The store is clean, the employees are helpful and polite, the food handlers always follow health protocols - have never seen an employee behind any counter without hairnet/beardnet. And their sushi is absolutely phenomenal. I will choose this sushi over any restaurant sushi in Strongsville!

I’ve yet to ever to be to a grocery store that an employee came up! Thanked us for shopping there, then went on to asking if we need any help finding anything! Very clean and some great products!

High quality food at high prices. Very well stocked, worth a look. They do carry the hard to find cuts of meat. They didn't have any dried mint leaves.

Beautiful clean interior well for a grocery store. Huge aisles, stocked to the gills as they say. Everyone of the staff I talked to were professional, well spoken, friendly and helpful. Plenty parking and handicap accessible. Steaks and much of the meat is vacuum packed. Variety of most products are single serving portions. Pricing is higher than say Giant Eagle, who seems to already be higher than other grocery stores. Earns 5 stars, but pricing demanded one less star.

Very disappointing and honestly scary experience. Have gotten their deli chicken salad quite a few times if I’m in the area. I was absolutely shocked when at work and opened a brand new container and started to make a sandwich. The chicken as I got to the middle was completely raw! I was scooping out big chunks of pink and raw meat. Myself and co workers were in disbelief that something as serious as raw chicken would have been sold ready to eat. I’m pregnant and not only is food poisoning a serious illness for anyone but especially dangerous for me. Now I have to go back to the store ( which we do not live close by) to even get a refund.

Had to run in for delicious pies for the holiday!Love the store. Love the wide isles. Love their brands and their bakery is the best in town. Prices are higher, but to us it is worth it. The only thing I don't love is they don't always have what I need because they are kind of a smaller store.

Love their fresh flowers, beautiful produce, wine, and cheese! The cheese experts are knowledgeable and friendly and make shopping there a real treat! I also LOVE how they pack the groceries with such care.

Excellent selection of foods and fast, friendly cashiers. Many products are unique and not found in other local grocery stores. The Tasteful Rewards programme offers much personalised value to customers. They have great produce, meats, and seafood.

I just love this store. Their customer service is amazing and I love the local buys. I needed something that they had on sale and the lady at customer service actually called the other store to see if they had the item in stock and had them hold it for me. Though it may seem small, people just don't do that anymore. They just say sorry we don't have it and walk away.

A good chain of stores for baby milk. The Hazler milk is super good and buy that regularly from Heinens.

It's kind of pricey. I'm not sure if all locations are the same with bakery items, but the Heinen's in Mentor had some of the best bagels I've had in my life. They're right up there with NJ/NY bagels. I didn't think to grab some when I was at this location though.

I'm amazed by their vast selection of organic produce that is well maintained and properly cared for. I have yet run into any problems with it being bruised. Deb suggested an excellent multi vitamin for me that's organic. it's difficult shopping for yourself with lupus and connective tissue disease, but she was so informative and helpful, I'm sorry I missed her today, I wanted to say thank you.

I've always been a big Heinens advocate and this location is just as good as any. The store is always clean, organized, and the workers are very friendly and eager to help. You can expect high quality food items, fresh vegetables, and good meats. It also doesn't hurt that it's locally owned and you can have a beer or glass of wine while you shop. Or that they bring your groceries out to your car for you. Heinens is a great business I'm happy to pay a premium for their products.

We just purchased a beef roast, (on sale) in Strongsville. My wife mentioned she saw another one there for $75. My wife is an exceptional cook. This beef was tough even after cutting into thinner strips in gravy. So for tomorrow she will chop it up more for BBQ sandwiches. We always felt Heinen is a cut above the rest with their Meats. There wasn't much marbling maybe thats part of the problem. A good butcher would know. Looks and tastes like they can be as bad as everyone else.

Great shopping experience here. Some things are a little pricy. The store is bright, spacious, clean, organized, and has a great selection and many things you can't find elsewhere. I wish they were in southern Ohio. I definitely will shop here again.

Love their fruit trays, prepared foods, bakery, and most everything the store offers. Not a huge store, but the right size. Their attention to quality is admiral. I'm signed up through my card for additional savings. Just a great place to get groceries.

Bought some Coffee Cake muffins from the Bakery department, and they were horrible !!!! Dry, overbaked, and tasted nothing like Coffee Cake !!!! Everyone who tried them agreed with me. Threw them out, and would never buy anything from there again !!!!

Excellent experience, as always. Heinen's has superior produce and meats, and lots of healthy food choices. Service is always friendly and knowledgeable. Employees have almost all been there a long time, which tells me they are treated well. A bit more expensive, but worth it for food that is always good. Prepared foods are often not to my taste, but that is a matter of personal preference.

Wonderful staff and great selection of local products!. Owners are responsive to customer requests and recently installed cart corals. Customers have option to take own groceries to car or use load up lane.

Fantastic store, with a great selection of foods. The quality of the produce was very good. We came here to pick up lunch for a big family picnic and everyone was able to find something they wanted. The food was good and a good time was had by all.

Great selection of goods. Producr can't be beat! Their prices are a bit higher than the big box stores. Today, a Tuesday, the check out lines were long! Only 2 cashiers plus express lane. If not for that..a five star.

This place rocks. It starts with aisles being cut in half. This small change makes navigating the store easy and flexible. They must have twice the number of staff walking the store making asking a question or getting assistance fast. The produce section is excellent; featuring small piles of fresh food, smartly arranged into islands that are scannable to quickly spot what you need and move on.

I love any of the Heinen's stores, this one, especially. They have an incredible, healthy selection of food, all freshly laid out, and prepared. I love the selection that they offer, plus everything is in good condition. As in, when I want to grab a can of soup, it doesn't look like it's been hurled down a football field. And even that, in itself, should be a priority for every business, but it's obviously not (I won't mention names!) and that's why I enjoy shopping at Heinen's. Plus, the staff is very friendly, lines are never jammed, and the employees are willing to help me with anything. What's not to love?
