Really appreciate the service here for my first visit to Turning Tails! They were able to fit me in to a really early time slot for my schedule and that can be hard to find. I'm sure heelers have some reputation for being hard to manage or mouthy but the groomer raved over my dog and it helped me to feel they took the time to work with him. He looks and smells fantastic, thank you!

I would highly recommend them for any of your pet care needs. I personally use them for all their services (grooming, boarding, doggy daycare). Awesome staff that go above and beyond for your pets. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere but Turning Tails.

I boarded my dog here for ten days. The staff is wonderful and very caring. I think they enjoyed having him there as much as he enjoyed his time there! I opted for two days of "daycare" time while he was there so that he could hang out and play with the other daycare dogs.He must have had a blast because he was worn out.Next time I need to board my Rolf he will definitely be going back to Turning Tails!

As a local groomer who doesn’t offer boarding… I send all of my clients here.I love that they don’t cram more dogs than they know they’re capeable of having at one time in just for the money . The dogs get one on one time and the facility is extremely clean and well taken care of. Your pet isn’t just a number here, when Sammy stayed there they gave me lots of updates which is always appreciated

Just had Mandy's nails cut. What a good experience. In the past she had to be medicated and still did not do well. They just took her back, cut her nails with out whimper. Will definitely return.

They were so nice in accommodating my dog! She is a rescue and afraid of doorways so instead of wrestling her in they cut her nails out on the sidewalk so that she would feel safer! It meant a lot that they were so good with my baby. Great employees and they definitely care about your pet! I definitely recommend them!
