Love this place ! I highly recommend. We have two Golden Retrievers and they did an excellent job. My oldest Golden is 12 so I was worried how he would be. They handled him with kindness and were very gentle. The youngest is 5 and hyper. They handled him with great care too. We’ll be going back regularly for sure !

My old lady pups are treated with such love and care here, I can't imagine going anywhere else. They do an excellent job each time. Everyone is so nice & pleasant, and most importantly are patient with my girls (10, 14 3 legged).

Janet did a fabulous job grooming our Retriever/Spaniel/Border Collie mix! She blew out his undercoat and shaped him beautifully, from his tail to his paws! So happy with his first full service visit. We will be regulars from now on!

took great care of my nervous nelly dog lol! came in for a walk-in nail trim and they were so welcoming, it wasn't stressful for my pup at all and they did great with her nails

I scheduled my grooming 8 weeks in advance. Was then called the week of to be told they scheduled me on a day they aren’t open and I would need to reschedule. This pushed it out another 3 weeks. I then call the morning of at 9am to confirm the time of this new appointment. Nobody answered so I left a detailed voicemail, as instructed. They call me 13 minutes AFTER my appointment time to tell me I missed it and need to reschedule. So unprofessional. I have tried to be patient and understanding when they made an error, but this is too much.

I called so many times to book appointment, always getting answering machine. Today I go for my two dogs appointment and was told groomer called off. Nobody called to save me a trip. This is the most unprofessional place. I would not recommend to anyone

I've put my dogs in the very capable hands of Carrie at Pampered Pooch for over 15 years, and they love her just like I do. She's not only a good groomer, she is so knowledgeable about dogs that I have asked for her advice many times. Even though I've moved 45 minutes away and there are plenty of groomers closer to home, Pampered Pooch is worth the drive!

I LOVE the Pampered Pooch! They always treat my dog with love and respect. He has a stress-related disorder and is so nervous about going to the groomer, but I never have to worry about him in their hands! They're very friendly and caring and my dog always comes out looking great!

Carrie and her team have been grooming my dogs for over a decade. At one time I had six and she always, always makes them beautiful. They come home happy and strut around like beuty show conestants. Works around my schedule and fits in multiples to make it easier on me.Cannot say enough about this lovely, caring woman.

I used them for about a year and really like the cuts and pricing. However, the last time I showed up early for pickup and it appeared the groomer was being rough with my dog while he was muzzled. He looked traumatized, I asked them to remove the muzzle (they did, and finished the cut while I was there). That experience did not sit well with me so I will not be back.

Carrie and her crew are so good with our dogs that we travel 1 hour from Rootstown, Ohio to Strongsville, Ohio every month just to get our two dogs groomed by them! Excellent cuts at a reasonable price!!

I won't take my Goldendoodle to any other groomer - this is legitimately the best groomer in the greater Cleveland area. Janet is fantastic, and my dog always leaves with a perfect haircut.

My dog ended up NOT getting groomed here. Toady was his first appointment..EVER hes a golden doodle puppy..I scheduled a few weeks back and I wrote down in my planner that the appointment was at 930.....I walked in at 936. I had never been here before, I got turned around and even parked in the wrong parking long. I rushed in an apologized for being a few minuets late... IF I AM EVER MORE THAN 10 minuets late to anything I would always call and let the person know. The lady was very snippy with me and said "a couple...." I replied yeah 930 right? She said no his appointment was at 9...I apologized over and over and said no big deal if she cant get him in. She said she could but it would "take time..." was very rude and aggressive. Look, God forbid I wrote down the wrong time... mistakes happen I am a human!!!! Just tell me you can't get him in NO BIG DEAL. I am not going to leave my dog in the care of someone with such a horrible attitude.... clearly she wasn't going to treat my dog well. Don't be in customer service if you cant accept that people make mistakes. I apologize IF i actually wrote down the wrong time and was late....YOUR BEHAVIOR WAS DISGUSTING
