These folks are great. I went in with a gallon of paint that I was trying to match and Chelsea went above and beyond the call of duty to try to make it happen. I was impressed.It's good that we still have stores like this in our day and age.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Took my stihl fs 56 rc in for a pull string and a tune up, not only did it take three weeks for that simple process, I was charged for bolts that I know were in it when I took it in there, they charged me 105$ and I got the piece of equipment back still broken!!!! I take it back to have the corrections made and “it was running fine when the technician did the bench test on it”. I pulled the string three times to start it and it locked up, you people were the last ones to do anything with it and it was working just fine until I took it in there. Prime example of why local business is being run out, over inflated prices and terrible customer service. You won’t be fooling me again C&E!!! Thanks for nothing but a giant headache

As usual, owner Tyler gave me top notch customer service. Went in to pick up my 20 year old mower to discover that the motor finally died. So I bought this bad boy. Can’t wait to use it. Tyler took the time to explain everything I needed to know.

Iv tried to talk to Tyler 3 different times just to thank him for something.Everytime I have I waited to long for him to get back or try and come talk to me. Iv called a few different times. I went and talked to 3 different employees that told him I was trying to talk to him to try and talk to him face to face and iv always had to wait an excessively amount of time. He would not come out personally for whatever reason. I tried to be a customer but it doesn't seem like this local business is worth investing in.

True value didn't have what I needed in store but was happy to order it for me at no extra cost. I like that they are still family owned and community based. It's nice that they are truthful and helpful if you need it and not just out to make a buck..like say walmart. They have a wide selection of everyday needs and repairs and now a days they even sell guns and ammo. So if you have the extra time or need to do a project or even a small repair just stop by true value hardware and help support this family/community owned business. Thanks..

The store looks really nice now. I bought a couple of the old nuts and bolt bins. I would come back and shop definitely. After my first experience when I moved here when buying some router bits the old man there really didn't win me over in any way so I took my business else where for 10 years. But I'm not sure who is there now. Everything seems to be running very well and I will return for sure.

Came in after the remodel and the store is significantly easier to navigate now and looks great! Same friendly and helpful staff as always. My only complaint is that their prices hover a bit on the high end for most things, but it’s not a deal breaker in most cases.

Best place around to have a saw maintenanced and sharpened in town. Their mechanic was a logger for many years and really knows what he's doing with a saw bar and chain, as well as a 2 cycle engine.Staff is always friendly and helpful, even if they do not carry what I need they have never failed to direct me to someone who did.

The lady in the back needs to go through some customer service training,actually she should probably pick a different line of work,she acted like I was bothering her asking a question that she got wrong anyway,I won't mention the guy that insisted I buy $55 worth of adapters when I already bought the valve and pressure regulator there,I got it on without the extra parts

Literally follows you around. The employee stands and stares at you while trying to corral you to the register. I was not the only one. Another guy left yelling because they wanted to pat him down. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I'd give them a no star if possible...ask for a but they took 20 minutes and gave me a bolt paid over 300 for carburetor for mover ...took home missing and stops said they fixed it not there problem ...same day we got it back...very rude to customers I'll never go there again
