We took our dog to Tamara for the 1st time today, we are so pleased!!! We will definitely be going back. The prior groomer we tried just cut her face in a box, Tamara gave her character (working with what she could with previous cut). Tamara was very polite, professional and caring. Thank you Tamara!!3rd pic is Susu’s 2nd grooming with Tamara.. she looks beautiful and so content. Thanks once again Tamara!! We’ll recommend you to everyone!!

Very unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment for my two small long-haired dogs a month in advance. Upon scheduling, I informed the groomer that the younger dog had some matting from her previous home (we haven’t owned her long.) Tamara said it was fine and scheduled an appointment for both pets. I drove an HOUR to get to her only to be turned away and having her tell me ‘I’m 70, I have carpal tunnel. I can’t comb out mats. Sorry. Cute dogs though’ Not only did she put me out after wasting my time and gas, she wouldn’t see either dog! If I could leave zero stars, I would. 0/10 would not recommend!

Unfortunately, due to her severe case of carpal tunnel‘s and not going to clean up another groomers mess she was very unprofessional, rude, and I do not recommend her at all she picks and chooses who she would like to deal with which is fine, but when you make an appointment and wait for two months and then get turned down because her carpal tunnel‘s is too bad for the job on top of her other opinions. Is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll take my $50 plus tip somewhere else and get service that I’m scheduled for made an appointment for & the Groomer is well aware of what they’re being paid for 🐾

Tamara, has a very special talent. My Yorkie is always groomed just as I ask,and looks amazing when I pick him up. Her shop is clean and she is always very kind and considerate. Plus the extra touches she adds is always appreciated. I will always take my Yorkie to be groomed by her. Highly recommend 👍

My wife drove almost an hour with our two dogs to have them groomed only to be turned away because she said “she’s 70 and just can’t comb the mats out anymore” my wife has informed her when she called to make the appointments that there was some matting. The dogs are both small long haired dogs that spend a lot of time outside, there will always be some type of matting.

Always used to take my dogs to get their nails done at PetSmart until we moved out here and I had to find a new groomer. Tamara was patient and very sweet with my nervous dogs, got them in and out very quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I wouldn't be going back to PetSmart even if there was one out here. Thank you, Tamara!

Tamara couldn't take any better care of my, Shih Tzu, Sammy. My Sammy loves her. I just say her name and he is cool getting in the car!!! He is aging and has ear problems. She is so gentle and kind with him. I thank God for her. Top rated grooming.

Tamara is absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet and great with my little dog, and she always looks great after spending time with Tamara. I've been to others in the past, and Tamara is without a doubt the best in the tri-state area.

Always missed nails,doesn't clean ears properly, won't brush teeth..the groom itself was ok...take them someplace else...now I take them to a great place that does all that and they look soo much better.
