Sadly we had to have our sweet Sadie girl to rest. Dr Leffler and his staff we absolutely amazing during the sudden decision of us having to lay our girl down. They were so loving and caring through every one of those short minutes we had left. I’ve always trusted dr leffler and his staff for years with my furry babies but this day just reminds me even more why I will not take my babies anywhere else. They are absolutely amazing through good and bad visits. I appreciate you and your staff beyond words!

I’ve been going to this office on and off for many years. I just recently brought my pugshire there. My Lucy was nervous, but as soon as Dr. Leffler walked in the room she was immediately calm. Always great service here.

While they seemed good for regular visits do not count on them for emergencies. My cat appeared to have a UTI and despite their FAQ saying to contact the vet immediately in these cases they required scheduling a visit 2 weeks out. When I said I was worried that would not be soon enough they mentioned a couple other vets to try, but these places were not able to handle emergencies either. This appears to be a problem with most of the vets in the area as I ended up getting referred to several locations before being pointed to one that could see him right away.

I have been taking my pets here for many years. We love Doc, and he has saved our old black Labs life, helped us to put down a beloved Chocolate Lab after he began losing an aggressive cancer battle, and keeps my Grand Cat healthy too. He has comparable prices and has helped bring bills down along the way. Marie is a well-known fixture that all our animals love as well. Tails wagging every visit, birthday cards, condolence cards and reminder calls, so yes 5 stars!

Great doctor, but try to get in to see him. This is the second time had an emergency situation and was told the soonest they could get me in was 3 weeks. Who wants to wait 3 weeks for an emergency? Will no longer be recommending them to anyone. Need to find another reptile vet.

Their prices were reasonable and they treated my cat well. They also explained all of my options for my cat's health and helped explain what was necessary for my cat to get groomed at other establishments as well as doing their own grooming. It was a very nice experience And the also did some things for my cat that they very well could have charged me for an did not. That shows that they care about the animals and their customers. Dr. Leffler and his staff are wonderful! We have taken our cat and now 2 dogs there for the past 5 years. They saw our cat through an emergency surgery, as well as helped with sickness in our one dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Liz went out of her way when we were on vacation last summer to deliver medicine that our dog's kennel misplaced. So glad to have them in my area!

They are like family. Been going here so long that my pets (had 5, down to 3 now due to old age) are like their pets. They were super supportive when we had to recently put one of our dogs to sleep (and cat). I couldn't ask for better treatment for my furry children and most importantly they care and are knowledgeable. Marie also does grooming so my dog (s) are there regularly for that. We would be lost without Doc, Marie and the great staff. When you go in don't forget to look for their office cat!

The best veterinarian we ever had. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, coordinated and extremely caring. Our two dogs regularly saw Dr. Leffler for over 5 years and one even underwent surgery there - I can say unequivocally if you care about your pets that this is the place to go. They do not overcharge, are very transparent and willing to take the time and explain every aspect of their processes. Dr. Leffler is very personable, never in a rush, and always had an excellent bedside manner with both our dogs and ourselves. My wife and I recently moved along with our two dogs and all of us miss Dr. Leffler and his staff of dedicated professionals - if we could have taken the whole office with us, we would have.

I brought Both my cats Charlier and Fletcher in for sinus infection treatment and Dr. Leffler did a FANTASTIC job! they were better within days! the service was quick, easy and extremely pleasant. Great value as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Pets health!

The best vet I've ever been to! Dr. Scott is the shiznizity , Shannon is a jewel, (good job, Scott!), and Marie's the bombdizity. If yer in streetsboro or within 20 miles, take the trip for the best pet care available. Dr.Scott's insight and integrity are invaluable. It's the only place I'll be going back to for my cats care. I just got off the phone with the receptionist 8/7/21 @ 1250pm, and that female receptionist is EXTREMELY unprofessional and VERY rude. I have never ever left a bad review on a business but this was horrendous. She was extremely unhelpful, acted as if I was a burden when all I asked was to be put on for a dental exam for my dog. This would have been the second time using them and also the SECOND time I’ve dealt with a rude receptionist. A bit of advice, if you hate your job, get a new one. As for the office itself… you should reevaluate your selection in staff. I will NEVER ever take my animals there again.

I've seen Dr. Leffler since he purchased the practice. My pets get great care & I never feel pressured into any decision. My pets have had laser surgery, dental work/extractions, spay/neutering, illness diagnosis/treatment, preventative care, and end-of-life care.The facility has an on-site blood lab, a great groomer (Marie), surgical facilities, and several consultation rooms.The most emotional conversations are those surrounding a pest end-of-life. Dr. Leffler patiently answers questions and you feel the comfort from he and his staff.Everyone is very compassionate, caring, and emotive. You can tell he truly cares for animals and their well being.
