This store refused to stand behind their company's lifetime warranty, I recently purchased a larger socket set from here and it included duplicates of one size and was missing another size. They refused to exchange it for the correct socket and insisted I empty my toolbox to return the entire set just for 1 socket. Called another harbor freight store, they'll exchange the single socket no problem! I definitely will not shop at the Tiffin Harbor Freight anymore.

Chinese garbage that comes with a restock fee of over 20%. Keep that in mind when you purchase there "literal" junk. Hot garbage and they aren't afraid to bend you over and take your money.

Thos post is for the bigot Harbor Freight at 682 W Market St, Tiffin, OH 44883. They do not like black or brown people. I went to return jacks that failed and as soon as I walked in I was given ugly looks, rude behavior and attitude by Angela and her co worker. Not to mention she attempted to keep some of my money when I returned the jacks. When I asked to speak to a manager she was screaming quit following me, why are you threatening me while I was standing in one spot talking to her and her coworker Kate. As I was walking away Angela said " you people". When I heard that I turned around and said excuse me. She stayed quiet and I walked out. I told the GM and reported it. Let's see if they care about minorities like they do the bigots.

Went there for my company to pick up a new drill press after the old one on warranty broke down, normally go to the one down in Delaware and they just take care of it no hassle but these guys made me call customer service and go through a whole process before I could switch out drills. Not a horrible time just not as good as other places.

Tiffins Harbor Freight in has to be the best HF in existence. The employees are always super friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need. They all seem to actually care about the customers experience, which says slot especially since they don't have customer service surveys.I go to this store for all of the needs that they can meet.Hands down the best Harbor Freight experience you could ever have.

I live in Fremont, Ohio and can't wait for our Harbor Freight to open. (more about that in a few... ) I am writing about the Tiffin, Ohio store. You can get some pretty good deals on a lot of useful tools and supplies at HF, but you do have to keep an eye out for them and use coupons as they are available. The people that work at the Tiffin store are very courteous and helpful. I have yet to find an employee there who will not go out of their way to be of assistance. I enjoy going there not only for the value of the items, but moreover for the people who I have grown to know and like.I know their are a lot of people who are HF haters. All I really hear whey drone on and on (like I'm doing now...) is blah blah blah, the thing, the thing the thing. If you dont like HF, dont go there, dont buy their stuff. I'm sure the $5 - $10 dollar you spend there isn't going to put them out of business.Now a little on Fremont's Harbor Freight. I have heard out and about that Harbor Freight is coming to Fremont, and probably in the current Staples property . After a little digging I found out that the Staples property is for sale. A little more digging I discovered that the property is under contract. While the buyer was not published at the time of this review, all indications point to HF. Nothing has been leaked as to when this may happen but I am putting myself out early as saying that this, will in fact be the closing of Staples (I hate to see any store close) and the replacement by Harbor Freight. More as this happens.Peace out.

Lots of tools at good prices. Not sure how it can advertise a parking lot sale when nothing is in the parking lot. You should be able to find what you're looking for here.

I like it when the employees doesn't bother you all the time like they do at ACE hardwear. The employees ask if they can help you out but they don't follow you every where in the store.
