looked horrible! My son's name wasn't even on it right. The first 4 letters were readable and the last 3 letters all ran together. Very disappointed in the bakery department!

This is a decent lil Kroger. Plenty of parking, and usually aren't carts everywhere. The staff are very polite and remember repeat customers. The store is a bit small, and lanes get crowded easily. They have a nice supplement section and organic section. Close to the gym as well!

You're website says your hours of operation are until 10pm but when I arrived before 10pm the doors were already locked. Very disappointed. It was close to 10 and I literally only needed 1 item and would have been done by 10 so I'm super irritated because now I have to go to Walmart and I really hate going there. Would have much rather given my money to you.

Great customer service at this location! Has a money center. Does not have a Starbucks or other vendor in store.Edit from 5 stars to 3 stars: Store is still a great location to shop. The Clicklist experience, however, has become a gamble. I never know if I'm going to get expired meat and produce, crushed eggs or bread, or just rude service in general. It didn't use to be this way, which is a real shame. At this time, I'll stick to shopping in the store.If you have the time to gamble on the stuff mentioned above, give it a shot 👍

Staff is always delightful and cherry. Dropped and broke and entire gallon of milk on the floor once and the woman was nothing but pleasant and understanding while helping clean up. Great location to shop at.

My truck got hit by an errant shopping cart on a windy day. I understand, things happen. The problem is the management delayed, lied and made excuses. I made a report immediately and they "lost" it, then they told me the guy filled it out wrong and he shouldn't have filled it out anyway. Typical mindset of corporate management, shift blame, deny blame. It's been about 6 months and haven't heard anything from them!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very disappointed to find that ROOTS products have practically been eliminated from the freezer case. I asked an employee and he directed me to a freezer with one little row of shredded chicken. What happened to the wide variety of chicken and my personal favorite seasoned beef???? Roots is a local company & I would like to see their products in my Kroger store.

I was informed by the manager on duty that there are "nails and boards and lots of glass on the floors" of this particular store. So I believe one should wear steel toed boots while shopping this location! Safety first!

Always out of 2 day sales less than 24 hours, which tells me they do not order enough. Employees shopping for customers, their carts are in the middle of the isleway. I have had real friendly employee interactions and I have had rude employee interactions. Employee at self check out wants to tell you how to do her job as she just stands there, open up a register and do your own job, I do not work there! Will no longer shop there, travel to Fostoria Kroger instead.

Holy cow I have never wanted to thank a company more in my life. I took my newborn to the grocery store for the first time today and let's just say I had a lot of anxiety and it didnt help that he wouldn't stop crying and I had to hold him the whole time. I went to get in a check out line and the woman directing lines opened up a line for me and unloaded all my groceries while I got my card out. The woman bagging my groceries took them out and put them in my car for me and took my cart all while assuring me itll get better and that I was doing a good job. I could cry. That kind of kindness is what this world needs more of. Thank you Kroger for having exceptional employees and helping this new mom not lose her mind.

One of the largest grocery store companies in the USA and also one of the best. Founded by Bernard Kroger selling coffee and still has some of the best coffee in the world. These stores are the best groceries wherever you find them. No one else is better.

The only good thing about Kroger is the staff. It use do be a great place to shop. Since COVID-19, Kroger has significantly gone downhill. Good thing I didn't invest in any Kroger stock!

I'm usually a walmart shopper. In and out grab a couple things. Kroger is some seriouse grocery shoppers! Coupons out, reading lables, chatting with people who they probably see same time every week. Combine that with narrow isles, took longer than I wantedBut found good prices. Pretty much everything I stopped in for was on sale with Kroner card. Girl at the check out was pleasant. As a manager at a convenience store I noticed that she had the qualities of good customer service...almost offered her a job!

Clean store. Not enough employees, had to bag my own groceries last few times I have been there. Better than Walmart. Isles are too small and very annoying when employees are doing the online shopping for customers.
