Absolutely love our groomer Marissa. She's amazing with our baby, and she's always going to different educational activities for animals. Our baby has been going to her from Day 1 with his puppy cut in 2021. Will follow her anywhere.We also love all the crew at Hollywood feeds. Best place ever

Hollywood Feed in Strongsville is my favorite pet food store! The friendly staff are always there to help and greet me with warmth and hospitality. They have great suggestions for my cats and are very informative about the foods they sell! I recommend shopping here and the rewards program is great too! My boys received a bag of their dry food and a box of their pouches for free by using the rewards program. Very generous especially at holiday time!

Every time I visit here to purchase something for my little dog, the employee has been friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. The products they sell are always high quality and they have an excellent selection of products. I highly recommend them.

My labradoodle doesn’t let me brush him, but he gets so excited to go see Katie for his grooming appointments!! He loves her, and we love how cute and soft he is after he visits 🤓everyone who works at this store is always so helpful, they listened to me patiently as I ranted that we’d tried every dog food for my picky eater and make thoughtful suggestions about grooming products, vitamins, etc. Love you guys!!

I've been going here regularly for the last few months and the staff is consistent and always friendly and helpful. Their dog baths are nice, they always have items in stock. I go here because of their customer service and the quality merchandise. They are beyond helpful! Would recommend this store to any and I do recommend to friends and family :)

Absolutely love this place! My dog was diagnosed with soooooo many food sensitivities. I went here looking for a food he could actually eat and the workers went though all the bags of food with me until we found one he could have. It took about 45 minutes but they were happy to do it. We are so thankful they did that and he is doing so well now! 😊

This store hires the nicest, friendliest people. It's small but has a nice selection. Some things are expensive but not as bad as the other huge chain in town. I like that I find stuff I don't see in other stores.

I use their self-pet wash station. It’s always clean and has good bathing products for you to use. They also provide towels and a strong air/blow dryer. Big tubs and warm water with hoses that make it easy to bath my large 60# dog. Friendly and helpful staff too.

We started coming to Pet People for our GSP's food. She is on Stella and Chewys frozen raw diet. Employees are overly helpful. Every week they ask me what brings me in, I say food, they ask me if i need help finding anything, I say no thank you, sometimes they follow me to the case and ask if i need assistance, and I always say no thank you. We have been customers since for 2 years and it consistently the same. Prices have increased since the switch to Hollywood Feed.

This is a really wonderful store, and I feel like it's a place you have to visit if you want to buy your pets quality assured food and treats. They have a lot of high end brands, so they are on the "expensive" side, but going there I feel you'd get the best selection for your pets health. And that's worth the prices you'd be paying.Also, the cashier that checked us out was super sweet! She talked to us about our dogs. In passing, I mentioned that I had a hard time finding stuff for them because they're super picky (only like soft treats). To my surprise, she gave us a sample bag of these Nulo treats to take home. Before that though, she actually tore open a bag and let me feel one of the treats to let me judge if it would be any good for them. She was really thoughtful!If I actually lived in this city, I'd be shopping here all the time for my pets. Our cashier did mention that they have more stores that might be around our area, so I'll have to check. But I'm sad I can't shop here. It was probably one of the cleanest and quality pet stores I've ever shopped through.
