Amazing find. Small place but they are doing things right. The food is great, with items that you wouldn't expect to find in a small town ice cream joint. The Brussels love and pickle peppers were fantastic, but nothing disappointed.

Party of 11 dine in service was attentive and kind. Food was good especially the Porky Mac and fried mushrooms. Ice cream was very flavorful as well. Best Waffles Ever!!!!We were excited to see Swan Creek Candle Company products for sale (made in Ohio! And near our hometown). Restroom was also clean and had a baby changing station in the women's at least, unsure about men's.

It was okay. Nothing bad and nothing special at the same time. We just got cheeseburgers and fries. I have no complaints about them but at the same time it was nothing special over any other burger joint. Back when this was durgin's place and I was a teenager many many years ago I used to walk 3 miles into town to get their deep fried mushrooms but this is an entirely different building and different people running it now

In a quiet town of Tarlton Ohio.Is the best little restaurant called Crosstown Creamery with the BEST hand dipped ice cream.Whether it's Feb . Or July stop by to enjoy lunch, leave some room for ice cream. Shakes, sundaes.Are there as well.We travel one and a half hours to visit old friends and to get some ice cream. Beautiful area to go for a country ride. perfect little spot for all day breakfast! really great environment with such sweet waitstaff, nice decor, clean dining room and restrooms. I got rained out camping nearby and stopping here for some coffee and breakfast, and this place was such a nice relief from that discomfort. Very affordable prices (how many places still offer a decent breakfast for $5?), friendly welcoming service, great food.

I have visited here several times and have absolutely loved it! However, this past time we had to wait an hour and half for our food. When I asked about what time it would be ready I was ignored and then disrespectfully answered when I asked again. From my previous experiences here I have never had these issues. Food was always delivered within a good time frame and the staff was always great and respectful. This past time however I was pretty disappointed in the customer service and the wait time on the food.

Only complaint I have is not everyone likes brussel sprouts. I got chicken covered with peppered gravy and it came with mashed potatoes with gravy and fried brussel sprouts. I do not like brussel sprouts. Waitress said I could get anotherside but it would be an upgrade 1.99 extra. That's really forcing the customer to eat brussel sprouts. I would like to have had green beans or corn or side salad but charge 1.99 more. Whoa, Whoa, Whoa not right. It was first time at this restaurant. My son told me about it they have ate there a couple of times.Your food is delicious, waitress was fantastic, I just can't get over the brussel sprouts if it wasn't for the brussel sprouts my family and I would probably visit at least couple times a month.

Seen some great reviews and decided to check this place out. The restaurant was very nice and inviting, but the service was lacking and the food was so bad. I got the Brussel sprouts and fried mushrooms after seeing someone else say they were so good. The mushrooms we whole mushrooms that didn't taste cooked covered in globs of batter. The Brussel sprouts were burnt with no flavor. My husband got the burger and fries and he said they were not good either. Looks like they spent a lot on the look of the restaurant and not a lot on quality food. Very disappointed.

My boyfriend and I decided we wanted some ice cream. We decided it would be nice to go to a place we haven't been before. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we ordered a large chocolate milkshake and a Turtle Sundae. We were told to sit down and that our order would be brought to us. We sat for 25mins. How long does it take to make a shake and sundae? We finally get our shake and Sundae. The milkshake was the size of a medium, not a large. Two sips and the milkshake was gone. The sundae had two small scoops of ice cream, some chocolate, Carmel, and pecans. Not enough to wet my whistle. There are better places in Circleville, that give better portions and less money. If you want to get your money's worth, don't go here.

Bad experience all around. We should have got up and left but patiently gave them the benefit of doubt. After being told our food was almost ready, about 15-20 minutes later the waitress returned to tell us some of our order wasn’t available, we made substitutes and then waited, and waited, and even seen a couple that came in a while after us get their food(some of what the waitress just told us they didn’t have I will add). Finally some of our food arrived. While my Daughter and I waited for our food, it was discovered that the one order that did come was partially raw. We waited for our food a while longer, watching the waitress sit other tables and take drink orders, then finally went back and came out with our food, after one bite of cold food, and not wanting to hear any more lies and excuses, I paid the bill and we left, huge waste of $63 and an hour and a half of our time.

This place is the best place to eat. It's a Christian owned and operated business. The staff is like family. It's always clean, the orders are always right, and the waitresses always have a smile. If you show up on Thursday evening, there's a men's ministry there as well.
