Lorenzo is awesome. Super friendly and helped with everything I needed. Honestly if I didn’t want the smoker I bought so bad, I would have returned it when I picked it up. The staff at the front was so rude and disrespectful. The person in charge was wearing no Lowe’s apparel and was screaming “I’m not even on the clock!” I asked for help loading the smoker into my truck and the look I got, made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience. After 10 minutes of waiting, a nice gentleman (customer) helped me load the grill into my truck. Needless to say, I’ll be buying all of my accessories elsewhere. What a horrible experience!!!

Nice customer service but as someone else mentioned many of the assembled items have missing parts so check your purchases over thoroughly before buying. Especially, the grills and outdoor patio swings. Lowe’s home decor and furniture is better than Home Depot but HD’s garden center with variety of plants/trees/shrubs trumps Lowe’s in Cuyahoga Falls.

I recently had Lowe's install a new fence at my home and the review of it is very complicated. Sadly. First of all, the best part of the experience was the sales rep, Scott Drenski! He took his time and really helped us make the best choice for us! He said he would be there and he was, all the way to the end! And we needed his help because other parts of the experience were highly frustrating.Lowe's gave the installation part of the job to a company, RE Connors LTD. We are not fans. The installers they sent spoke very little English based on the difficulty we had with communication. They rarely let us know when they were going to be coming, and often didn't come when we thought they would. We were not given a contact number from Lowe's. We had to look it up. The Supervisor of the crew came on the 1st day but didn't bother to introduce herself to us.To their credit, we had a couple of pieces of the job, uneven lines, that we were not happy with and they corrected it.But when it was all done, they just left. There was no statement of the job being finished. And there was a LOT of trash all over our yard. They tore pavers out of our patio to install posts and simply left them strewn about the place. They left a pallet with about 300 lbs of leftover pea gravel blocking our garage. I was sure they would come back, but they never did and I had to move it and clean up a huge mess. I understood that, given the weather, re-laying the pavers would not have been easy. But they could have at least said that to us.We were told they would walk around the project with us and make sure we were satisfied when they finished. Instead I had a message left on my voicemail from "Dan", saying he wanted to know if we were happy. But Dan didn't leave a direct number to call him back, and though he said he would call again, as of this writing, four days later, I have not heard from him again. I am including photos of the mess they left.The last issue we had was with Lowe's installation services. The installers apparently ran out of materials. I was told by one person - twice - that we would not be responsible for the cost of those materials, which was over $700. The next day a different person called my wife and insisted that the installers could not continue until the materials were paid for. She did because she just wanted the job over and done with. When I called back to ask them to refund that money because nothing in the scope of the project changed and I was told we wouldn't be responsible, the man on the other end just kept saying that there were unforeseen issues and we were responsible! I was furious. I read our contract end to end and we were not responsible. The issue was ROOTS. If you are installing a fence near trees, roots are NOT an unforeseen issue.Thank goodness for Scott, the sales rep! He agreed with us completely and in very short order had our money refunded! Thanks Scott!!!You might notice that I have said very little about the fence itself! It IS wonderful! We are very happy with the final product. The journey to get here though was so stressful. I just have a very difficult time referring anyone to Lowe's for a project like this because I wouldn't want them to have this experience.If not for the helpfulness of Scott Drenski, this review would have one star. Like I said, complicated.

I ordered a grill and did not want it assembled (I don’t know who they hire to put together these things). I went pick it up it was assembled. Upon getting it home and looking it over some bolts were loose, two tabs that you hang bbq tools on were broken off, and the cap for the igniter was missing. I initially believed they gave me a store display since it was so dusty, but from doing the return and seeing more of these grills they assemble many and have them ready. If you buy one check it over well, especially the gas line.

Had no actual cashiers working and forced me on the self checkout. Then had two employees obsess over my cart like I never did it before. Red Bull wouldn’t scan, took 15 minutes for them just to key it in. Never felt so creeped out going to a hardware store. How about you pay living wages to these people and get actual cashiers again?

