I love this store but this women cashier with the very short hair was very rude and very dismissive. I normally wouldn’t care but I have a beep collar on my pitbull and she was looking at it and then being very rude after and it was very judgmental and cold. That’s not how you should treat someone who is just trying to train her dog.

This pet supplies plus is my favorite pet store for multiple reasons. For one, the management team and staff are personable and so friendly. For two, they always have our mastiff’s food and snacks in stock and with competitive pricing. And lastly, during my cancer battle and recovering from surgery the free delivery is easy and FREE!!! What a lifesaver!! I love this store!!!

Employees are always helpful. The main reason we come is for the doggie self wash station. We bought a frequent buyer card and can wash both our dogs for $5. They provide the shampoo, towels, and most importantly clean up. The dryers are awesome and we miss this place terribly when we are out of town. It’s nice to have clean pups when they basically have the run of the house.

I can't remember her name but a tall, slender golden brown haired girl w glasses was super kind and helpful. Very friendly employees! We went to wash our two dogs and they didn’t provide brushes like our regular one PSP. A reason we will not be back to wash our dogs is the dryers are not powerful at all. Took us over and hour to dry one of our dogs

I like shopping here because the staff remembers me, and they go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Every staff member is helpful any time of day I come in. The whole team really cares about animals and they go out of their way to acknowledge and take care of their customers.

Absolutely wonderful experience today, totally redeemed them from previous experiences. I usually avoid this store, the employees were consistently rude and incredibly annoyed to have to help me. No one else had what we needed so today we went back and had an excellent experience. Everyone was super helpful and didn't make me feel poorly for asking for the insects my animals need that I can't get myself. I wish I would've taken down names to give them a shout-out cuz they were that kind!!

This was my first time using the delivery service at the Stow location. It was awesome. I received my order an hour and a half after placing it. They were out of the size of the product I ordered but called me and made a great substitution at no extra cost. The rest of my order arrived as placed. I was very pleased with their customer service and the delivery driver was so nice. I will definitely be shopping there again

This is the store I typically go to in order to buy superworms for my Bearded Dragon. However they are extremely overpriced, dead, and never have anywhere close to the amount stated on the package. Last week I bought a 50 count from the store. I typically feed my beardie 12 in a sitting. When I went to feed him for the next sitting today there were only 6 worms left. So there were 18 total in a 50 count container that I paid $8.50 for. Whenever I come to grab a container, do I really have to go to the counter and individually count them in front of the employees in order to actually get what I’m paying for? Absolutely insane.

My dog loves this store! There's so many interesting smells outside their doors.They have a wide selection of all kinds of pet supplies.My dog loves the items on their new deli. He really likes the Turkey sausages. I can't get home with those without him jumping up and down in expectation of the culinary delights! And they are priced right.I'm feeding a homeless cat and their supply of cat food is abundant! I checked other stores and their shelves were bare in the cat food aisle.And their prices were a lot less than the other stores.If you need a huge selection of cat food and dog food, etc., Go to Pet Supplies Plus, Stow!

Erica and Josh were so helpful. They helped me fit a new leash, harness and life vest for my very large and rambunctious golden retriever. Erica was also very knowledgeable about dog training and provided some very helpful tips and resources. I highly recommend this store!

Usually has what I need in stock. They are polite and helpful for the most part. They offer delivery too! The reason for the four stars is because it often seems the aquatic department is understaffed and items seem to be out of stock sometimes more often than I'd like.

Just moved to Kent Ohio, and bought an item for my cat when I got out to my car I realized that the total bill was more than it should have been. I went back in and found an associate and showed her the item and the price she was sorry it was put in the wrong place. I told her I was going to return it almost $7.00 more. I told the cashier who had originally helped me and he adjusted the price.

UPDATE 9/29 (one month later): DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND HAVE DELIVERED!!! Still haven't been fully refunded. I contacted the store. I got partially refunded. But never got the products delivered, had to order from CHEWY -- and Pet Supplies Plus essentially stole $53.29 from me. So if you don't have money to throw away... Order anywhere but here. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Decent store usually but my last experience has ruined me as they have yet to reverse or refund my charges. I ordered online, just over $53. Processed, take me to thank you page with no confirmation number. I never received a confirmation email. I wait and just figure a glitch. Proceed to checkout again... Same thing! I check my bank account: two pending charges! I call the store. They take my information. They said it takes up to 30 minutes to receive orders and she would call corporate if she didn't get it. I never got a phone call back and I'm out $106.64... And still need all the pet supplies I ordered. Needless to say, I'm ordering from Chewy this morning. What crooks!
