I get there 5 minutes before the pharmacy is closed and it had already been completely closed up. So what’s the point of advertising that you close at 10? Might as well say 9:30 or whenever you randomly decided to close. I drove out there and wasted gas for nothing. If it weren’t for my company using cvs for prescriptions, I would NEVER go here. They’re terribly incompetent and lazy evidently.

This CVS pharmacy Has to be the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. They never have my medicine in stock and when they do they tell me they will fill partial of it and then they never fill it and then I have to call back and see why they didn’t fill it. So with that said, I will be finding a different pharmacy to use because this happens way too often.

The customer service in the pharmacy area needs a big improvement. The first example is when I handed the prescription to the lady in the drive through she gave it back to me and said to give it to them at the counter if we want to wait for pickup. The second one is lack of communication when I have it to him. He just walked away and left is standing there for 5 minutes. Another worker told us we can sit down somewhere and they'll call us.In summary they are terrible communicators. Going to a pharmacy isn't a quick thing, but they can at least communicate to their customers clearly and without am attitude of not wanting to be here. There are many other pharmacies near by, and I'm planning on choosing a different one next time I need something.

This pharmacy has the best pharmacist ever! She’s so helpful and well read when it comes to explaining how the medication works! She is also sweet and beautiful!

Spent 28 minutes on hold before giving up and driving to the store. I had been told my meds would be ready at 7pm. I arrived at 9pm. Representative was rude once I arrived. It was clear they were understaffed. I heard the phone alerting them to phone calls on the line but none were answered in the 20 minutes I was in the store waiting.

RUDE staff. They’re unorganized, slow, short with customers and super unhelpful. They refused to give me back my paper script once after it had been there for days (they wouldn’t have the meds until a week later) saying they couldn’t let me leave with it. Never had that happened to be before and my psychiatrist agrees that is not at all standard. Strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

The person that helped me, I believe her name was Linda, was very nice and courteous. She greeted me with a smile, which goes a long way.
