Absolutely unprofessional and awful service! My boyfriend went to pick up a prescription and when he asked for the price, onstead of giving it to him the pharmacy tech(a young man) told my boyfriend that it "wasn't a realistic price he could pay." Ridiculous. That is NOT something you say to ANYONE at all. Now I see why this place has such low ratings.

For as much as the pharmaceutical staff gets paid, one would think they could tell time and read a clock. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before they were supposed to close for their lunch, but they had already shut the window down. Walked into the store at exactly 1:30 and the whole pharmacy was shut down long before their scheduled break.

I have never had so much trouble filling a prescription. My doctor requires that I take a name brand medication and this pharmacy never has it despite me taking it for a year now. I’ve had to drive to the cvs in Cuyahoga falls to get my prescription multiple times. Today was the last straw when I asked to have the prescription pulled over from the Cuyahoga falls CVS and was told it wasn’t possible so I went to the Cuyahoga falls CVS. When I got there, I was told that the Stow CVS essentially cancelled my prescription. Then I see on the CVS app that the generic medication is ready for pickup at the Stow CVS. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve also had to call around to find out if my prescription was available at other pharmacies, including CVS locations instead of them doing the leg work.

Pharmacy is HORRIFICALLY understaffed. It took over 3 hours for my prescription to be filled because they got over an hour behind on vaccines. The staff was extremely kind and did the best they could with the situation, but they aren't set up to succeed. Again, the staff was very friendly but there is no reason I should have had to wait for hours in person after being told it would be the next thing done. What a terrible way to spend an evening on vacation 😕

Literally the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have been to. If my insurance didn’t use CVS I would choose to go anywhere else. Wouldn’t give me my prescription due to system being down even though this same system somehow managed to text me earlier in the day to say it was ready for pick up. Although there was no charge for my script, they wouldn’t give it to me because their scripts “aren’t in alphabetical order” so they couldn’t find it. How about getting a better backup system for when things fail, CVS? Their advice was for ME to call another CVS - at which point the ones by me were all closed. Completely unacceptable.

This CVS is beyond on annoying. Hours state open at 8. Two times this week I’ve stopped around 815 and they are not open in the drive thru or inside. I walk inside and a tech states they have a floater and “don’t know where he is at” speaking about the pharmacist himself. The techs can’t even start work without a pharmacist in there. After this prescription I will be transferring some where else as this is freaking ridiculous. I don’t care what someone’s title is. If they can’t be to work on time MULTIPLE times, there needs to be corrective action. A clear sign they don’t care about patients, so maybe they should choose a different path.

I forgot to transfer my prescriptions when I moved from AZ and despite the insane amount of work they have to do, the person still called my CVS in AZ to cancel it there for me and then fill it here. It was done within hours without me having to do a thing. I really appreciate you all!

14 minutes waiting at the drop off window after waiting in the checkout line to get a flu shot. They tell you to make an appointment online, but their site does not work. I am the only person waiting at that window and they are not even busy just ignoring me because they can. Then they tell me that my premium Medical Mutual Health Ins. Does not cover Flu shots without a Dr’s RX.? The same day and the second time I tried to pick up my Blood Pressure medicine I was told the authorization from the DR. was not there. So, I drove straight to my doctor’s office to confirm what I already knew. The Dr. had sent that RX in three days ago. Nonsense and poor treatment are what you can expect from this CVS Pharmacy. Talked to Health INS. rep. I am covered for the flu shot no Rx needed and no deductible. Victim of CVS B_ again!

This is the WORST pharmacy location by far. Had my dr call in a prescription. They got it 10/4 in the afternoon. I called the pharmacy to confirm they received it and they said they did, and to give them an hour to an hour and a half to fill it. We gave them two hours and it still was not filled. I am pregnant and I ended up in the ER because I could not get my prescription. Fast forward to the next day, I stopped in and wanted to use GoodRX. The guy I dealt with was rude and uncaring. I ended up leaving without my prescription because of the cost and his attitude. When I came back later the same evening, I asked about a partial pickup. They told me either way, they have to refill it because it was put back. Absolutely unbelievable that a prescription would be put back in under 24 hours. So, now I have to wait even longer to return a 4th time to pick it up. Send your prescriptions Anywhere but here!! I'll be switching to a different pharmacy after I pick this last one up!

