Would give them 0 stars. I have had nothing but problems with this location. I was told my script would be ready “this afternoon” …. I go this afternoon and it’s not ready but would be “expedited”. Not a big deal. I come back 2 hours later and still not ready and “won’t be ready until tomorrow or day after”. This is an antibiotic and steroid I am waiting on because I am sick also. Not just an everyday med. As soon as I complained, they had ready it in 15 minutes. Ridiculous! Staff is not kind either. They all act like you are a bother. Going elsewhere from now on.

Went in there to pick up some meds. I went to purchase another shelf product that was 19.99 get asked about getting a card I said no, was told u wouldn't get any savings, then my product rang up 39.00 when the barcode with the shelf price was 19.99. And the product was already over priced compared to other places In town.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Sicker than I have ever been and they suggested (as I'm coughing my lungs out in their drive-thru) that if I come into the store they could expedite my prescriptions. Said it would be 2 hours for a Zpak and a Medrol dose pack, at 5:15pm, but they close at 7pm. So probably tomorrow morning. Why can't they expedite it if I am in the drive-thru? No, you want me to come in and infect the whole place with whatever this is. It's ok, I'll just go home and die in my sleep from coughing so hard. This isn't my first, or tenth, bad experience at this CVS. Literally could drive 30 minutes one way to next CVS and get my RX sooner. Absolutely horrible commen sense.

Just wanted to update this review. I did hold it at two stars for 3 years but I'm going to downgraded to one. I get that they're behind but there's no reason to be rude. Just called in to ask about status on a order and was told it's going to be at least a 4 hour away. I said would it be better to call back around 5:00 and she said" I don't know we're busy "and I said well when should I call back and she said" I don't know that's up to you like I said we're busy." I apologized for the inconvenience of calling that was the experience.

There is an older male worker who bullies and belittles customers who chose not to use the CVS app when picking up a prescription. Last experience there was absolutely awful. Told him there are lots of other pharmacies in Tiffin.

I go here all the time because my flex spend is good for just about everything that's eligible. Never had an issue with staff, all of them are friendly. They even had meds in stock for me that other stores did not.

Very rude people at the main counter the last two times I went there. They rudely insisted I use self-checkout without bothering to find out why I am waiting at the counter - needed to buy Covid tests which can only be handed by a person behind the counter and cannot be picked up and scanned at self checkout.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. Took almost 48 hours to get antibiotic filled. That’s a long time to wait when you are sick! We called twice and both times were told they would have it ready in an hour (they did not). The third phone call, I was told they were short-staffed and that they were behind by hundreds of prescriptions. Scary! We did eventually get the meds. May be trying a new pharmacy next time.

I get all my RX prescriptions here. They are always ready but some of the staff is rude. never the same people working.

Terrible pharmacy customer service we have been going here for years and have not had problems and now all of a sudden you go through the drive thru and get completely ignored say in line for 20+ min and ended up having to go inside to get meds
