Employee: “Ok?! I have no control over that” to a simple question about a product out of stock. I have been shopping here regularly for 4 years. I came today because the pharmacy told me a week ago that an item may be back in stock on Monday and it is now the Sunday after that. So on 4/18/24 at 6:15pm I came in to find the product. It was still not there so when I saw the employee helping a man and she seemed super helpful to him, I waited until she was finished. Then I said “Hi, this has been out of stock for a few weeks.” I waited thinking she would do what every other employee usually does and look it up and tell me when it will be available. Instead she said “Ok?” and glared at me. I was surprised because I had just seen her helping someone else and I was not expecting this response. She then said “I have no control over that.” And turned and stormed away. I have no idea what I did to this person to cause such hostility but I have never experienced this here before in my life and I will never come back.

My husband had a procedure that caused a UTI. The doctor on call was very fast to respond telling me he would call in an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening and they were very understanding and filled the prescription before closing. They in fact, stayed in order to fill it, leaving after 6 O'clock. Thank you to the staff and the parmacist.

I made an account over a year ago and they didn't put my allergies on my account. I had a possible dental infection, I told the dentist my allergy... Well both these places failed me! The antibiotic was a deathly allergy of mine. I got it through drive through not seeing it until I got home and was so enraged their system didn't catch it. On that phone, they hadn't even put it on my record! My mom who had to pick up my meds while ill had ALSO INFORMED THEM of my allergy, so twice these people had a chance to get this on my record and catch it so I wouldn't ever get it! What a complete failure of a pharmacy. Switching to somewhere else! I had a migraine limiting my vision and what if I didn't look too carefully, I could be dead! It was the only non boxed medication, it was the only bottle, normal deduction would have had me just take this! This was terrible incident, not an accident when they had numerous occasions to put down my medicine allergy that hospitalized me 3 years ago!

Horrible experience! The website and texts do not update or update only when new prescriptions are paid for and my spouse doesn't get updates AT ALL. I learned to call first, very quickly. Called and was on hold for 29 minutes before being hung up on. Called again and gave up after 10 minutes on hold. Called an hour later, same thing.ed again, was on hold for 34 minutes before pharmacist answered. My medications were ready, particularly one my doctor wanted me to start as soon as I could. Called the next morning to ask that my partner's new meds be filled and was told they were being filled "right now" and would be ready for pick-up in 30-45 minutes. Stopped at drive-thru, cashier got the pharmacist who told me that my partner's meds had not been filled and my new one was backordered We waited through a line of 7 other customers for the pharmacist to walk back on any meds being ready, and come back tomorrow. I called again this morning and the pharmacist got incredibly rude when I dared say ,"I'm calling to make sure everything is ready before I spend 15 minutes driving to a different town to be told nothing was ready yet." Icing on the cake, my spouse's meds that the pharmacist told me he "was filling right now and would be ready in 15 minutes" were not even filled yet! When I dared have a problem with that, he repeatedly talked over me and got nasty until I hung up on him. Don't go here! I tried to be decent and as accommodating and understanding that everyone is short-staffed as I could, but meds are kind of important and a big deal so I don't appreciate a pharmacist being so dishonest and completely nasty during an already high stress situation as this. No decent human being deserves to be treated the way this man felt free to do so. If this is the way he reacts to customers or patients, I sincerely hope he doesn't have children or pets.

This is the worst pharmacy in our area. They have a pharmacist named Jenn P. who is sloppy, lazy and disrespectful liar. I've had to call corporate twice on her for not doing her job. Do not use this place.

My wife and I have been coming here for our prescriptions for several years, and it’s nearly always a positive experience! This evening, I was once again assisted by Emily. Her customer service is second to none! Always remembers my wife and my name. Very friendly, prompt service, regardless of how stressful her day has been. I had considered switching pharmacies in the past, but it’s employees like Emily who keep us coming back to CVS. Too often, I’m finding this type of customer service to be a rarity, and I can’t put into words how much it is appreciated!

