I was very disappointed with both the quality of the item I received (damaged,) and the service I recieved to correct the issue. Return process is cumbersome - the website directs you to email or call, when you email (twice) they tell you to call, then they rarely answer their phone when you call, and they return phone calls from a different number which slows down the whole process. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I was given a reference number and address, which clearly could have been send via email or left in a message, and I have to pay for shipping to return a faulty item. I'm very unimpressed and feel completely taken advantage of, both for money lost and the runaround I was given to get a measly $10 net refund.

I love this company, but the time it takes to get orders lately is crazy. This is my 3rd issue with the company. I ordered on October 27 and it is December 10th and nothing. What is going on? I would be happy if someone just said: “Hey, we are busy, expect 2 months for shipment.” That would be fine! At least I know ahead of time. I love their stuff here but it’s impossible now to get things in a reasonable amount of time. My suggestion is just to communicate better since your products are amazing. Thank you for your work for the Church.Update: they have really done such an improvement. I called to have an order for my mom’s birthday, and they made it happen. I wanted some items by Easter this year and they made it happen. Support small Catholic businesses!

I ordered some paintings online and both their website and order email said products are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. I never recieved a shipping confirmation email from them and after a month I called them for an update. The lady (Karen) who answered the phone didn't really apologize for the delay and brought up staffing issues as an excuse. She said she would contact me after she checked in on the order. No one called me back so I followed up and they still didn't look into it. This is almost a month and a half after I placed my order. No future credit, no discount or anything offered for their significant delay. The only thing offered was more excuses and an expectation for me to understand. I wanted to support their business but felt the just decision after everything was to cancel my order. They did provide me a prompt refund but their online service is dismal.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago online. I’ve called, no answer, so I left a voicemail, it’s been days with no call back. I gave 3 stars for receiving a product but 0 for customer service. I began to submit a dispute with my bank thinking this company was a scam. Also when I received my item a spider came out of the box.

They are very friendly and helpful. I love coming here. They take care of all my framing needs and handle all my work with care. They also have a large selection of religious items as well as art prints for sale.

I just had one of the most amazing visits with a young woman named Gemma. It's a beautiful store and I was blown away by how much is produced in house. Absolutely a quality place to visit.

The lady was nicer to her other customers. She acted as if I was bothering her. Very good work.... unfriendly customer service. The guy from the back was much nicer!!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order through their amazon shop, and paid a hefty fee for 2-day shipping, and it never shipped out-- 9 days later-- and I never got any communication or response from the company.
