This used to be a good place to shop. I would stop there almost every day after the game. Now Half of the time it's closed with plumbing issues. It's a Dollar tree people, what plumbing does it need. 90% of the time they say the bathroom is down anyway. They really need to get better management in their. I'm writing this as I sit in their parking lot and I've witnessed as least 20 people trying to walk in. Meanwhile staff is sitting in there with the door closed 🤔

Right next to planet fitness and Ollie’s. If you need something cheap, head on over to the dollar tree. Might be able to get the wife a wedding ring for the low low. Just don’t tell her you got it from here 😂😂

I love the Dollar tree..Its go much to choose from..The lady's who works there helpful and friendly.They even wrap up glassware up for me.Will be back again and again..

I visited the Dollar Tree in Steubenville, Ohio, today, and I had a great experience. I entered the store and looked around for paint supplies, and could not find them. A male associate walked up to me and offered help. I told him I was looking for a roller and a paint tray. He immediately took me to the area where I found exactly what I needed. I forgot to ask his name. Otherwise, I would mention it in this review. Thank you for having such a personable employee working today. I recommend this Dollar Tree to family and friends.8-25-2023. I visited the Dollar Tree near the Mall in Steubenville again today, and Jess helped me a couple of times find items and answer questions. I could not find extension cords, and she directed me to them. She also showed me where the energy drinks were. Jess saved the day because finding that extension cord would have taken me an extended time. Thanks, Dollar Tree, for having Jess available today and for her expertise in the location of stock in the store. She was awesome. I recommend Jess and this Dollar Tree location to family and friends. :)

Found lots of great stuff gor no slip Ganges 15 for 5 bucks, got some really nice storage bowls store was clean and well stocked but was missing a couple things I was looking for oh well next trip!

This place is a complete and udder joke. The manager there is a joke too. They just let customers steal items that another customer paid their hard earned money for from the self checkout. This is inexcusable. I would give them 0 stars if this review would post without giving at least 1.

Great shopping environment with a friendly and helpful staff. Products are easily accessible and usually well stocked, so none of those bare item racks or aisles as well as inventory carts strategically placed for your to straddle or trip over. Visit this retailer if you love paying a BUCK for merchandise that is surprisingly decent quality.

Rude workers, half of them either ignore you completely when you try to have a conversation with them or just do not care about the job they signed up for. Shelves barley have anything on them anymore. Store use to be really good to go to but now I barley go in the store because of it.

The manage there is always super rude, and today was a new extremely. Acted as if we were an inconvenience to her, had an attitude towards us and the other worker that was helping us, apparently doesn’t know how to use common words such as “thank you, please, you’re welcome, etc..”. She does not need to be a manager or work in retail with that kind of attitude because it makes customers that continuously shop in this store turn away, such as myself.

It is a typical dollar tree. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is laid out nicely. Organized very well. One of the cleanest dollar trees I have ever been to.

Love the Dollar tree, they get some cute seasonal decorations! The one problem I have with the entire plaza are the potholes ! They are so deep and literally everywhere...patiently waiting for them to be fixed

I love shopping here. The cashier I had today needs people skills. She's a cashier not supposed to be a judge of how anyone spends their money. Rude, Very Unpleasant.

Love the Dollar tree. Spent 40 got 40 items. Cashier was not friendly at all, however she did ask the lady behind me how she was n if she found everything ok.

Staff not to friendly today ... Your manager today was Quite rude. 2 times I seen this lady embarrass the same employee within 5 minutes. Are your employees not supposed to interact with customers? Maybe she's the reason you have a high turnover on this store.

The management is extremely rude talks about employees personal matters on the store floor with other Personnel during business hours management needs to understand that some young members may look up to them and when they do the last thing they would like to hear is that management was discussing their personal matters on the store floor during business hours and making a joke out of it future employees watch what you say two management it may be used against you

I love the fact everything in the store is a dollar in a stick to that guideline but I hate the fact that there is no cash return policy and some of there items r cheaply made.
