The local people of the community normally work there and knows you personally , and are willing to Walk the extra mile for you, then it's becomes a natural thing when a stranger walks into the store, but I bought a small auto vacuum for my car, at this store that only sucks up dust only, nothing else, so disappointed with this purchase, I will return it to the store ,

Was very unhappy with how I was treated the day I was there. Cashier was not wanting to refund my money for items I was returning even though I had the receipt. I only go to this store since it is convenient. Since the former manager was fired, the staff has gotten really bad

This is the worst family dollar I have been to. The workers are extremely rude and close the store early. I don't understand when the sign says you close at 9 and you close at 850 and refuse to service you. I was very happy when I heard that family dollar was being built close to me, until I shopped there. The women workers were cussing around around my 2 and 10 year old. While I was across the street at the gas station I heard a woman saying they cussed her out and refused to sell her diapers and medicine since she showed up at 855. I have shopped at this place twice and had bad results both times. This being a FAMILY dollar the women seem to talk like they are in a bar. I will never shop here ever and I hope everyone will do the same for. Companies need to screen people that act like this. I'm not for sure if it laziness, mental defect, or drugs that make people act like this. I will continue to spend my hard earned money anywhere else other than here.

I go this store often, as it is close by. I went there today to get propane for my family's grill and some cat food. Oddly enough, it said they were temporarily closed until tomorrow. I had to get my propane elsewhere. 4th of July weekend is usually very busy, especially because it's one of the only stores in the area.I've also had issues with boxes being all over the store, sometimes to the point where I can't get a cart through the aisle, which is ridiculous. I want to like this place, but unfortunately I can't because of the way it's being run.

The absolute cleanest not cluttered store i've ever been to. Mrs. Gohring is an amazing most pleasant employee and makes you feel like she genuinely happy to help you.

I will be calling corporate on this store. They don’t give you the sales price advertised, they charge you multiple times for one item and they have 4 employees standing around with only one on register and a line of people. They are extremely unprofessional and a disgrace to the area. They basically stole my money because I was in a rush to get out of the store. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else for what you need!
