We love Heather! She has taken such good care of our Charley boy. We got Charley less than a year ago and Heather has groomed him a few times. Charley came from a rough situation before joining our family and is a super nervous boy. Heather is great at soothing him and making it a calm experience. And he looks so handsome! I couldn’t recommend pals pet parlor more!!

It’s evident from the very first encounter that she is passionate about animals & they love her just as much! Heather is an amazing groomer! We take our bernedoodle, Pete, to her and she cares for him like her own! She is responsive and easy to work with on scheduling and very fair with prices. You won’t regret taking your furry child to her!

Heather is by far the best groomer I have ever had. Louie (one-year old havanese) is not that easy to work with and she is so gentle and truly knows animals nature and how to handle/relate to animals. Everytime I pick him up from getting groomed he looks amazing and smells delightful. Anybody in need of a groomer needs to check her out. Prices are reasonable and I trust her with my fur baby. Couldn't be happier with the service she provides.

I have 3 pekingese and their coats can be a hand full. One has what we call a triple coat and he's a challenge for any Groomer. They always come back gorgeous! Best prices around too! I've been to other groomers in town and was totally disappointed. I send mine every 2 weeks for baths and touch ups Heather can't be beat! And all three dogs love her too!

My kitty is old, not feeling well, and has painful arthritis. Due to this she has stopped grooming herself and become very matted. Heather’s gentle touch was just what she needed to trim out her mats and bathe her. She had never been groomed before, but I could tell she felt comfortable and relaxed with Heather. Highly recommend!

Heather was Mac’s groomer as a puppy. We are happy she had the chance to groom him again. She was super patient with him as a puppy, and he was so excited to see her again. Always happy with her work too!

Heather is the best! We have two Old English Sheepdogs and one Bernedoodle and she does a wonderful job with all three. Our female OES can be quite skittish, she immediately warmed up to Heather and she never does that.
