There is so much stuff on the racks that it's hard to shop. And the racks are so close together. If you're looking in one of the "rows" of racks, and someone else comes into the same row, you can't pass each other. No way can you have a buggy in the rack rows.

The store is nice and I've shopped there a lot in the past. I have a bicycle is my only transportation right now and there is no place to lock it while I'm the store so I locked it by the shopping buggies and went inside was gonna buy a silver chain, I've bought 3 here in past 2 years, but manager came to me and surely felt rude and told me to move my bike. Well I can't leave it unattended because I've had one stolen couple years back so it looks like I'm saving money today. Absolutely have to say management here was very rude, must of judged me for having backpack and wearing t shirt and jeans. Not everyone that looks like me is broke, lots of working guys still out there, and we spend our money, but after being treated like riff raff I won't be back

Very organized and clean! Customer service was amazing! The only downfall was the selection of boys/ men's clothing was on the small side and the as for the boys/ men's shoes there were none whatsoever!

TJMAXX in my view has high quality and variety at affordable prices. Often find incredible low clearance prices. Staff always friendly and willing to help. And it's a Dog-friendly store.

The selection is decent. The store is clean and well organized. Their are assocoates everytime you blind so if you need any assistance im sure you will be able to receive in a timely manner. Some associates are very friendly and others you can tell they are ready for their shift to be over with. Sometimes their are long lines even eith multiple at the register but thats all in the fun of shopping.

The atmosphere of the store is comparable to Nordstrom's or Macy's.Clean spacious aisles. Friendly attentive staff.I expected the prices to reflect the upscale appearance...I am glad that I was wrong!Affordable prices with a wide selection of brand names and styles.This is on of Steubenville's hidden jewels.Check it out for yourself and take a friend.

This is a nice place, they always has some good deals going on. You can tell Christmas is getting close. There was a lot of shoppers over the weekend. The staff was nice and friendly for as busy as they were. We will be back soon...........

I was impressed. My Lady friend forgot her mask they gave one free of charge. I also found lots of pet things and more decorations in this case halloween and fall. But they stock all holidays, and have very nice clothes, toys, shoes and bedding. I love it and highly recommend!

You can never get assistance from a store associate when you need it. But, whenever I am browsing the store I have like 3 of them hovering around me, breathing down my neck like I'm going to steal something. It makes me feel profiled because I never stole from any store. I feel prejudiced against, and discriminated because of my looks, my hair style and my clothing. Do not go to this store unless you look the part of high class folks.

This TJ Maxx is nicer than the ones in the Pittsburgh area. Really love that it's closer to home. Always able to find cute plus sized clothing. Building is well kept too! Staff does a good job keeping things in order. Very impressed.

Tjmaxx is one of the best stores in Jefferson county. If you get in there on a good day they have all sorts of good things at good prices. Obsessed with the baby and kid section, they have the cutest things, name brands at really good prices. I've been to other ones with a lot more but considering it's in a smaller town they really do have a lot.

Terrible, went shopping and had a bunch of clothes. The store was so busy my husband and I decided to set are shopping cart aside and go over and get a razor... So yes maybe 5 min come back , walking in circles for 15 min looking for our shopping cart & even asked an associate did you put a cart away full of clothes!? He replied no it wasn't me!! So we continue to go looking and here comes apparently the manager before I said anything she said "oh yes I have been watching you the hole time and thought it was yours but you didn't come back with in 15 min. Ok so why didn't you come and ask if it was ours when you said and obviously you knew it was ours. Also she said she has to hurry and clean up!? This was 3:45 in the afternoon and open til 11pm. Very rude, unprofessional... Out of 100 people in that store she was watching us and knew we were shopping. Especially when we were there 45 min earlier and bought 130 worth stuff... Definitely calling corporate Tuesday 23

Love T.J. Maxx!!! Will go here & easily spend $400!!! They have some good bargains sometimes... But they also have some high prices for some of their stuff.. It's pretty close to my house.. I can get there within 20 minutes, so I def have no complaints.
