I'm not sure how ANY company could possibly let these animals live like this. (No hate to the employees, they can only do so much) They can't even lick their eyes. Only 50% off, too, as if they deserve any money at all for the abuse they've put these poor geckos through. The aquatic section is fine but seeing these geckos in such hideous shape actually made me emotional. I have some faith that stores like this will eventually figure it out and learn to humanely sell animals, but not today. PLEASE DO BETTER.

I have been coming to this location for so long now and they’ve always been so happy and helpful, I witnessed a rude customer cursing because someone was asking about product and he couldn’t check out as fast as he’d have wanted to, but if someone is unsure about a product the employees are more than happy to help and people should be more patient because there doesn’t appear to be too many people all at once and there’s a lot to do! Great team, great service, great store!!!

Extremely helpful and friendly. Lisa was great helping me try and figure out an issue.Besides that the GPS directions sent me on a wild goose hunt. I finally had to get onto Royalton Rd. & found they were down the street off Howe Rd near Lazy Boy & Costco !!

We had just purchased a banana ball python at a reptile show and we're in need of a full enclosure for the little little guy. The one complete starter set that was on sale was out of stock. A gentleman on the floor found us a full clearance kit that had everything we needed in it! It was perfect!!

We were looking furniture protection in advance to our new sofas delivery since we have a cat with claws. There was so many options in the store at Petco. We were able to purchase several products since they were pretty well stocked. GREAT experience.

I feel like they could have better choices for Rabbit items like Timothy Hay hideout cubbies and more organic larger fruit tree limbs for them to chew on. Also they dont carry baby rabbit food by Oxbow or any other brand I have seen. We've gotten fish, fish supplies, rabbit supplies and more there. My kiddo loves looking at their animals- great selection for alternative pets there. Great fish varieties!

Be aware that this store offers NO type of bag at all to customers who shop here. The stupid county bag law never said NO BAGS it just limited certain kinds. But more and more big box corporations have seized upon this as an excuse to save big $$ by providing NOTHING AT ALL. It was pouring down rain and we spent over $100 on lots of smaller things. Had to carry in my shirt while running to the car. The very tall gray-haired lady clerk had a negative attitude, not a people person. I hope she is nicer to the animals. She said a sign about no bags is posted on the door. Didn't we read it? As though that absolves these corporations somehow. Not likely that we will be returning unless they provide Bags (which they can have there are options). Chewy online will get our business.

Two words come to mind when thinking of this location, those are understaffed and understocked. The faculty that are working in the building tend to be nice and fairly knowledgeable, but they often have a hard time keeping up with customer checkout lines. The store will also run out of some of the more popular food related items frequently.

by far they are the best handlers when it comes to my dog and trimming her nails to perfection as always! thank you for making Harley and I's experience feel very welcomed every time we come in there...she definitely appreciates the attention and free treats! thank you too for not acting afraid of her and keeping an open mind just because she's a Pitt mix...unfortunately there's still some ugly ignorant people who think otherwise out there...

I took my dog in to the Strongsville store to work on basic training and attention. The staff was very in tuned to our training and gave us space. Once it was clear we were just hanging out, they were friendly, asked if they could pet her and offered treats but only after asking about allergies and making sure it was ok. Very nice experience and Sadie loves her new bed!

The associates here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The animals are well cared for. I have never had issues with any of the pets I have gotten here, and we've gotten fish, a geckos and a bearded dragon.

This Petco is large and has supplies for cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, birds and whatever else there is. Petco's prices are higher than they should be, but they have nearly everything.

The team at this location has been trimming/dremeling my hunting dogs nails(11 yrs), along with the basic stuff and have never once disappointed. Great place to take your pet!

There was a dead frog in one of the enclosures and when I told an employee he goes "uh huh uh huh yeah I know I know" and then was very quick to walk away.I used to manage a small animal department for Pet Supplies Plus and this behavior is not acceptable. Not only did he shrug me off but he also is knowingly leaving dead animals in cages. Not ethical and not a good look for your store. I'll take this down if I hear back but I doubt I will

The best. Very helpful about reptiles. Great place to buy crickets. Grooming for small (and honestly, difficult dogs) is wonderful. Knowledge about animals and customer service is great!! They helped me out in a bind tonight. Can’t thank them enough!

I didnt get the associates name that helped us but she went above and beyond to help my 12 year old daughter get everything she needed and all her questions answered when she purchased her very first set of guinea pigs. She explained to her the different items they used in the store as well as how she personally cared for her own animals at home. She made sure she understood everything she was explaining before we left the store. She knew my daughter was using her own Christmas and birthday money to make this purchase and that she'd been saving for it so she helped her get the quality products and price matched the website for her. It was an overall amazing experience.

I love this store. I have several animals so i shop here alot. However today i purchased a fish and i was asked what other fish i had. I explained and the girl was very helpful and recommended that i would need a bigger tank if i wanted more fish. I got one fish and explained that we will be getting a bigger tank when the fish get a little bigger. As were leaving i overheard the girl talking to a lady with short hair and glasses and she said " next time dont sell her the fish" is that policy here? You dont sell fish if you feel i have to many in my tank?

People there were helpful and friendly. I went to buy some dog food for my daughters dog. They didn't have exactly what she asked me to buy, but what I did get, the dog ate it right up and was looking for more. Highly recomend Petco, since they have wide selection for your pet.

Shane...Shayne...Shanye however it was spelled was incredibly helpful. He walked my girlfriend through getting the appropriate cage and pad for the cage. He then recommended getting an orthopedic bed for our dog which we ended up getting. He also helped us through any concerns we may have. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Best service we have had at a pet store