I only used this pharmacy one time. It was very slow. Most of the time, I shop there for deals. This CVS is smaller than the other CVS we have been to. But the cashiers at this store are much nicer than the CVS at Kent. Most of them are friendly and helpful. Self checkout Kiosk is very convenient to use too.

Pretty much the least caring of any CVS we've been to. Needed meds filled promptly. Was told 1.5 hours, then we get there 2 hours later they hadn't even started to fill it. They had 0 sympathy and when trying to used goodrx we were told to come in and then it was still almost another hour... to be told the price was more than it should be because of the dissolving pills versus regular pills. Worst experience possible.

Avoided my prescription and then lied to several times, I lost days of work and am still sick because of this pharmacy! They NEVER called me to let me know that they could not fulfill a basic prescription of a common antibiotic, Erythromycin 800mg. I called around 7:30 as it was an hour late, a pharmacist claimed they had a question and my doctor couldn’t answer, yes, because it’s 7pm. I then went in person the next day to get my original prescription slip back because my doctor left a message on my phone saying that they didn’t understand what CVS was asking and that they didn’t provide an address and a number or any other kind of contact information seriously very unprofessional! (They seem to have a growing reputation of being this way) I was told first that the prescription didn’t exist. Next, I was told that I never gave them the prescription slip even though I was talking to the same pharmacist as I had done so a day before. Finally, when I said I personally gave this same person the slip myself, I was told that erythromycin doesn’t exist in 800 mg. This is completely false and even the Mayo Clinic recognizes erythromycin at 800 mg. Not only this, I had just come from my doctor’s office, looking at a reference of antibiotics. I have strep, I have gone without my needed prescription now for two days because of this nonsense!

We are forced by our insurance to deal with CVS for our repeat prescriptions. I wish we could switch. There seems to be a disconnect between their automated system and what's actually true. Today the system told me my script would be ready at 5. We went and they actually don't even have the medicine in stock. Same thing happened a few weeks ago. I tried to call today several times to make sure there would be no issues with my script today. I couldn't get through. I was on hold for 7-8 minutes before I hung up -- three times! I will say that I have never had an issue with the staff. They have always been very nice.

Used to be ok - now it’s just unacceptable, prescriptions are never ready no matter how long you wait to pick up it’s always “we’re just finishing up, it will be 15-20 min.” Customer facing employees are clueless & rude even to my parents in their 90s. Not sure if the pharmacy is overwhelmed or what. Changed to CVS @Target, 100% better experience - downside is that they close earlier but we can work with that.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful staff in the pharmacy. They have no sense of urgency and zero ambition to want to actually help you. Whenever you ask a question they always respond as if you are inconveniencing them. Very unprofessional and very disappointed with how they treat people. I called to have my prescription refilled and asked if they needed my new insurance number because the old insurance in the system is no longer active just to be told they will deal with it later when I come to pick it up rather than take it now and run it so I could know what the cost was going to be like I had asked.

Today was the best experience at CVS Pharmacy that I've had in ten years! (The lady at front of the store is always helpful). The pharmacist was very sweet, the tech was also very sweet, even though I didn't get exactly the information I want... It was still a great experience!

I typically have to go to another store because they never keep things in stock. When they do run out their computer says it filled the rx so I have to call them constantly to straighten it out.

Web page says no charge for covid test. I arrive to find out I need to pay $10.00 for "doctor referral". Okay I shouldn't have to pay that but after waiting a week and a half for the test I decided to just go ahead and pay it. Turns out they only take payment with my phone. Took me 40 minutes to find where I can pay on line. So fill in all the stuff required and then get a notice saying it's sent a code to my e-mail address and I am to access that and then come back and put the code in. Problem... I have no idea what my pass word is as I never use my phone for e-mail, just phone calls. My computer saves off my passwords but not my phone. At this point it's been over an hour so I give up and leave. The lady tried to help but knew nothing about using the phone and was very apologetic. She couldn't even take cash as it had to be paid over the phone. I don't blame the clerk, she was just following orders. But number one... I shouldn't have had to pay anything as the web page says free. Number two since when is cash not allowed to pay for something? And what in the world do people do who don't have a cell phone?

