I would give 5 stars, but twice now, I have stopped in to pick up a few steaks. The first time the younger guy at the meat counter grabbed the steaks without gloves and had a band-aid on, it was gross. I figured I would give them another try. Well, today, same guy coughed into his hand right before reaching in to grab steaks, again no gloves. Disappointing bc they have good meat and are on my way home from work. I won't be back

I love this place. They have everything you need and nothing you don't. In particular, the butcher is fantastic. The staff is also wonderful.

Good small town atmosphere. And the food that is made there .....GREAT....make sure you find the bakery in the back ....you don't want to miss out on the fresh baked goods.

Small town grocery with a great meat counter. The place to go for good bone in rib steaks! Meat prices are usually great, everything else is priced high. Good for quick stops, so you don't have to drive 15 minutes further to a big name grocery.

Store could use some cleaning and when waiting at the bakery or deli or hot case it shouldn't take 5 mins or longer for someone to acknowledge you are standing there and get u help!

I really like this store. I no longer live close by but still travel there for the fresh meats and their exceptionally delicious bakery goods!! So many people don't even realize there IS a bakery at T.C. Market even though it's been there for 25+ years! Walk in the door, make a right then a left at the service desk and boom!... Bakery at the back of the store. You won't be disappointed!

I picked up two ribeyes today to grill. If you've ever been down to Portsmouth, OH the Scioto Ribber has the best ribeye steak I've ever had. As I eat this steak, I'm thinking I've found a new favorite. Absolutely delicious. Amazing cut and second to the taste, was the price.

Just another overpriced small town market. They do have a meat counter that is said to be fresh cut. I bought a chuck roast and beef tenderloin steak at a good price. I will update once I make it and try it out. Can't imagine it being worse than kroger.

Stopped in to grab some last minute items that I needed for Christmas dinner. By far not what your expecting to see in the average food market but fits the community needs and normally has what you need. Staff was warm and inviting and anxious to help.

I told the cashier that I had two orders she did acknowledge me when directly stated I had two orders one food and the other was just misc. Stuff two packs of Marlboro Black 100's and two 20oz. Diet Coke bottles the cashier rang everything up as one order I then reminded her no I have two orders one on my food card the other cash she insisted that she could not change it that I had told me this three times when I then told her I'm not paying like that and requestedto see her manager she told me no ¹I had to pay it in cash again she told me no and i have to pay in cash oi refused to move or pay it all in cash finally had someone got her supervisor and her supervisor instanl⁶t fixed the issue and I ws on my wayNM now why would this cashier tell me I have to pay for my complete⁶ order in cash but yet it only took me one minute to get it taken ca⁵why why was this arrogant store employee not reprimanded for treating a regular customer of this store now for over 20years we can take our business elsewhere and I'll continued to share this storyyew she made reprimand this employee for bullying a handicap regular customer of this shoppingCustomer

This market in Thornville has the best fresh cut meat you could ask for. I think the prices are great and not more that any big chain grocery store. They are very friendly and always glad to wait one you!

They have some of the best meats around. There is hardly any grease in the hamburger or ground pork. Their pre-made hamloaf and meatloaf are the best. This is the only place where I can find The Hawaiian ham lunch meat.
