I use the Walmart app to order food and other items from this Walmart location. They always seem to have the items that I need and they have fast delivery! Excellent!

They have all the formula locked up, and when you used to push the button, nobody would come for at least 5-7 minutes. When they did they were all annoyed and not very friendly. Last time I went, there was no button at all! I had to hunt down somebody with keys. If you are going to lock something as vital as formula away, you really should have better customer service. I’m not impressed with how I’ve been treated here and I most likely won’t be returning.

I did a mobile order and the wait was a little long for the low amount of cars present, including cars showing up after me and getting their orders before me, but Richard brought out my order and he's so pleasant and such a joy to talk to. I appreciate his thoroughness and personality.

This store is Absolutely horrible! Not only, The store is undersized, Isles are jammed packed, can't keep products in stock, Customer service doesn't exist. They now have been for weeks, closing the majority of self-checkouts! Last nite, they had only 5 self-checks open out of 25 cashiers. SMH, I waited nearly 20 minutes in the line as I saw employees at the self-checkout area just standing around chatting to each other. They don't even focus on customers! And the majority of the time, they don't even mention to customers the open cashiers. 🙄 Overall, this store just keeps getting worse & Walmart doesn't do a thing to improve it.

This Walmart is consistent with all other Walmarts. It is fine and they have almost everything you can think of; if you are a fan of big box stores.

To be honest, I never went in the store. I drove here from east of Pittsburgh, PA to watch the 2024 eclipse. It was awesome! 😎 This Walmart has an awesome parking lot for watching the eclipse from. Thank you to Walmart for putting up with us crazy sun chasers.

This Walmart is often out of stock of things, and if you do pickup, sometimes things will not make it into your order because they're, "out of stock," but when we go in, we find them. The staff are overall very friendly and helpful! Our experience here has been mostly neutral. But it's Walmart so that's expected.

Really great, has a bunch of great cool items like posters, action figures, records, and don't get me started with them snacks. Great place for friends to go to get some stuff for a hangout too

Don’t shop here if you need help from associates. I just waited 20 minutes in the same spot while a worker “looked for someone to help me”. Turns out he did not do that. Did not receive assistance and had to drive to the Fairlawn Ohio Walmart location. Will not be coming back. (Tuesday April 23, shopped at 8pm)

Had to return a TV I bought 2 days ago. After bringing in the TV they claimed that even though all of the serial numbers matched the box that the TV we brought in was the wrong size! After an hour of being lied to by a manager about what the policy's are and claiming that it’s an independent Walmart (I asked if it was, because she was being rude and lying about obvious policies and said we’re not the same as every other Walmart ) I finally told them to measure the TV in front of me. When they did it came out to 70 inches like it was supposed to!!! This was absolutely the worst manager I’ve had to deal with. After that hour I finally did get my money back and also did not receive even an I’m sorry for being wrong. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Walmart. (I do appreciate the guy behind the counter because he did apologize for everything. Give him a promotion, I bet he would do right by the customer and not let ego get in the way.)

Listen, I don't hate Walmart, I try to avoid it just because I hate self checkout with a passion. However, I am leaving a 1 star review because, while at the self checkout as I was about to grab my receipt from the machine, one of the checkout monitors walked over and hit the 5 stars on the "how was your visit?" screen. LITERALLY WHILE I WAS STILL AT THE REGISTER. Like what the actual hell was that? Maybe I had a rough time finding things, maybe there was an issue, and maybe someone was rude and pushed a button saying I had a excellent time when it was mediocre at best. The audacity of pushing the review button when you literally did nothing to enhance my experience. Wow.

Super friendly and helpful pharmacy technicians! This isn’t my usual Walmart so I was afraid there would be difficulties transferring a prescription but the gentleman I spoke with was above and beyond kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful!

Came to the store for a food dehydrator that was shown as in stock through the app + website. Get there and there’s only one type of dehydrator, almost $30 more expensive than the one we had our eye on. Worker was nice enough but had no advice other than ordering it for pick up, which we had planned on since we couldn’t find it.We order it for pick up, and the estimated time is 3 hours later. It’s whatever I’ll just come back.. but only it was ready 30 minutes later and I had to waste gas going back to Walmart after I was already on my way home. Pick up experience was fine, but I find it ridiculous that these were clearly in the stock room but no one could retrieve it for us so we didn’t have to leave the store and come back. Incredibly inconvenient and super annoying.

I hadn't been to Walmart in years and when I say years I'm talking like 5 plus years. Last time I was there there were more cashiers than self check out. This place gave me anxiety when I went in recently!! The isles we are sooooo close together now!!!! It was busy, which is great for business, but people were so close to you!!! I'll stick to ordering online from here.

I saw a couple that were buying floor mats, pull all the mats out to look at them, then left them all in the aisle. People have no class and no consideration anymore.But, on the other hand, the Walmart associates were friendly, helpful, and available. Got what I needed with fast service.

I understand the self check out situation is not easy on everyone. But there seems to be two employees able to assist for all 15 machines. As well while shopping, I noticed something extremely upsetting. It’s 2022, education and respect of others culture is important. It is well known that costumes of natives is extremely insulting to native Americans. Please do what is best and remove this. This is sad, and also a slap to the face of natives.

This is a nice Walmart with a Subway, Vision Center, Pharmacy, full grocery store, and regular Walmart store items. It is quite large and nicely stocked with a variety of items. It has an nice sports team area with reasonable prices. It is a large store with a decent amount of registers and self checkout lanes. The parking lot is large and well lit.

My visit to Walmart and still only consisted of to sell my cell phone to the kiosk cell phone kiosk the overall the kiosk is there I'm very satisfied with I got decent money for phones or either broken or still operational I recommend the the phone ATM because you never know what to get for your your phones and a little extra cash don't hurt

I have had two different occasions were I took a food item home to find that it’s ROTTEN wayyy before the due date. I got Carmel apples and they looked fine on the outside but I cut into it to make it easier to eat had I took a bite I would have eaten a rotten hollow black and brown apple. Most recently I bought ricotta cheese for stuffed shells the expo date was Feb 14th todays date is January 12th it should have been okay for another month but I opened it and it has mold and I had to throw it away and stop boiling my water for dinner and now I have a box of open pasta for nothing as well. I called Walmart to tell them but it’s currently snowing I guess it bad enough to effect the power at the store bc when I called that’s what I was told and I wasn’t helped over the phone at all.

I really enjoyed my time working there, going to get my own cart gathering my items an checking myself out, the only thing they don't trust me with is accusing me of stealing by asking for proof of payment ( receipt ). How long before I have to stock the shelves and unload the trucks.

Dingy and dark. Maybe with the money they are saving in self check out, they could invest in a remodel? We also waited 15 minutes for someone to come unlock a case for us.. why make it harder for customers to purchase items from you?

Self checkouts take longer and make it harder to checkout. It doesn't make any sense having the same number of workers tending to the self checkout process as you would checking people out. At least lower the prices if we are doing the work the employees should be doing. Things like tools are less expensive at Walmart but just about everything in the grocery section is at least a dollar or more compared to other stores.

This location is going downhill fast! The atmosphere is becoming very cringe. It gets very Overcrowded, carts blocking aisles, creepy people standing there watching you shop, it’s a mess!