So lots of mixed feelings on this one. This is my local store. I've been going here for years now regularly and faithfully. Today, my aunt in another state died and I needed to leave within an hour of calling to travel to be with my family. Because I will be gone unexpectedly for a week, I won't have enough medication to make it through that time until I get home. I called in and the first time they hung up on me. So I called back. The second time I got a gentleman who was very rude to me unnecessarily on the phone. He spoke to me as if he was annoyed that he had to talk and made it very clear that he was very busy. I requested a refill and asked if it could be processed within an hour since I have to leave. He basically told me "sorry we're too busy nothing I can do". I asked if he could transfer it to a store in the state I'm going to and he said no we won't do that. What a horrible way to treat your loyal customers. You never know what someone is going through. At the VERY least if you aren't going to be helpful, be kind.Had another rep one time (not in pharmacy) try to upsell me a membership and I was interested and asked her questions, to which she gave me stock answers that we're completely unrelated to my question... It was bizarre.. like talking to a computer or something.The only reason for the two stars instead of one is there is a VERY nice super helpful gentleman who works the late night shifts and he give tremendous customer service. I think you should have him train the rest of your employees on customer service.

You wait patiently to get up to the counter with the huge line and then Your pharmacy staff is flustered because they are busy and Real Rude. Not to mention the lady's rude comment. Customer service is lacking at this location. I dealt with the pharmacy it took almost a month to get a refill on an Rx. Each time I dealt with a person they didn't seem at all happy to be at work or friendly at all. My Rx was never filled completely. (Was suppose to be 3 months they only gave me 1 month) and charged me way more than it should have been, but I was stuck with it because I was running out of existing Rx since it was taking so long. Mostly, leaving a comment that the customer service was bad and people were not friendly and unhappy. I won't be going back. I will stick to Walgreens.

Let me tell you a little story. I few days ago I learned that I may have been exposed to COVID-19. Being proactive I called my Dr's office and tried to schedule a test. They couldn't get me in for a week. That's not going to fly. So then I tried to schedule at CVS.First off, it was a very difficult process. It was all online, you couldn't talk to an actual person. Then I uploaded a copy of my insurance card so they would have it on file. I woke up today, deading my 10:20am appointment.I show up to CVS, and there system is down. They can't print my information and I can't get my test. I receive a phone call after noon saying they should have everything they need for my test. I immediately drive back to the CVS. The tech asks if I am testing. I say that I am. She tells me there system is down. Exasperated, I say, "you guys just called me and told me to come in."She gets, who assume, is the pharmacist. He comes to the window and with a tone says, "I need a copy of your insurance card." I tell him I uploaded it already. He says he needs a physical copy. I told him I don't have one, I only have the copy on my app which I would be happy to show him. He refused to accept that. (CVS will accept this btw).I said, "well I guess I'm screwed then!" Obviously frustrated. He tells me I need to go elsewhere to get my test. Fun fact, THERE IS NO ELSEWHERE. I scheduled with your location, provided all of the necessary documentation, was specifically called and told to come and get my test and you deny me when I get aggrivated that you are jerking me around like this? I came to CVS out of a desperate need for a COVID test. Assuming I am a carrier, who knows how many others may also be exposed. You are doing a great disservice to your community.

I have been coming to this CVS for about a year now, and I have always had a great experience here. The great thing is that they are open 24 hours and the 3rd shift crew are superb at Customer service, which includes the night Pharmacist. Yes maybe the day shift pharmacy needs to step up their game a little but overall this CVS always makes me come back. Now for the 7eleven I will not go back there ever for any dairy products due to being expired for more then a week. CVS always seems to rotate their dairy. Thank you CVS for being open for us night owls. :)

The worst pharmacy! I quit going here many years ago because they were so bad. My son didn’t know this and filled his prescription here. We sat in the drive thru for so long! They ignored the car in front of us for over 10 minutes. Her poor 2 year olds had pink eye too! Unfortunately, they are the only one open late anymore.

I went there for a covid test for my son. I had an appointment at 1:40. I arrived at 1:35 with 2 cars ahead of me. Now just so you know I had an appointment for myself the week before at the Kent location with 1 car ahead of me. I was in and out once a arrived there in less then 7 minutes. The Stow location arriving at 1:35 was not seen till 2:50. I call after about 30 minutes and spoke with the manager who told me that it's usually very quick and he'll look into it. Nothing was resolved. So I asked the lady at the window why did it take so long I've been waiting an hour plus and when I was as the Kent location I was in and out in no time. She had really No Anwser for me except to say they have a different set up at Kent. I said that is not true it's the same set up and this is unacceptable. Never Again. That store will lose customers
