The installers did a great job, the staff at FCI - Stow were very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. The product fits our needs and gives the second floor of our house a well-deserved updated look. Well worth it and would do it again.

Floor Coverings International made replacing the flooring on the main level of my home seamless and stress free. I found a flooring online that ultimately was unavailable and John provided a very close alternative that is absolutely beautiful. He was able to schedule the install two weeks out, a few weeks before Christmas. The install was estimated to take two days and they finished the job in a day and a half. The installers arrived on time and were amazingly efficient. They cleaned as they went and left my house looking wonderful. I am thrilled with the service and my new luxury vinyl plank flooring!

We are thrilled with the selection, quality & pricing of the Luxury Vinyl flooring, along with the prompt service from John, Nick, Sarah, Daniel, Samuel & Juan. The product arrived within a few days & installation was smooth; so as to not undercut fireplace stones, Daniel trimmed each piece of flooring to abut the edges perfectly. From the moment John walked into our home I knew we could trust them for our project! He made the process so easy by first reaching out via text to get a feel for our project and my vision, then coming to our home with samples based off my inspiration pictures, and measuring and quoting us all within the same hour! It was truly an effortless process. Once we booked our install we didn’t have one hiccup or concern! The installation team was fast, efficient, and CLEAN! It hardly felt like our home was undergoing renovations. Everyone did an excellent job and we couldn’t be happier with our flooring. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring company! Here are some before and after pictures of our project. I wish I had better pictures to share, but we are still renovating and completing other projects.

We love our floors! We have an old house (1949) and were unsure of what product would work ....and that would last. John came out and walked us through the options and dropped off samples for us to choose from. He was knowledgeable and honest and didn't pressure us. Once we made our decision he and his team were on it! They came out and were done in less than a week.They are beautiful came out better than we had expected!However, when they did the stairs they are now shallower. We weren't made aware that we would lose an inch and a 1/4.Because of that, I didn't give 5 stars. My 4 stars is really a 4.85

We wanted to match new hardwood in the bedrooms to existing living room floors as close as possible. Floor Coverings Intl removed old carpeting and installed beautiful hardwood in 2 bedrooms and both walk in closets!The on-site team and project coordinator were very professional and efficient. Quality of work and attention to detail was superb. One photo shows existing living area , while other 3 are of the new work. Highly recommend these guys!

Our experience with FCI was outstanding from start to finish. John was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a really competitive price on four rooms of flooring. He was able to get us some unique vinyl tile that we really love, and he helped us choose a carpet that looked great and will stand up to our lifestyle. The installers were prompt, friendly, and highly skilled. We are grateful for our experience and will definitely return to FCI if we have flooring needs in the future.

I was really pleased by all the folks from Floor Coverings International Stow team. John was helpful with flooring suggestions and getting scheduled in was accurate. The install by Nick and his team was well done with attention to detail. I felt comfortable with installers, Nick and Arthur, with my two dogs that I could head into work while they finished the job. My fiancé and I reached out to FCI to get some quotes to get carpet put into our home we just moved into. They got back to us super quickly and set up a day to get some samples and pricing. Dale came over and was absolutely incredible! He explained everything to us super well and made the process super easy and not a single bit stressful. The installation was done very quickly and perfectly. We are beyond happy with the carpet we chose!! We look forward to using them again when we decide to do our basement.

I cannot say enough about FCI. I was in need of some new carpet for an area that was recently getting finished in our basement. Our neighbor recommended FCI since we are new to the area. Wow, am I glad I talked to them. John was fantastic at accommodating my schedule and once talking with him in person, I knew he had my best interest for what I needed/wanted for the carpeting. The whole team was very responsive with regards to ordering, scheduling and providing timelines and guidance of what to expect. The install was quick and very well done. I’ll be going back to FCI for other flooring needs in the future.

I would highly recommend Floor Coverings staff, installers and local franchise owners, Tracy and Matt Moten. Matt spent time going over samples and suggestions of the type of flooring we wanted and we were able to keep the samples a few days to make an informative decision. He also made helpful suggestions on selecting the trim color. The installers were prompt, efficient and overall did a fabulous job. We love our new waterproof luxury laminate flooring.

