Owner of this place is so rude! Please take note of many other people saying the same thing. The only reason why he gets customers is the price but pay a few more dollars and get someone who cares. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE!!

We have been bringing our dogs and cats here for years for grooming. These two folks have done an amazing job with our animals and also catered to our needs and wants of our animals.. we have called them up when our dog was sprayed by a skunk, and other situations have happened and they have gotten us fit into their busy schedule to help on numerous different occasions…. They are very accommodating and real people… Due to the jobs that my significant other and I have we cant always pick our animals up right away when they’re done like we would want to and these folks never give us a hard time they take care of them.. again I want you all to know we have been going to them for years with different animals and they have Always taken care of them.. We had a flea problem with our chocolate lab a couple summers in a row and they were always able to take care of the situation and when I dropped off the flea medication they always made sure my dog had it on her after her grooming…. These people really care about their animals and request from the animals owners.. They have even called me after I’ve dropped off to make sure I get what I want done..! I totally recommend these guys to take care of your precious babies as they really care and it’s noticeable that they enjoy what they do..!

Wouldn’t recommend, very unprofessional behavior from the gentleman. If you run a business you should keep hateful comments to yourself…respectfully you lost potential future customers due to your poor social skills.

Had a last minute trip come up, and needed to board my dog for the first time since moving to Tiffin. Very happy with the care and attention they gave to my dog.We have a grooming appt scheduled there this month as well!

All I can say is that my dog survived.I did not do proper research on this business and because of $ already spent on vacation reservations, I was forced to leave him there.Now that I have first hand experience, all I can say is that you get what you pay for. It was cheap and the attention was minimal.My dog had dried feces on his rear and his bed was covered in paw print shaped dried feces, as well, leading me to believe he had to have walked in his own excrement. My dog also smelled terrible.I was made to remove his harness and place him in the kennel area myself and was told he would not get walks. My dog has always relieved himself in grass and had nothing but concrete at this facility.The man with whom I dealt was abrasive and rude to me when I dropped off my dog. He actually yelled at me when I tried to ask questions. He was not interested to know anything about my dog's demeanor or health issues. He did not take the vaccination report, either.If you want your pet shoved in a narrow cement kennel and fed twice a day and nothing more, this is your place.If you want caring, professional and curteous service, don't consider this place.My dog seems fine, but I won't be a repeat customer.

I am not happy with this place at all. There is no way he fed her the amount I told him she eats or she wouldn’t of had the food left that we took for her! I had sent toys with her and didn’t get them back but I’m assuming they were covered in urine since she was also full of urine and smelled soooo BAD! The owner was very rude and disrespectful and when we picked our baby up he wasn’t even careful when handing her over. He just dropped her leash and luckily she runs to us and don’t take off. She has sores on her legs from being locked in a kennel for those 3 days. I had no idea her stay would be the way it was! He is only concerned about the money and has no compassion for animals. I am actually surprised the state allows him to run his business like that! It’s a shame! We definitely will NOT be going back!

The owner is very rude & not professional. We showed up early to pick up our fur babies & found them to be dirty/stinky. The owner was very upset that we came back early & acted very unprofessional; slinging the dog leash around & let our husky just run, not being careful to hand over the leash. He was so angry, he was unable to have a professional conversation regarding the cost... He charged us the full stay anyway, but could not talk about it like a business man. The dollar signs clouded his ability to treat us & our animals with respect. The extra $48 he did not earn from us, but took.. will be the last money he received from me as I will find another kennel that cares a little more about animals. I tried calling him to discuss his behavior, and he continued to be rude...

Great place to kennel your animals...My dog loves going here & even whines when I pick him up to go home. Dogs are clean when I pick them up. They do a amazing job grooming your dogs as well. Very very nice & friendly people. I will never kennel anywhere else

Have used them to board our dog 3 times now & have never had any problems. Affordable, friendly, & my dog is always well when we pick him up.
