Best kept secret in the state. I am a connoisseur of homemade brats, and there is not a better brat in the state. To be honest, I can't even eat a generic brat anymore, these things will ruin you they are so good!

In a pinch, I come to iga to get hamburger, it looks good on the outside, but when i get it home and open it up its brown on the inside... EVERY time, please do better. Disappointed!