I'd give negative stars, but some employees tried to assist me, but they sent me back to the useless cabinet guy. Per their online page and app, they had the item I needed. One assistant showed they had 2 in stock. However, we couldn't find it, so she sent me to the cabinet dept main guy. His answer was we shouldn't go by that, and he couldn't help me right then as he was helping someone else. I let him know I could wait as I drove an hour to Stow as none of the Lowes near me had the cabinet in stock. He said he wouldn't be able to help me because the ones showing in stock may be returns or an order that was canceled. That made no sense as its THEIR computers showed they have them. Per the web, I could even order and PAY and get store pick up in 3 hours, so why couldn't anyone find them and let me buy it while I'm in the store??? I would NEVER recommend the Lowes in STOW, OH!!!!!!!

Went looking for pherome traps for clothing moths.They had the traps for pantry moths, but not for the other. They are not interchangeable.I walk with a cane. I had to walk half way across the store, using a cart for balance. Then, I can't get out where I came in, so I have to walk all the way to the registers to exit, then back to my van.I would like to add that I called Ace Hardware in Hudson; who had them and also set a package at the register for me.

Used to love Lowe’s in stow, Ohio.and in Houston Texas,RECENTLY I WENT TO LOwes IN STOW OHIO. TO BUY A DISHWASHER…I then encountered d an employee that was obviously not trained by Lowe’s ..he made no effort to greet me or offer to assist in n any way, and he is a “sals specialist “, so his card said..his name is Andrew Romer..when I did shown my disappointment and m his qualifications since he never got up off his seat, an associate came over and rather than helping me, apologized to Andrew for MY behavior his name is Richard..…with the lack of interest and no interest in helping me, we went to Home Depot which is quite a distance away……all I wanted was some help to purchase a dishwasher …beng in sales myself, I know how potential clients should be treated and as upset that lowes didn’t prepare their sales people any better than Andrew.

Buyer Beware! We purchased 4 appliances in early June. Lowe’s delivered a new refrigerator and took the old one. In the process of removing the old refrigerator , the inexperienced third party delivery men damaged our door frame. We were pushed off to a third party company called Retail Direct which offered 250 for damages. Our door frame is cracked and will cost more than 250 dollars!! Lowe’s has refused to respond or support!! The customer should not have to resolve issues with your third party companies !! Managers never return calls. Customer service is rude! The owner’s response below asks that I contact the customer service line. They were not able to resolve. Four months and still nothing. No call back, no resolution!! Make sure that you have IN WRITING who is liable for damages when Lowe’s sends a third party to your home!

Jocelyn, the kitchen designer, at Hudson Dr Lowe's did a fantastic job with my project. I had outdated kitchen cabinet sizes to replace. Jocelyn was very patient and creative to help me find solutions to maximize my small space. This project definitely required out of the box thinking, which seemed to come very naturally to Jocelyn. Jocelyn also has a great eye for style and color. I consulted with her as I put everything together - the cabinets, tile, floor and paint color for the walls. My kitchen turned out beautiful! I highly recommend consulting with Jocelyn on your next remodel project!

I'm replacing a tub/shower and using tile for the walls. I was going to price and compare products from Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards. By chance, Lowes was out first stop. The staff in the tile and bath departments were extraordinary. So much so that we bought everything at this store. I typically by from Home Depot. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at any of the DIY stores. The staff was eager to help, provided numerous tips, and spent nearly two hours with us. This store is further away than HD or two other Lowes, but I will travel to this store for project purchases. Such a refreshing experience!!!!

The managers at this store were so Rude and acting like we were a bother to have some assistance in picking up 2 large picnic tables that we bought in advance. They had an attitude and watched me and my mother struggle to put both tables in the truck. They didn’t even offer to help. I will not be coming back to this location. These young women need to find a different job, because they were nothing but unwelcoming.

