absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went with my friend and we were having a casual conversation in a PUBLIC place and one of the employees asked us to be quiet, even saying “just shut up” when I replied that I was unaware we were in a library. I think this experience was disgraceful and I simply will never return. Train your employees for customer service and if you have a volume requirement then post it at the front of the store. Honestly such a shame that this is the customer service that people have. He also needs a hair cut.

Great store!! Lots of quilt fabric. I bought a new sewing machine and the lady who sold it to me was exceptional!! I couldn't ask for better service!! I will definitely recommend to any one who sews.

Poorly managed. Understaffed.... dirty and disorganized. Used to work there. Has a decent selection for a very out dated store. Some employees are completely useless. But the app and coupons make it worth while to shop there when I don’t have the time to go to the East Liverpool store. Wish they carried a better selection of Happy Planner items and cross stitch supplies.

If you're not sure, JUST ASK!! The ladies who work here goes above and beyond the call of duty..they are truly knowledgeable and downright amazing at what they do! I had bought a used Cricut Explore Air 2, that only came with the machine and the power cord. I didn't have instructions, and researching for 2 weeks online, left me confused and unable to figure out how to get it to work. So I went to JoAnn Fabric to get help. Armed with a pen and paper, I asked the lady who cuts materials does she know about this machine. She gave me everything she knew!! To my surprise, she asked another lady she worked with that owns one, and she gave me more information as they bounced ideas off each other. The first lady walked me to the register. I thought she was doing something else, but instead she also asked the cashier doesn't she own a Cricut and what could she add? I'm standing there mouth gapped wide open, stunned in amazement!! They each told me what works and didn't work for them; they also mentioned videos that could help. I was ready to return it.. But wait, now I do have instructions. I came home and I did exactly what they suggested, and made sure not to do what didn't work for them...and low and behold, Within 5 minutes of returning home, I made my first iron on. I am so grateful! Kudos and thanks so much to the workers for turning a frown into the biggest smile ever!! Now I can say that I'm a Crafter!! Your kindness still moves me and I'm so very grateful!! I appreciate y'all very much! You all change your customers lives for the better, every single day....❤❤

I go here for their perfect, bright, and not expensive! Different color T-shirt's and Long sleeve shirt's. Plus! The staff has always been so nice, polite and really helpful.😁

This place is HUGE!!! All the selection you could ask for and then some. However the workers... that's another story. There was a girl who said it was her first day, and she was the best worker that was there!! She opened another register just to get me checked out sooner because I was in a rush.

This is a small dated store. It's clean and well stocked but an older shopping plaza. I can never find anyone who works here other than ONE cashier. Everytime... I swear it's like there is only one staff member working the front at a time. Crazy... but if I just need something quick I will come here.

I'm like a kid in the candy store when I go into Jo-Ann Fabrics. There's so many new crafting ideas that I have to remind myself that even with fantastic coupons I can't possibly take everything home at once. The checkout lines are often too busy for just one cashier, adding an additional cashier would pay for itself as well as thwart shop lifting. Knock, knock, Hey Joann Fabrics and Crafts, anyone listening?

Love,Love would be better if they carried a better seletion of Red Heart yarn and Clover Hooks.The staff is helpful.in whatever you need.Will give you tip's on thing's your undecided about.They are overall excellant.Both East Liverpool and Steubenville,but I really.haven't found one yet that isn't.

It's clean and neat, good amount of employees to help customers. The material prices looked high to me but there were alot of sales going on.
