The only person (Susan) in this store that treated you kindly and seemed genuinely interested in helping is no longer working there.?? The younger staff are rude, obnoxious, crude talking and act like you are a bother to come offer help. They seem more interested in standing in a pack and cackling like chickens. I'll be making my purchases out west to the other TSC on my lunch break.

I've been looking for fly blocks...even called my local store and was told they didn't have any. Called this store and they didn't carry them but Susan the store manager at Sunbury called my local store (because the system said they had 7) and although they still said they couldn't find them she encouraged me to go to the store and find them! She was extremely helpful, went above and beyond! thank you!

Employees in the store were all wonderful. I brought the red barn / garage paint in the 5 gallon bucket that was recommended to me by a nephew that he'd painted on someone's garage. I bought the paint. The color on the lid does not match what's in the bucket.

Love this place customer service is great great prices and a lot of fact that they have a dog bath to where it's only $10 if your dog a bath great price if you don't have all the clean up like you do at home

If I could give zero I would. Bought $150 solar fence charger. When I went to put it up, it did not work. Took it back to the store, was told I needed to go through the manufacturer. For a product that was less than a week old and did not work out of the box. I will never set foot in this store again and will tell everyone I know around here to follow suit.Edit - after this service rep contacted the store I contacted the service center as well, they also called the store to make sure they understood the return policy. The service center was very helpful. However, when I went to the store they still said, "I don't think we take returns on fence chargers." After I recounted the tale they just shrugged their shoulders and said "OK" and took the return. I don't know if it is a franchisee or a local manager at fault but the return policy isn't sinking in. The good news is I finally got my money back

All the usual great stuff! Plus they have a Pet Wash station and designated parking spots for online order pick ups! It's the Tractor Supply you know and love but with more whistles and bells!!!
