This is a great local store to go to for almost anything. We went there tonight and my brother actually commented about how big it was. It has more than you think it might from the outside. The parking is also great too. I also find the staff to be really nice. If you haven’t stopped in, you should give it a try.

Would like to thank the pharmacist who worked with me today. Had a problem with my prescription on Monday. Dealt w a VERY rude assistant. She figured out my insurance and refunded my money after she put in my cards. I do not think he wanted to bother with me.

Go there almost daily. Love this place. The manager is very friendly and helpful. He makes it great - always has a smile and down to earth.

When I was at the checkout line paying for my items, the clerk was very rude. He had his back to me while I was paying, didn't smile and greet me at the register, and he acted like he didn't want to be there. He acted like I was bothering him and was leaning against the register waiting for me to finish paying and leave. He needs to remember that anyone who shops at that store is helping pay your bills and making sure you have a job.

Extremely disappointed. I loved the Brunswick Hills Drug Mart but the one on Prospect in Strongsville can't compare. Not only is it gouging shoppers with prices, cluttered and disorganized with ladders blocking aisles, and expired products, the pharmacy tech is unprofessional, lacks courtesy, and is dismissive. She was annoyed when I asked her to do her job and the actual pharmacist had to tell her I was correct about a medication in which she had argued with me. I hope that those that cannot live without their meds, don't get this girl. Would get better customer service at Walmart.

Pharmacy very disorganized, called in prescription, automated system reported would be ready at 100pm, went to pharmacy at 100pm for pick up and was told they do not even have the medication. Would come in tomorrow, when asked why I was not notified- they really did not have an answer. This is not the first time system reported prescription would be ready and they did not have the med and did not notify me- frustrating

I was on last night I purchased several items most important one though spaghetti sauce was not rung up. I realized this when I got home taking the items out and then checking the receipt. I went back up explained what happened sure enough the cashier had it there. The cashier admitted that she always feels bad when this happens. Well, yes in my opinion it might be time for a new job then if your forgetting peoples items.

I wanted to let the staff at the Strongsville store know how much I appreciate them. I shop there often after dropping off my older grandson at school. I usually arrive with my 2 year old grandson. They are always helpful, but yesterday they went above and beyond. I shopped again and checked out and accidentally locked my grandson in the car. My key had slipped out of my pocket while lifting my grandson in his car seat. Well my purse, phone we're also in the car. I had to run in and ask them to call the police. Nita and Linda came out to ask more info to give the police, and thoughtful enough to keep me updated! We went in today to thank them. I so appreciate them.

Cashier working at 3:00 at register (near lighter fluid) on 2/19/2020 was rude and condescending. I needed fluid for a lighter and I told her REPEATEDLY that I needed the larger, black container. She kept saying, "Which one?" and pointing. The choices were either WHITE BUTANE containers and 2 Black containers, one large and one small. When I said again it was for a cigarette lighter, she said, "Well, I don't know about that. {smoking, I guess?} I felt like she was going out of her way to not be helpful and make me think I was being rude. I can understand if you are unfamiliar with a product, but don't make me work for you. Pick one and if it's wrong, I'll tell you. I don't want to play the race card, but it kind of felt like this was that kind of encounter. Not coming back to this location anytime soon.

Came here Easter Sunday for some things the family wanted me to pick up. Store doesn't look clean, or nice and shiny, but it is clean and well kept. Tons of associates here, for the store and the day. Shelves stocked, and found what I needed. Only a 4 star because they really could get a shine and a new coat of paint, but very pleased!

Store has good deals and friendly cashiers. But the folks in the deli, which I shop at a lot, need some better training and little help in the attitude department. I smile and be nice but mostly they look like they really hate being there! Plus they do NOT know how to slice deli meat. I ask for "shaved" and I get "sliced". I tried saying "shredded shaved" and still got "sliced." The manager of the store who was obviously filling in... was the the only one who got it right! Until today...JB, a very nice young man who actually smiled and talked with manners, did it exactly the way I wanted it! Thank you for hiring JB. I'll have to get his schedule to make sure I get my Deli meat when he is working!

Kudos to the best pharmacist ever.....Yara has the gift of being a people person as well as a caring scientist of pharmaceutical needs. She treats us seniors as if we are Drug Mart family members. I am blessed & delighted to share how fortunate I am to have her on my treatment team. The Strongsville Ohio 44149 store is the best because of "Doc" ... my special name for Yara. Thank you, Drug Mart Corporate for showing you care by hiring the best to take care of us with "one stop shopping" & the best pharmacy in Strongsville, Ohio.

I go into the Strongsville store usually a couple times a week. Sometimes to buy paint supplies or just lunch. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, their pricing is really pretty good with a wide of variety of items!

Staff is very helpful, great if you need anything from eggs and frozen foods to a movie. Deli department is fabulous. Good movie selection. Pharmacy has extended hours and are very helpful.

I don't know what it is, but whenever I buy any type of food from there, it differs from what you would get when buying the exact same item at a traditional grocery store. For example, I bought a couple box of cheezits on separate occasions and found them to be barely coated with the cheese flavoring. I've done side-by-side comparisons with a box bought from Walmart and the difference is visually obvious. Then I bought double stuff Oreos, only to find when I opened them they were single stuff. It's just little stuff like that which makes me wonder who their distributor is. Makes me think they buy product at discount based on some sort of defect during the manufacturing/packaging process, but sell at the same price (or higher) than you would at a store like Walmart or Giant Eagle.

Good place to stop for things forgotten on grocery store visits. They are quick at filling prescriptions and offer video rental. They have a large variety of things from medicine, to art supplies, household items, limited clothing and food.

Today i called the pharmacy and spoke to a male worker I was asking some questions and he had the worst actitude in the world!! screaming and like he was having a bad dayI IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB JUST QUIT BUT DON"T TREAT PEOPLE YOU HAVENT SEEN OR FUTURE CUSTOMERS LIKE POOP. Thank you and i Hope someone a store manager reads this.!! I sure won't be going there for shopping . Bad customer service skills
