I contacted a sales representative (Dan Whitlatch) from the Ford sales department informing him I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I literally said “Hey I saw this vehicle online is it available & can I test drive it?” He asked about what time I would be able to make it in & followed up with “We’ll have it ready for you whenever you can get here”. When I showed up after work he had the plates on it & ready for me to drive. Next thing you know I’m leaving the lot with it! Almost $250 UNDER what I was thinking I was going to have to pay monthly & 3% under the “average” interest rate that I was told from other dealers. I can’t thank everyone enough!

The "Team " experience was absolutely fantastic!!! This was hands down the most painless and efficient buying experience I've had in almost years of purchasing vehicles. I took my car in to get it looked at and without running any tests they said it had a blown engine. They then tried to charge me $6000 to replace it or to finance one of their cars. I took the car to another mechanic who quickly found the issue and it turned out to be a really easy cheap fix. Either these mechanics are incompetent or they’re a scam, either way I’m never coming back.

Get a car fax on any used vehicle! My truck was wrecked and they never made me aware. 3 weeks after buying the front grill fell off while driving in Pittsburgh. Then I noticed bed was rippled . Then I pulled report from insurance companyand found out it had $15,000 in front end damages previously. Had to have a arm replaced to after it ate a tire from being bent. Shady sales ! That is like stealing because a wrecked vehicle is not worth as much.

Talked to them last Week. Tyler was the sales guy who answered my internet inquiry. he knew nothing about the vehicle I asked about and when I mentioned we couldn’t get there to look at it, I asked if him bringing it to me would be an option. He said they were way to busy but would ask his manager. I’ve yet to hear back from him but we ended up buying a car the next day from a dealer that was interested in working with our schedule. They’re even going to deliver the car after a few maintenance repairs are done.Dealers need to be more understanding to people’s schedules. Not everyone has babysitters they can drop children off too and go car shopping 5 days a week. I understand you can’t go to everyone’s house cause honestly who knows who’s really buying and who isn’t. But that couple times it works out makes it worth the little extra time.Gave 2 stars cause they did respond to my inquiry. We really liked the palisade they had but just couldn’t get there to see it, but we had time throughout the day that we could have looked at it if they brought it to us.

I stopped by Team Ford while thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. Tony Goodwin was the Sales Specialist. I wasn't quite sure which type of vehicle I really wanted. I also was not familiar with Ford vehicles. Tony took a tremendous amount of time to talk about the Ford line-up. He showed so much patience to me, not being sure what I wanted or even to buy at all. When talking about my driving needs, we came up with the Ford Ranger. I do some driving, some passenger toting, some hauling, and some towing. The Ranger has all the versatility I need with good gas milage and is very comfortable to drive. The order was placed December 11, 2021 and was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Tony checked in on me several times and provided status updates. He helped make the delivery day of December 28, 2021 more personal by sending me pictures and video of my newly delivered truck!I had my environmental protection applied today, January 10, 2022. Tony arranged all of the details for me. He even found all the options for bed covers and placed the order when I made a choice. The detail shop at Team applied the coating and left the truck sparkling inside and out, even though I had been driving it for over two weeks. Team Ford has provided service above and beyond what I have ever had with any other dealership. Tony has been amazing at providing knowledge and following up with all my needs. Lastly, the Ford Ranger is a peppy, comfortable, versatile truck that looks awesome....in cactus grey....with the blackout package!
