Place is fairly decent and relatively clean. Plenty of snacks to choose from healthy or unhealthy. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean considering this a location many truckers use. This location has an indoor "cafe" which sells breakfast and hot foods for lunch and dinner. The pizzas are surprisingly good if fresh but does have a tendency to not make new unless prior sold out and at times prior stood under heat lamps too long and is inedible. Their meatloaf is also really good. I get the breakfast platter a lot after getting done working graveyard shifts and its pretty decent as well. only negative: place smells of propane pretty strongly at times inside as well as out. Staff is friendly, but they do have problems with the employee working mornings in cafe showing up to open on time or showing up at all. few times going to get breakfast was unable due to the employee no showing.

First time here and it was great. Very fresh ingredients and made to order sandwiches and pizza. It’s a Pilot Express, not your traditional Pilot. They have a seating area for you to eat and it’s remodeled. Very bright and clean in here. Great people that work here also. Will definitely stop by here again if I’m in the area. Thanks guys!

I feel sad giving 4 stars because I have always had a good experience with a Pilot.Two things yesterday that ruined this.I got two hot dogs. They were behind the roller which said they were still warming. Ya fine. That's life. I went to ask the man in the kitchen of he knew how long it would be. He acted like I asked him to help me pick a sunken semi truck out of the river with no tools other than our bare hands.He checked the temp. They were good to go.I wanted one beef. Just a plain old hot dog. The ones behind the 100% beef looked suspicious. Delicious but suspicious. I saw green flecks in them and coming from a life where I know my way around kitchen and different foods, I instantly knew it was jalapeno but i went against my gut and knowledge and got it. I then got a Firehouse or 5 Alarm dog. Whatever the name was.1. It was a cheddar and jalapeno dog. I was right.2. DO NOT GET THE FIREHOUSE DOG.3. Hot dog with jalapenos and cheddar was outstanding- just not what I wanted.The hot one was unbearable. Miserable to eat. Spicy foods don't bother me. This was pure HOT. NO amount of mayo and ketchup and tea cooled it off. Lol!!! Stay away. [This morning I woke up with the worst case of heartburn/upset stomach acid I have ever had in my 37 years on the planet.]With that being said. I expected more. I can go to Speedway where I live in Pgh and they ha e fresh toppings. I actually expected it to be the other way around. Not chopped onions in a plastic packet.They were giant though and fit the bun with perfection.The 1 hotdog was good yes. Just mislabeled.I came. I saw. I tried.I will stick to Speedway.

Left the truck here for 5 days,found it intact.They have a large store that looks pretty new.The parking is very limited, if you're just driving through may waste more time just for trying to find your way around it.

This place can’t read t at all! They way to damn business to do that Eating their selves instead of doing what they’re freaking customers ask out of them! How hard is it to read a computer! Not hard if you ask me! 15 bucks later took 20 mins to get it still not right it’s unreal! I can guarantee you know where on that receipt does it say honey mustard. And it’s not just on one piece of bread it’s through the whole sandwich.. Noth sandwiches I got!! It’s unreal! Work hard for my money to just give it Away for no reason cause a woman can’t read!!

I've been here three times, and had three bad experiences. This is a spot that badly needed a 24 hr fuel and food stop, I only wish it was better executed. The ridiculous coffee machines are laughable, the made to order kitchen seems to be staffed by people who are totally clueless, the selection of food is silly, the convenience store is lacking. Overall if it weren't for the location I wouldn't stop again, as it is, this will be a fuel only stop for me. Maybe a cold drink from the cooler. Sorry, pilot, this thing is a big old flop.

Gas here is incredibly cheap! There was a huge line to wait but the gas was so cheap here. In PA it’s $3.05. Here it was $2.45. That’s $0.60 off, I was really happy. I went inside too really cool open space with huge drinks (think of a sheetz), nice employees too. If you are in the area make sure to stop by.

Worst truckstop that I've ever been in. How can y'all even call yourself a truckstop. No place to park, y'all let all those oil well trucks come in and drop their trailers in all the parking spaces and you have drivers come in after driving all night and can't get a place to park because of all the dropped trailers and I had to drive illegally at noon time when at most truck stops at noon is no problem. But once again dropped trailers is costing y'all a lot of money. I told my company about and they have advised all company trucks to not go in there. So enjoy those dropped oil well trailers.

The truck stop itself is pretty clean and nice, however....there's pretty much no parking. There's maybe 10 spaces and it stays full. I wouldn't bank on finding a spot here.

A few years ago this was a great place to get fuel and some food. It has seriously declined. Rarely have hot food and never anything at night despite a high traffic volume.

Watch out for the hole in the parking lot got the it's not my problem attitude from the employees inside did call the police will see if something's done that manhole cover is missing the hole is over 6 ft deep plenty deep enough to kill somebody. Adding to review went back thru nothing had been done but hole did claim a victim somebodys oil pan. Mentioned it to a different employee and he did cover it over with the pallet and trash can hopefully will be fixed right now

Fast and friendly customer service. It's also nice and clean!! I'm always amazed at how many people are there getting gas when I stop, but the inside of the store is never busy.

This Pilot seems to be a test for them.It has a market deli grill with those stupid order kiosks.The truck parking is backwards and small.There are no showers.It's more a gas station with diesel islands and a couple truck spaces added.The entrance from the southbound lanes is a lil more than some truckdrivers should be expected to be able to navigate.The food and coffee sections are over the top with choices.The best part about this place is its proximity to downtown STEUBENVILLE. The fort and the nutcracker shop are walking distance.Overall I just don't think this stop was built to service OTR drivers.

Some of the people that work the deli are very rude to other employees and guest.dont recommend this place to stop for fellow drivers..no shower, not what drivers would appreciate..only good thing it's a easy access fuel stop.

Having a legit truckstop in this area was a great idea to bad they don't have the extra real estate for more truck parking, then i would be a 5 star 👍
