I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve been going to this Kroger for years and couple days ago I was greeted by a very nice and pretty young lady with curly hair (I believe her name was Zain) she helped me with my digital coupons and bagging my groceries. She was very patient and helpful. I will definitely be looking for her when I need to check out my groceries.

Came to this Kroger today get a birthday cake for my sons 5th birthday, stood there with my 5 year old for 5 minutes and no on ever came. I walked around to the meat counter and stood for another 5 minutes and no one ever came. I went over to the flower shop when I saw a worker show up and asked her is anyone was working in the bakery she said "ummm I have no idea, let me check" she walked away to I assume go check. I waited another 5 minutes she never came back and I didn't see anyone come to the bakery. I will never come back to this Kroger. Doesn't seem like anyone is ever working or ever happy ro be working. Management needs to figure this out!!!

The worst customer service by the morning meat dept., shorter, black haired woman that had her hair in apony tail with a ball cap. , was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Will not be going back. after 15 years of shopping. here. I was lied to by her on the phone, when confronted if she was the one that answered the phone. she replied with a laugh and said yeah it was me and then walked away. I have boycotted stores due to poor customer service , this is is just one more unfortunately. Experience 3-17-2024 6:30 a.m

This location is clean and bright. This location is convenient off the E way and there is a Starbucks in this location as well. There is such a wide selection here. This is where we do so much of our shopping.

this place has horrible management. why do they berated and disallowed their 16 year olds workers to have breaks at their designated times or even sometimes not at all! please hire more people at your store if you are understaffed and are making the same child close more than 5 nights a week while being in school. disgusting how the state allows you to overwork people like this.

This Kroger store is clean and fully stock when I visited, the staff was also helpful when I needed help or information. They also have a gas station

Kroger is a good place to shop for groceries. I do have a problem with their produce. It never seems to be quite up to par with other locations. Their Simple Truth line is fantastic.

An excellent store, always clean and well stocked. The staff is cheerful, hardworking and helpful. My only complaint is scanning price errors at checkout. They're always corrected when identified but they happen too often. This is a good store nonetheless.

This is the #3 Kroger's in the Greater Toledo Metropolitan Area. It has a pretty good class of people as customers. I've never seen a security guard here, because they don't need one. There's a decent amount of free parking. But there's something about this location... boredom. I think it reflects the neighborhood in which it is located. It's just so plain. So, minus one star for being so boring. But other than that, you can shop here and you will not have brain-dead riff-far polluting the aisles and wasting your time. You will not see people wearing pajamas to this Kroger's.

Unfortunately, this visit was a sub par visit. The shelves were bare for the staple produce. The store was not clean. It felt like a run down dollar store except the prices were not as friendly. The check out experience was clunky. I had to tap, insert, and then insert again my card. Something was getting cancelled. Also the bagger would put soft produce with canned foods and the cold products were not bagged together. It did not make sense.

I have debated about writing a review, but the situation at this location has become so awful. We've been shopping at the King Road location for over 20 years, and the quality of the produce is disgusting. The first excuse was "supply chain" and then "availability" and finally "supply chain." That is completely untrue because I've started to go to Meijer where their produce does not look so old, wilted, and frankly, gross. What they use to sell as a broccoli crown is now a general stalk of broccoli (mostly stalk). I have stood gazing at the lack of selection and had conversations with other appalled customers. I don't love huge stores like Meijer, but I'm so upset by how the produce department has plummeted. It's not just because of covid, or the holidays, or whatever sorry reason that I've been given. It looks like a complete oversight of what is deemed quality by Kroger.

Always too busy, several weeks I have went in for the ad specials and they were out. This week alone I was there 3 times and the ad specials were out and this isn't the first time. Shelves bare this week to do storm, however, this is getting the norm for them.

I come here all the time and the staff is always extremely polite and friendly. Zach (young guy working in the self-checkout area this afternoon) was so pleasantly polite I honestly left in a better mood. This kid deserves a raise. Attentive, polite and accommodating. He didn't make me go to customer service to make change, he went and did it for me. The managers and workers are always friendly.

1 star based simply off the click list, 3 times in a row without a notification about our order, to show up and it not be ready during the selected time. Told it would be another 45 minutes...... Come back order still not ready and actually is just now getting "picked" and it would be another 25 minutes. I offered to pick the materials myself, in order to do that I would have to cancel my order and wait 5 days for my refund rather then the lady just giving me my normal receipt and let me finish doing your job for you since your "under staffing" issue is my problem! Change your system to allocate for the amount of employees you have, for now I guess Meijer and Walmart it is!

Always pleased with the friendly faces and service. I tried click list for the first time and it was a great experience! Zion was very helpful in explaining how click list works. Nice young man. Tess was excellent too when she was helping bag our groceries. They also were so nice to my boys and gave them some stickers which they loved. This Kroger is much different then others. It seems like a family more than a business.

8 pm and one cashier is working. Half of self checkout is not working. Long lines at the cashier. Bad management. I left my stuff and went to another store.

Big, brightly lit, clean, well stocked, and a pleasure to visit. Courteous staff, intelligent self checkout (I prefer self checkout), and ample parking. Good location and has a gas station. Definitely visit whenever we are in the vicinity.

This has been a great Kroger's, but I have seen a change over the past 6 months. They always have empty shelves and it seems to be products I want. It seems they let popular items remain empty until the less popular items sell. Also, they put popular items on top shelves which I can never reach. Frustrating!
