I went around midnight and had a great experience especially with my cashier Hannah. She took care of me very quickly and was the first time I’ve been asked if I had a rewards card, I didn’t so she gave me one and gave me specific details on how to set the app up and told me that they have specials every day on the app! Hands down, one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever been into! Hats off to you Hannah! Keep up the great work, hun! I’ll be back whenever I come back into town! Thank you for the amazing visit!!

I was delivering to walmart DC in Richmond. I stopped at bucks fuel last night. I came to Mr fuel one 9 pilot. I was here for an hour i was cleaning out my trailer (reefer) had my 2 dogs out. 2 workers came up and said I had to move my truck because I was in a fire lane which is understandable. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to clean up the debris on the ground which I had intended to do. I found out she was a manager and went back inside after I was done and said do you want to check to make sure I cleaned up to your satisfaction and that I also had cleaned it up better than her maintenance staff. I also informed her that if she had been watching that I cleaned up the coffee counter for her twice this morning. I found out she was a manager. I told her that I would never come back to this fuel stop. I will drive 40 miles to go to the ta. I also reported this to pilot corporate.sraff is really rude her. Also the place is clean inside I will give them some credit for that.

They have good fast food.The problem is if you driving a big truck there isnt any parking because they allow drivers that live near by park their truck sometime for days on end unoccupied.Then need some kind of parking enforcement.

This place is very nice, almost brand new location. Located in a great place for me, i drive by all the time on Route 7. Quick place to stop, im always right in and out and back on my way.

I travel quite often between PA, OH & TX and I'm so glad I have this very clean Truck Stop to fill up and take a minute to stretch plus have good coffee or cappuccino BUT MY FAVORITE THING IS THE ICE FROM THE FOUNTAIN DRINK SECTION!! STAFF is always super friendly as well.

Most of the employees are kind and helpful, but there's always gotta be the one jerk that makes u wonder how the hell they keep him on payroll.. he has a knack for making my 14 yr old daughter very self aware and uncomfortable with lingering stares or we have caught him sitting down at a table with his head down, sleeping 😴 I still have the video and made sure I let another worker know.

I have been to the Steubenville location many times and the employees in the front are always nice and very helpful. The employees that deal with the food need to be trained in food handling in my opinion and they need to take care of their customers. Too many times the poor cashiers from the front have to leave their area to go and get people food from the deli area and that is not right. Now on to the real reason I decided to come on here and post this review. On Wednesday, August 17th, I had just come into the store and witnessed what I thought was going to be a minor confrontation between two male employees. One of them was actually working and the other was a customer at the time. The one working accosted the other and they had words and the smaller boy told the other that he wasn't arguing with him and he just needed to do his job. He turned his back on him and the boy who was working slapped him extremely hard across the back of his right shoulder. There were three female employees there who immediately took control of the situation and apparently called the manager and the smaller boy (I believe his name is Collin) left the store. Now I come in there rather frequently and this boy is always helpful and nice to me and everyone else. I've come in long after he should've been gone and he's still there because his relief hasn't shown up and he never complains. I mention this because I went into the store today and they told me that the manager, Robin, fired him and told him it was because he had been late too many times and she did it over a text message two days after he was assaulted in the store! I am putting it out there that I am looking for this boy because if he is looking to file a lawsuit against this company or this Robin for the way she apparently handles business, I would love to be a witness. Shame on you Mr. Fuel. Assault is Assault and you do not fire someone to avoid dealing with them being assaulted in their own workplace.

I always get fuel from Mr. fuel and its clean. I never had any problems there but I was very disappointed in the food. I tried their chicken wings for the first time and it was disgusting. It was pink in the middle and rubbery. Other than the hot food, not a bad place.

I'm just happy they had a great selection of hot teas, which is really rare to find in the wild. Beyond that the gas was extremely cheap! At least $.30 less than anywhere else. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was actually really friendly for a gas station--they bothered to ask me how I was and compliment me on what I was wearing, all with a smile.

I'm not sure if Pilot is okay with losing money by not selling tobacco to anyone without an ID. I'm obviously WAY over 21. Almost borderline harassing the way I was followed around the store. 1 / 5 would rather go to speedway.

Went there two days ago during a mid trip stop. The people inside were friendly must be something in the air down there. I got two slices of pizza and some wings along with a drink. The deal of the day was buy one mountain dew and get one free. Only down side to this location is the parking. There is not not many parking spaces. Good luck finding ome if you need a place to park.

One of the clerks at this location is rude and acts like she is better than you. Snobby attitude along with rolling eyes when she talks to you. Someone should really sit this girl down and have a talk with her about her attitude. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have this experience with her.On another note the food is great and prices are fairly cheap. I use the app for the deals and 3 cents off a gallon of fuel.

My fiance and I have been coming here since they opened up, and today was the worst of days. Took them so long to make a pizza (1 whole pizza), while I had to listen to both lady's talk about the one ladies husband and kids. Like, do that at brake time or when u get off work. Not when people are busy trying to get to their own jobs and families... If those 2 ladies are working again when we go in there, I'll just get an already made sandwich instead of ordering cuz I don't have time to waste by sitting there listening to their life stories, nor should I have to.

They have a manager there name Blake. I talked to a customer and a worker about him. They gave him high praises and so do I. Someone had messed one of the toilets up. I watched Blake put on some rubber gloves and went to town. He could've gotten another worker, but he got finished and it was nice. My hat off to Blake a good manager.

Sand boxes dropping trailers and parking in another slot with tractor..lot is too small and trucks are parking just anywhere..even along the wall and on the turns..THIS PLACE NEEDS A MANAGER WITH A BACKBONE..AND TELL THESE RUDE DRIVERS HOW DRIVERS WERE BACK IN THE DAY WITH RESPECT TO OTHER DRIVERS BECAUSE THEIR IS NONE AT THIS PLACE....FOR SURE..AND TODAYS DRIVERS ARE NOTHING CLOSE TO THE GOOD OLD DRIVERS..

They always have the best gas prices in the Valley. Won't go anywhere else when we are in town but traveling we always find a Pilot or Flying Js to get our gas and 9 chances out of 10 they will have the lowest prices and if you have your rewards card you can get 3 cents off regular price

They do not honor our corporate discount with comdata for fuel.. there is nothing special about the store, no showers, and at times it's hard to get into a fuel island because halliburton and the like taking their 30 minute breaks at the pumps.I typically avoid this place. It's faster and easier to get fuel up at Kings, or I'll go to the Dallas Pike ta where I get my discount on fuel

Pump defaults to the highest-priced grade if you don't hit the button quick enough, so they lure you in with a well-priced low grade and then switch you to the highest grade unwittingly. Super shady, won't be going back.
