They have a big sign up front saying this location is being monitored, but I don't think that could be true because I waited 5 minutes for someone to notice that I was at the checkout counter. When I finally did get their attention, they rolled their eyes as they walked up to the counter. I get that they're busy but don't make me feel like I'm inconveniencing you by shopping there.My past few visits were sadly similar. I miss the friendly guy who used to work the store.

This store is a disgrace. Employees are friendly but the store is filthy. No excuse for it. I hope it improves because it is a store that is needed in the area. Basic cleanliness isn't rocket science. Be proud of where you work.

This store is always way to busy. Never enough employees working. No room to shop. Always messy. But the store always has what you want. And the employees that are there working alway have a smile and are friendly. Dollar General needs to expand into the other store that is vacant next door, that way they would have more room to stock more stuff.

Like the prices. Sundresses are adorable if you snap them up quick because there aren't many in stock. It seems like they overwork their loyal employees. They're such nice people too. Shame on the company for that. They were open Thanksgiving til 9pm which is awful. They need to give their employees more time with their families on the holidays.

They have a terrible moth infestation, really need to call in an exterminator as they e had them for at least the past 7 years. I don't normally leave reviews but if you bring home moth eggs your house will be infested as well 😑

This store located on State Road and Steels Corners is very clean and orderly. Excellent customer service and they are the only Dollar General that had my dog's favorite food gravy train chicken

No matter what I go in for, I find more things I have to have. Everyone working there is always pleasant and helpful. I love their own candy bars.

Do not recommend this store at all service is horrible! Was given nothing but attitude when I asked to do separate transactions as I was trying to coupon! It's sad really manager was right there and did nothing about it!

Good place to find things like cleaning supplies and household items without having to go to the big box stores. It's convenient and usually easy to get in and out.

Feels like a little general store down home. I'm from West virginia. I like that. We have to many large box stores. We need more mom and pop feeling stores.

A DUMP! The store on Kent Rd. is a disgrace. Store is dirty, items on floors, staff stands around, or is outside smoking. If you must go to a DG, I suggest the store on Fishcreek Rd. or Munroe Falls.

As of late, the employees are usually outside smoking every time I'm there, or the building is closed when the only worker there is on break.
