Jessica has an outstanding attitude & I enjoy speaking with her every time I come. I’ve been going here for 15 years. This location is ALWAYS STOCKED & I will drive out of my way to come here. Their employees are very helpful and are always working very hard to keep the store looking as good as it does. Other Dollar Tree locations are going downhill, but not this one!

I like the selection at the dollar tree better than the other ones In stow but the staff at the other dollar tree location are always way friendlier my cashier today just kept complaining about all the stuff I bought and the line . And told the manager she greeted me but did not . Very nasty attitude and I didn’t even do anything besides buy snacks for the week .

Always clean floors and you're able to get through the isles. The staff is always very nice. And if they are super busy the managers will go on the register to help out.

I understand that it's hard to employ maybe decent people or either their employing decent people, but the training is horrendous. I have been going to Dollar tree for a very long time, faithfully, I even own quite a few shares in Dollar tree ... so when I use a gift card that I paid for and the young lady advised there's nothing on the gift card or there's little to nothing on the gift card (when I know it is because it's mine no one gifted me this gift card, no one had given me this gift card, I bought the gift card for myself) and she advises there's little to nothing on there so I pay out of pocket, and as soon as I go to the car I checked the balance again and it clearly advised I have more than enough times 10 on that gift card .... so here we are, I've paid $40 out of pocket because the employee advised there was a couple dollars on the card, so for a resolution (which I never received) but for the resolution the manager advised all they can do is take back the 40 items, take everything off, give me the $40 back and then re-ring everything back up and use my gift card .... are you serious .... so your system isn't updated, this is 2022, but there isn't a simpler and easier way for the employee and for the consumer even though it wasn't the consumer's fault .... for a resolution .... Shameful!!!! Not very happy.

Store hour is not accurate on Google map. Store closed at 6 pm on Sunday at least for February 2022. After 6 pm, the door can't be opened from outside. I saw a few people standing in front of the door but couldn't get in.Store is clean. More options than the other dollar trees nearby. They have already increased their price to $1.25 each item on Feb. 7, 2022 except some cards and some candies. Some of the cashiers are nice and friendly but some have poker faces talking to you briefly only when you ask them.

This is the cleanest most stocked dollar tree that I've ever been in. The cashier was super friendly. I'd make the extra drive from Akron just to shop here again.

I’ve always found cool things at this store. I suggest coming here first if you are planning a kids party. The staff is always friendly which is a plus.

Stock hadn't been put up so there were stacks of boxes in the isles. Made sort of hard to move around. When I went to check out it took a looong time...partly because the shopper in front of me had $138.16 in sales and partly because the only cashier working was being quite chatty. I will go back nonetheless because staff is generally pleasant and the corn chips are only a buck.

WOW, this Dollar Tree has all kinds of neat stuff for Easter, especially a great selection of candy and chocolate. All kinds of silk flowers and a nice variety gift bags, bows, gift wrapping. Also a great selection of other products that we all need. I will definitely go back again 👍

I love the Dollar Tree great selection of items. If there was anything to complain about it would be checkout 10 people to checkout and one cashier. But let me say they're starting to get better at getting someone else on the register when backed up.

Good prices on mediocre goods, but a person can find some examples of great value here.Staff is good. Young managers. Whoever the young manager was at the store that I visited, has quite a bit to learn, clearly. She needs to recognize customer needs more than discussing breaktime talk on the floor.I took it with a grain of salt. Improvement will occur with time.All in all, this is a good store. I can see that they could make more money with a few tweeks of focus. Still, I will go back from time to time. B

Went there today and yes it was busy I understand completely that that can get frustrating at times but that is no reason at all to not say hello to the person you are checking out at the register or telling them just grab your receipt and go as you're too focused on the door being open than the customer in front of you. The store was incredibly messy and with as many people as we were in there it made it that much more difficult to get around or find anything.

Ordered an item online. When I walked in to pick it up, the assistant manager told me that it hadn't arrived. She never even checked on my order. She later called me and told me she made a mistake and it had arrived. I came back the next day and there were three employees all running cash registers so no one could help me. I waited for the lines to die down and eventually the manager had one person left in her line. That person was an acquaintance of hers so they continued to talk after the transaction was over. I know way too much about the manager's uncle at this point. I would actually STILL not even give them a bad review. My issue was that the manager then took her time finding my package and then interrupted me in order to make excuses for the "new assistant manager who should have called me". I am fine with mistakes. I am fine with waiting. I am not fine with you interrupting me and making excuses after making a mistake and making me wait.

You know for as small as that store is they utilize every inch and it's not just junk it's absolutely necessary needs and there's a lot of things for you hobbyists the people are polite and prompt and it's always a pleasant atmosphere in there

We are supposed to have a mask mandate. Stores will be forced to close for 24 hours for non compliance. one worker wore his mask under his chin and 2 customers wore under their noses today. If I have to wear a mask to protect you, you should wear one correctly to protect me. Why is your life more important. Not coming back to this location

This is by far the worst kept store! I'll drive out of my way to avoid this store. It is dirty and unorganized. You can't find anything- the way the shelves are stocked dont make any sense. And I know it's not how they're supposed to be stocked because no other store is setup that way. It's terrible. I don't even try to go here anymore because I know I won't find what I need amongst the boxes and trash littering the isles.

Lately when I've gone, the store is unorganized, shelves unstocked and no more than one register open. If you don't offer a living wage, how do you expect to keep employees? I've left the store not wanting to wait in one line at one register!!! Backed up by the way down the aisle, unacceptable! I would say do better, but think you won't!

I've had two bad experiences with the employees that work at this location. One older woman that works there was pretending not to hear me when I said "excuse me" about four times until she finally acknowledged me, and then acted like I was completely intruding on her day.Then when I was there today, a younger cashier had opened her register to help ring out customers, and when I stepped in her line, she was so rude to the point where she actually slammed her drawer and rolled her eyes before ringing me out. The next customer that stepped in line she snapped at that she was closed, but wow I didn't know I was asking so much by having her ring me out.

I buy two things at this store regularly. Their employees are amazingly bad. A regular cashier in the afternoons wears a uniform that I honestly question whether or not he has EVER washed, and yes, it smells like it. Same dirt, in the same place, every time. It is disturbing. Granted he is the worst I've seen there, but he is in similar company. I do not understand the management of this store.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. I wish they had negative stars to give. I honestly can’t believe how rude these employees are working in customer service!! I have been a customer service manager for 7 years. I would never let my team act the way this store does. Attitude starts from the top, I can only imagine what kind of manager is running this place. Don’t even bother asking for balloons. They will huff and puff and roll their eyes at you. The red head lady gave me MAJOR attitude and huffed when I asked for balloons. I was the only person in the store. I asked her if there was a problem. She changed her attitude immediately. I can’t say the same for my sister, who also had a very unpleasant encounter with a blonde lady when she asked for balloons. She was very rude to the point where the employee turned to another employee and said “this is why I hate customer service” in front of my sister and other customers!!! I was in your store today 8/24/18 in the earlier part of the afternoon and I witnessed an employee at the register named Jennalee be VERY rude to an old man who looked in his 80s. He was asking her a question about something he left at the counter. She dismissed him and spoke to him in such a nasty voice. Then ripped the receipt off the register, threw her arm out at him and said go to another register for help. He walked out. No matter what’s going on in your life, you are in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Put a smile on your face and fake it. Disrespecting customers, let alone the elderly is disgusting. I have documented every terrible encounter here, and I will continue until things change. The ONLY reason I have been back to this location is because they have a bigger selection than the one on Kent road. Take pointers from the employees at the Kent rd location. They are wonderful.