From start to finish, John Schnell and his team at Floor Coverings Internations were fantastic! Sample books were delivered to our WCTV office so we could match with our cabinets and paint colors. Thrilled with the entire experience from start to end. Sarah was great with setting us up with a quick appointment with John. John was super personable and fun to work with. He stayed in contact with us and made sure that everything was taken care of and we were updated with what was happening. Nick informed us when the carpet was being installed and followed up when it was completed and also the following day to ask if we were pleased with the carpet install. Jose and his team, who installed the carpet were absolutely incredible. They came in and did the job within six hours, which absolutely threw me. I walked into a brand new house, and I am so thrilled. It’s just beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

Interior flooring, work started on February 21, 2023.We hired Floor Coverings International in Stow Ohio to install Vinyl Planks flooring in our kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, and Premium Carpet throughout the rest of the house.My wife and I first stepped into the Stow Showroom and spoke with Matt and Tracy Moten. We explained about the flooring project and set up a time for an in-home consultation to go over the project and they were more than happy to answer all of our questions.Matt (my primary contact) was great during the in-home consultation process, explaining the project, and the cost, and working with us to stay within our budget. Once I received the estimate, I set up a time to meet with Matt again to go over the project line by line and to set up a start date.On the 1st day, the installation team of Chris & James came to install the plank flooring. They developed a plan as there was furniture to be moved and proceeded to work methodically and non-stop until the plank flooring was done by the end of the day.On the second day the team for the carpet installation of Alan & Frank came to install the carpet and proceeded to move furniture from one room to another to get the job done. Once again they were fast, efficient, and worked non-stop to install it by the end of the day.Both teams were extraordinary as they install the flooring in a timely fashion and their attention to detail showed their skill and expertise.Once the project was finished the project manager Nick followed up to inspect and make sure everything was flawless. The team at Floor Coverings International is very professional, responsive, and did a great job staying within our budget.I have a duplex that may need flooring in the future and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Matt came to our home and measured, the following week we were getting new floors. We had F.C.I Cleveland South perform three jobs for us, 2 carpet installs and one hardwood flooring install. Both carpet installations went very smooth and the end results was exactly what we were looking for (his carpet teams work very fast and were able to complete the job in 3-4 hours). During the second carpet installation there was some minor damage to walls, rails and doors during the demo but nothing that wasn't easily touched up with some paint. The third job was hardwood flooring our entire first floor and the team who came out did very well and were easy to work with (took three days for 850 sq ft). There was some surprise add-ons that had to be addressed during the install but after working through the details with John and his team everything ended up working out.All three installs my wife and I were not sure exactly what we wanted but had a general idea. John was able to give us recommendations based on his knowledge and experience of what he would recommend putting down based on the general idea of what we wanted and we are very happy with how all three jobs ended up coming out visually. John and his team were very flexible and easy to work with. As a big plus, during our last installation of the hardwood flooring he sent out his carpet guys to install our left over carpet from the second job on our basement stairs as a free add on which we greatly appreciated.Overall I would definitely recommend F.C.I Cleveland South to any of my friends and family. Although there was some hiccups their team seems to care very much about their customers and are willing to work out unexpected things that may come up, even if it is not in their favor.I attached pictures from all three jobs.

After 14 years of builder grade carpet with 4 kids and multiple dogs, we decided it was finally time to upgrade our flooring. We worked with John who was beyond amazing! We were in the process of updating our interior paint from the warm brown tones to cooler grays. I literally sent John the color swatches that we were painting with and he brought us carpet and luxury vinyl samples that coordinated beautifully! The most challenging part of the whole process was my husband and I agreeing on the final decision. John’s quote was exactly where we were expecting for 5 bedrooms and the finished lower level. His installers were friendly (even made friends w/our dogs) and kept everything very tidy during installation. They were very efficient but spent time to ensure the job was done right. John checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and to our expectations. In the end, our floors look beautiful! I’m so happy that we finally made the decision to upgrade our floors, my only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner! I would definitely recommend John and his team to anyone who is in the market for new flooring. The service is personalized and you won’t be disappointed!!