Zero stars if possible. I had my dr call in a scrpit 2 days ago and it was never filled. They won't even answer the phone. I eventually went to giant eagle pharmacy and got my script the next day. Wow cvs. Get it together or stop taking Prescriptions

If I could give them 0 I would have. Their Pharmacy is really bad. Steer clear, my 89 yr old mother placed a refill in on a Friday, next day they closed Pharmacy and we were told to go to Boardman Market street store. I was told by Boardman they couldn’t help her, script was already in computer by Struthers store so insurance would t let them. It is now Sunday 6 people behind their windows, no one answers phone and when I went in they still didn’t have script filled but they will try for today. If something is really important your screwed. STAY AWAY! They left 100 and some people in the lurch with infilled prescriptions according to Market street CVS in Boardman.

Absolute clown show of a pharmacy. You call in a prescription and it takes over 24 hours to fill an inhaler that is in a box already. You don't even have to count. I don't know why they're such a joke. I will never use CVS again and I hope this store closes because I have nothing but issues here anytime I come here.EDIT: I thought this place was awful before, but now they apparently don't want working people to use their pharmacy. They now close the pharmacy at 6:00 p.m. every day, which is completely useless to anyone with a job.

The worst is the struthers pharmacy..go here if you can wait days for your scripts to be filled..they forgot to re order a script on file for over 3 years..how do you forget to re order? Custmor service is just as bad..Down right rude..I gave one only because I can't leave none..we are all short handed but this is horrible..Has happened before & thank goodness could wait..This is not meds you can skip or miss a dose..Shame on Struthers CVS pharmacy for such horrible employees..I'm sorry is ok the first time but not 3rd..

I called today and was left on hold for 15 minutes before someone hung up on me. I called back and after 10 more minutes of waiting was finally answered. The man on the phone was incredibly rude, interrupting me, being short, asking multiple times if I wanted both of the two prescriptions filled that I requested and overall being quite nasty. So after finally giving him the info, I go to pick up my pills a few hours later. Not only was only ONE of the two I asked for filled, but my thyroid medication was the WRONG ONE! I’m going in tomorrow to get my correct prescriptions and will hopefully have them in time before I get too sick. I will be switching pharmacies very soon.

This place is the worst pharmacy I ever been. I understand some days are hard and people have rough days but messing up 3 prescriptions in 2 weeks its too much. Leaving messages the meds are ready to pick up, then they dont any idea what you talking about when you go. Wait 5 ours to tell me i have to wait another hour. And this is for pain. So keep your pain because they dont care

Most of the time I have a decent experience. But one of the girls who work the window is just rude!! She literally threw my prescription at me! If you don’t like your job find a new one.. absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional!!

Zero stars because this store is horrible. Long lines for prescriptions, Ling lines for checkout. If this store can't find help then it needs to close. There are people waiting for days to get their prescriptions filled. This is sad.

Terrible customer service!! I had to call the pharmacy 4 times and got my doctor on conference on 3rd time to validate the prescription. Then when I went to the store, they only gave me 1 month supply instead of 3 months. When I called my doctor again to validate the prescription was for 3 months, the pharmacy told me they do not have 3 months supply!!! I had to wait 1 MONTH for my prescription to arrive (after many phone calls and lastly due to the wait of supply)

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Nothing but problems. Rep in pharmacy was very rude and couldn't give me a strait answer. I was talked down to like a child no wonder why they are closing so many of the CVS pharmacies in this county in Ohio. Just because someone is on medicaid does not mean we should be treated so badly.

Well never come back pharmacy is very rude had me waiting for over 2 1/2 hours which I walked in and said I'll wait I never waited this long for anything.... when you say you will wait it shouldnt be that long this is very unacceptable never again will I ever come back to the cvs in struthers, ohio

Worst costumer service experienced. Two of my girlfriends and I showed up for a later dinner around 940. They allowed us to sit at the bar . We placed an order but told they wouldn't serve us a drink due to how late it was and getting ready to close. As we got our meals they shut off the TV's in front of us and hurried us to eat taking empty plates as we finished them. We were walking out waiting for our ride they said we couldn't wait in lobby the liquor license wouldn't allow it. As we walked through door to the outside instantly the lights were off and door locked all employees coats ready to leave. I feel that the food was subpar at best and will not be revisiting this establishment! Completely disappointed!
