I went to your store for Christmas gift bags, I couldn't find the correct prices for the items displayed, a woman by the name Mary, was working in the area, moving things around and restocking. After several attempts of asking her, she was not interested in helping me with anything , I found her to be rude. I finally gave up after feeling like I was more of a nuisance to her than anything. I left without any gift wrap and a bad taste in my mouth. It's to bad, I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.

Pretty sad to see a woman twirling her hair an playing on her phone also while two teenagers I'm assuming wrestle/horseplay in the spot where the cigarettes are.. Just laughing it up like there isn't customers walking thru the store.. Won't be returning. Seems like this location is ran by children..

It is an old store but it is big than the one in Kent. It has varieties of merchandise with discounts. Some areas of the store are not that clean. The lighting is dark compared to Meijer. Check out is fast because the store isn't that crowded like Wal-Mart. Customer service is Okay.

Cashier was extremely rude. I typically enjoy coming here for the low prices and wide variety. However, the customer service has consistently been lacking. If interacting with others in a friendly manner is something you can’t do, then this job isn’t for you.

While this place has some nice finds in the closeout section, and good produce prices, but I find the store to be ran in the same "old school" fashion that it looks like. No automated check out and very slow clerks to ring up. No sense of urgency. 12 lanes but only 2 are open in peak after work hours.

Love Marc's -:the prices are reasonable and they have a great discounted goods section where you can find great gifts or things for yourself. My only complaint is sometimes that don't have enough registers open and you have to wait in long lines. People are friendly though, so that helps.

This store in Stow is a lot better than most of the other Marc's. It's clean and we'll organized and the staff and employees are pleasant and courteous.

Nice place to shop. They don't have a lot of choices, but they have most items you want, just not the brand you are used to.

I worked at this place for only 2 weeks and they use the nice people to do the work and just have the people they like sit around. It’s not a good working environment either most the people are drunk. They never trained me and just expected I would know what I was doing. Not a good first job 👎🏻

Was in this particular Marc's on 10/16/21. I was very impressed at how well the store shelves were organized...PERFECTION🙂 also clean and well stocked. Wish my local Marc's was this nice.

Don't buy meat from there, I was in a rush to get home and start dinner all the hamburger packs were swelled and I knew I shouldn't have got it but feeding a family of 7 I needed something fast. I got home and as soon as I opened the package it smelled the whole house of rotten eggs. Cereal and canned goods ok but I will never buy produce or meat there again. The service was slow, it's like they don't properly train their workers. I don't blame the workers I blame whoever is supposed to be training them.

Went in at 5:30 p.m. on a Sunday. They had 1 person running the service desk. The line was backed up with 4 people. This service desk person had to keep running to the cash register islands to check out beer for the underage cashiers and process checks, EBT, etc. So there was no service at the service desk because she was gone most of the time. Not only did I have to wait several minutes to get my beer, but I had to give up on the service desk because the line was so long. I will think twice about going back to Marcs again.

This place is stupid! The supplies there were great, but the employees are terrible! My friend accidentally knocked a chair over, and when he said "Sorry" the employee didn't respond. When he said "Um, I don't think you heard me, but I said sorry." The employee responded by saying, "Oh, I HEARD you, I just didn't want to AKNOLWEDGE you." I would just go to a different store instead of this one.

I used to enjoy shopping at marcs but everytime I go there is bring home something expired. It's not our responsibility to check expiration dates it's there job to make sure things are checked and rearranged, I bought horseradish that was seven months past expiration date .I will be shopping elsewhere, it's not the first time this has happened

Love Marc's! Staff are great. Selection is large. Store is clean. My only complaint is that products sometimes are just not there. Probably because the prices are great!

The place needs some $$ put into it. The freezer section was completely dark no lighting at all, needed a flashlight to see what was inside. Needs a lot of up keep from the floors to the ceiling. Friendly place to shop though.

Unsanitary conditions !The employees of this grocery store refuse to clean out soiled towels and trash left in the shopping carts. I asked an employee to remove the debris so that I can clean the cart to go shopping. He told me that (IT'S NOT MY JOB). I would be careful about shopping at this store. What else do they refuse to do?

I understand there’s a lot going on but if the lady working customer service would stop complaining and treat her customers with respect, then she may not have a line down the aisle. Unprofessional if it wasn’t for the location I would not go here 12/23/2020 @ 1:45pm no response from management on other reviews says a lot too.

Tiffany is an excellent pharmacist. She always makes sure I'm receiving the lowest price for my prescriptions ! She is an extremely sweet and nice person!!

Went to Marc's especially to get Coffee !!! I love their Victor Allen coffee !¡ I usually go to the Marc's in Kent but due to wrong turn I went to the Stow store !!! I've been there several times before and I like all the Marcs !!! I was able to find a toy for my great granddaughters B'day coming up !!! Found a dictionary that I needed in close outs got groceries and makeup for myself !!! It was quite busy !!!! Love all my Marc's stores !!!!!!!!

this store's manager refuses to wear a mask. during a pandemic this is unacceptable, and i will take my business to other stores where the management staff has the decency to not put others at risk. very disappointed.

I like Marc Stores a lot however I cannot stay in this store more than 5 minutes because it is always freezing . That's the one in Stow on 91 and Graham Road.So my rating for Marc's is a five but this particular store is a 0

Always a very friendly place, for a grocery store. The prices are reasonable, the closeout section is usually interesting to browse, and I've made it a regular stop for weekend or quick shopping.

A beautiful clean store lots of sufficient varieties food to choose from like vegetables always fresh snacks good and fresh meat a good sufficient variety of meat to choose from always fresh always yummy.I recommend this store to all that want to save money and walk away satisfied and 😂 happy .Thank you.

Check out boy was eating a bag of chips while scanning and bagging my groceries. They aways smash my fragile groceries and are often oblivious to customers. Always mix raw meet with other groceries when bagging. I'm no longer going to this store
