Went in (11/8) to purchase something from their sales ad that had a $20 rebate. They were out of stock but said it would be in on Friday (11/10). They didn't want me to pay for it on 11/8 and said I should pay for it when I pick it up. I stopped to check and see if it was in on 11/10 because I was in the area and it wasn't in yet. On 11/18, they finally called and I picked it up. They did not give me the rebate information so I went back in on 11/21 to get rebate information which took them forever to find. When I got home, I read the form and the rebate is only good for purchases made between 11/7 and 11/12. Since my receipt is dated 11/18, I can't get the rebate. Spoke to a manager who said they couldn't do anything about it. Returning the item tonight. All kinds of things they could have done to keep a customer, but I'm done with them.Update - Store manager did contact me. Offered me $20 off next time I come in. That does nothing to get me the product that was on sale at the price it was advertised. The offer to correct the issue doesn't even get me back to what they offered, let alone compensate me for the inconvenience. I won't even go in to get the $20 off.

Family, Farm, and Home is located in the old K Mart in Streetsboro, Oh. I remember going to the grand opening and thinking it was Tractor Supply in different clothing. It took a number of visits before I started to warm up to them as a new shopping option for hunting and outdoor equipment. I like their rewards program. Each purchase earns you point toward store gifts cards. Since we've started shopping there we have purchased a 7x14 aluminum utility trailer, a 60" tiller for our tractor, a 3pt quick hitch, and a Husqvarna zero turn mower. They offer financing through Synchrony with various 0% same as cash options. Beware! Only the 1 year 0% financing is offered without a "processing fee of up to $150! You need to know this because once it's been rung up you have to deal with Synchrony to get it reversed, they can't help you at the store. This isn't a negative against FFH, it's Synchrony. Though I think the employees at FFH should be more aware of this and bring it to the customer's attention at the start of checkout.To put it in perspective, the only 2 places I shop at more often would be Aldis for groceries, and Walmart for everything else.FFH is always a great place to shop.

I buy pine bedding from there and use it as kitty litter. The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me in locating it. They answered all of my questions and even offered suggestions of their own.

Canceled two online orders today (5/13/2023). Went to pick up and there were only 3 people working the store. One playing with the baby ducks/chickens. One talking to someone about what they are wearing to a wedding and the front cashier that I asked about online order pick up. she just shrugged her shoulders, didn't even say a word. That's when I walked out. When I got home and called the store to cancel the orders, they didn't even care. Just Ok, great costumer service Family Farm and Home!

Staff is so helpful. Weve gotten all of our ducks and chicks from here as well as all their food. Theyve been very healthy and no issues. Products are always great too

A store much like tractor supply but a more local feel. You can get chickens, feed for your pets and livestock, soil, gardening supplies, and much more. If you like tractor supply, you'll love Family, Farm and Home.

I went in to get a vaccine for a my cat. The vaccines are in a locked refrigerator so I couldn't get it myself. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Two employees were putting together a lawn decoration. I was told to hang on a minute by a cranky employee. I literally had to interrupt them 5 minutes later and say can you please help me?? Forget the customer service everyone was mean.

You can find everything and more in this store. They have little chicks, turkeys and ducklings. Feed, hardware, grooming, lawn supplies and even kayaks and plants. I really like the store. A great addition to streetsboro.
