I keep getting message to do mail order perscriptions... not within the year I have found 2 pkgs laying in our community and I delivered to them...why would I want to give up going I to my rite aid here in swanton I have spoke to them many many times on phone walked in and picked up prescriptions and there drive thru...if other local businesses in the area would treat people like they do they could learn a valuable lesson you rite aid out rank them all on any given day...thank you...you all have made swanton a better place

My sister was sent home on hospice, she was transported by ambulance from the hospital, Knowing that she needed her pain medicine when she got to the house so hospice called in her prescription that way she could have it when she arrived went to go pick up prescription and lady at the counter told me they were leaving for break and I would have to come back I explained to her my sister just arrived at my house on hospice and is in a lot of pain and needs the meds completely disregarded and did not care one bit, told me I would have to come back and roll down the window on me. I had to return home to my sister in pain with no meds and wait an hour more. I wonder if they would do that if it was their sister?

Terrible customer service. Would not fill order for 1 year old's impetigo cream. We currently have a baby with impetigo who has seen the doctor but Rite Aid in Swanton Ohio refuses to fill the order for us. Will now use CVS or local pharmacy.

I've always chosen Rite Aid's, regardless of the extra cost, no matter where I've lived. But the people at this pharmacy are rude, and frankly, just mean. I just had my medications moved to this location and I'll be moving them right back out. Teach your staff some empathy.

This pharmacy can have scripts for 3 days and not fill them until you call and ask about them or go to pick them up. Almost every time I have a new script sent in, I have to call and check on the script or come to pick it up before it gets set to be filled. I usually get told that I am signed up for text notifications for when it's ready like that should make any difference in my script being filled in a timely manner. I understand I can't expect my script to be filled in 15 minutes, but I would think within a business day's time should not be too high of an expectation.

I've lived across from the Rite aid in Swanton since 2015. So for 5 years now, my opinion of this store has gone exponentially "down hill". I don't know where they hire their front help from, but Oscar The Grouch of Sesame Street fame not only offers a higher IQ, but a MUCH friendlier disposition than the majority of the people that work up front. So much so, I'd rather get in my vehicle and DRIVE somewhere that has at least attempted to instill the idea of customer service in their employees, rather than WALK across the street.

I'm glad we have a Rite Aid in Swanton. The Pharmacy staff is professional and very helpful. Maybe cashiers aren't always on the ready but you can always see them a few steps away stocking. Store is very clean.

The associates at the Swanton Rite Aid are caring and helpful. My only complaint is they are poorly stocked compared to other Rite Aid stores.

No one is available at the front, the bathrooms are never clean, they need lots of help but hardly hire making it a constantly understaffed front end and pharmacy. Ron is great, but the pharmacy is horribly understaffed because much of the staff quits, including the old pharmacist, Matt. The 6 month training program is never started nor completed within 6 months, you pay a fortune to try and get the training going, they don't care about your availability or requirements. If you have a disability or chronic illness, don't expect to work there without feeling bullied by other staff. The front end staff makes more than the starting techs and that is just so not right. An absolutely horrible place to work, I dont know if all rite aids are the same, but the patterns at this one were consistant.

The older pharmacist , Ron has consistently been rude to other customers thank God I've never had to deal with him told one gentleman to find somewhere else when a dispute over Medicare came up also asked another customer why she just now has questions if she's been taking the medication for 6 years (pretty sure that one's a hipa violation )On a positive note the young lady that checked me out Hayley was very kind

Everytime I've gone in there nobody smile's and when I'm ready to checkout nobody is there at the register I literally have to hunt down an employee. I refuse to go in there anymore I'll drive down to the rite aid on airport hwy near Spring meadows before stepping in here again!
