The prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and answered our questions. The tables under the pavilion was nice and clean. The ice cream was really good. Our dog loved the pup cup.

The girls there are very nice, the large cones are actually large, and the ice cream tastes great. We like their orange vanilla twists.

First off had to wait in line for hours !! Then I asked for a medium flurry with extras whip cream I get one that is smaller then small!!!! With a dallop of whip cream and melting everywhere no lid , no napkins so it’s all over in my car and paid almost 5 dollars for a bite of ice cream ! Never again will I go back !!!!

My favorite ice cream place in Tiffin. Delicious Toft's ice cream and many creative types of sundaes and parfaits. Service can be a bit slow when it gets crowded but it is worth the wait.

Yesterday I stopped by the Big Dipper and ordered a small Toft's Ice cream and a small soft serve totalling $4.25. I had just gotten a $50. bill at the Huntington atm and used it to pay. The girl gave me back change for only a $20. When I pointed out the error to her she said that I had only given her a twenty. I again informed her that that was incorrect. She then opened up her register and found my $50. She acknowledged her error and then gave me back another $22. I told her that was still incorrect and said it should have been $30. more, not $22. She seemed totally confused at this point as two more girls came to the window to help. They seemed confused too so I gave them all the money back and said to start over. I said $50. minus $4.25 is $45.75. For some reason that still didn't seem to add up to them, but they finally gave it to me.How can kids with such poor math skills attend expensive schools like Heidelberg and Tiffin University? When I drove off they seemed angry. What the h*ll?

Stopped by for the weekend and the locals pointed me here. I was not disappointed. There were SO MANY options! I took the recommendation of the very friendly staff and had a great frozen treat.

Ok, I'll start this of by saying I love Ice cream. Whenever I'm even near Big Dipper, I have to stop. They have an insane selection of flurries, as well as other items. I don't even live in Tiffin, but whenever I visit I make sure to swing by Dig Dipper.

My family visited the Big Dipper on 8/3. We ordered a waffle cone and a flurry. When both items came out wrong, we asked for replacements. An older woman working the register refused to replace one of the items and told us we ordered the wrong items. Be careful when you order - apperantly cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone sounds just lile chocalate soft serve in a waffle cone. Terrible customer sevice and average ice cream (if you get what you ordered). Next time we will go somewhere else.

Best place in Tiffin for ice cream! If your unsure of a flavor, try the puppy chow flurry or my personal fav in the fall is the pumpkin pie flurry! :)

Just rembered to check your order before you leave a coney dog with cheese and onions is a hotdog on a bun with onions and cheese! No coney sauce!!!! I didn’t even eat it but live to far away to return!

Soft pretzel tasted old, cheese had no taste, very disappointed. My cookie dough flurry had way too much cookie dough.

Good ice cream. Food normally doesn't take too long to be prepared. Solid service, but not the best.