Terrible customer service. Older lady with long white hair working the 'customer service' desk. Came in for some assistance order something online, Was told "we can't help you order anything online, you just have to do it yourself" wouldn't even hear my question. After struggling online and order not going through. Multiple calls to my bank to ensure it wasn't a problem on their end with this large purchase. Went to another Lowes where someone gladly helped and said they don't know why she would say that. Found out even though the product was shown online, it wasn't in the system to order. Sure would have saved a ton of time if this lady did her job and helped instead of pushing me off for not wanting to do her JOB. Won't be returning and definitely not spending my money here.

This location hands down is the greatest. It’s my preferred gardening center and the staff is helpful and friendly. However I didn’t give a 5 star because it’s becoming very disgusting to seeing the dress code of a few employees. For me It was very awkward seeing/dealing with a young lady working and wearing no bra in such a public place. It displayed a very unprofessional look and then a male in the shortest pool boy boy shorts. These awkward moments customers face due to improper dress code needs to be addressed.

Gary was a tremendous help. The shelf in our freezer wouldn't stay in. We needed rubber caps for the end of each rung and had no clue where to find them. He knew exactly what we needed and where they were. It's knowledgeable people like him that make shopping a positive experience. He truly is an asset to Lowes. Thank him for us.

Purchased a dryer with delivery. The delivery team lied about calling me and lied about the time they arrived at my house. They showed up 4 hours before my delivery window and refused to return the same day. I’m a long time Lowe’s customer and will no longer shop with them because of these shenanigans. It took me 4 hours of phone calls to found out the issues, just to be given story after story from the Lowe’s call center. Only one person was honest and helpful which was the assistant store manager, but apparently the deliveries are even out of store management control. Don’t buy from Lowe’s if you need appliances delivered.

I purchased a annual flower on June 5th 2023. I visited this location on June 17th to return it. I didn't have my receipt. The employee of the customer service desk requested help from someone in lawn and garden to get the UPC number. The employee came back in with a woman who identified herself as the nursery managerShe asked me why I was returning the plant I let her know I had to remove some of the leaves because of a white powdery substance. She looked at the plant and she told me she didn't see any. I informed her that's because I had cut the leaves off. She went on to tell me that the plant was not eligible for return or exchange. I let her know the Lowe's website says if you are unhappy with a purchase you can return it. I asked her why didnt say that I couldn't return it she turned around and replied we have signs all over that only annuals and shrubs can be exchanged. She told me that she wasn't going to argue with me although I was not argumentative and my voice was not raised. She then went on to tell me that she want to Horticulture school she had a degree and that she had been working in the nursery for quite some time. I said okay.She suggested that the employee at the customer service desk contact Tim who was the manager. Over the phone he told her that he would not take it.I stood there and pulled up on the website where it says all plans are eligible for a 90-day return.I requested that the manager come up to the front desk and he did he was very kind helpful and understanding. He went to go try to find a plant like that and he was unable to as he and the nursery manager walked out I heard her say right on the receipt second time. She never looked my way and never apologize for being wrong.As a consumer I expect to be treated with respect; she was not respectful in any way. To tell someone that you're not going to argue but yet continue to talk doesn't strike me as someone who doesn't like to argue. In the end I did end up receiving a store credit which is all that I wanted in the first place. I will continue to visit this location because this is the first time that I've ever experienced anything like that.I appreciate the kindness of the manager and most importantly the patience of the employee at the customer service desk

Ordered online for store pickup. Got the email saying it was ready so I got there and went to guest services to get it. Apparently it wasn't pulled yet, so I had to wait around 20 minutes or so for them to get it. Apparently they don't understand when an order is "ready". Other than that, seems like a normal Lowe's.

There is this lovely older woman with red hair that works in the appliance department. Kim or something like that. I came in one day because I needed to redo my floor and get a new washer and dryer and she explained the process in such a way that I couldn't help but buy what she suggested. Such a smart woman (and pretty too!), she was so helpful and friendly. I spent 3 grand and feel like I won the lottery. 10/10 would highly suggest this location and Kim the cute redhead.

Decent selection and setup. The layout is 100% better than Home Depot. Prices for some of the chinese sourced stuff is absurd. Overall, my go to due to friendly people and convenience.
