The staff is very nice. Called about 9am. to see about getting my dog a bath and nail trim. They got me in at 1130am. They did an outstanding job on her nails, and she was good and clean.

My dog Love is not an easy dog to wash, but they are great with her and she loves them. She was a Rottweiler that was puppy milled for 4 years and treated badly, they have taken there time with her and now she is comfortable with them, so I'm happy about that 😊

Your idea of how animals should be taken care of was a hacked rush job and left the cat cut up and horrified. Literal bleeding cuts ALL OVER . And when approached you didn't even bother with an apology? Just full of excuses of how you hacked up this cat and now he's permanently terrified. Forced into returning half the funds when in all reality you should be paying at any cost for vet and meds and 💯 back . 0 stars and I hope everyone sees this and takes the warning. Animals are more then a pay check. You hurt this one and didn't care.

I personally work at wet your whiskers facility, I gave up my home renovation company last year and chose to start working here back in June. I have never loved my job more. I love coming to work and taking care of other peoples fur babies. My absolute top priority is your dog’s safety And I try to make their visit a good memory before they walk out the door. I love each and everyone of your dogs like I love my own. I literally take pleasure every day I’m going to work I don’t even consider it really a job because I literally love doing it and my babies love coming here, they have learned so many obedience tricks here as well

Love this place! They groom your fur baby when you drop em off! Not like other places that keep your pet in a kennel all day for hours. They do a great job and prices are competitive.

I need a place to get my dogs nails trimmed and other things. I called and was able to get him in the same day. It was awesome. The staff are super friendly and caring. They made me feel good about bringing my dog there. I highly recommend, super great from start to finish. Not pricey either and they have all kinds treats, toys, food and accessories for your pet. It’s a great place and easy to get to! My dog went in happy and left happy and that makes me happy!

The service was excellent!!! The young lady that assisted me with my doggie Shadow is so sweet & patient. This was our first visit & I will definitely be returning. They have full service, or you can bathe your dog yourself. Everything you need & how much you need is available & it's included in the fee. You can also take all the time you need to get the job done, no time limit. It was so much better than doing it at home in your bathtub & they even cleanup after you!!! I highly recommend this place

I originally had only 4 stars. I now have it at 5 stars. Wet your Wiskers is the best dog wash/groomers in Springfield! We have been bringing our boys (Rudy & Simon) for years now. There is no other place I would ever recommend than them. The staff are so friendly and loving of our kiddo's. Check them out...you won't be sorry!

Bailey did a FANTASTIC job on our golden retrievers nails. Always friendly they let us go back with him to hold and talk to him while getting his nails cut and filed

45 min individual attention for each dog, prices are the usual prices for dog grooming. Clean, quick and friendly service.This is a review I posted 6 months ago however their services have quickly deteriorated. I took my two dogs in today and when we pick them up one worker told us that our dog had nipped him. We were surprised because he had never done so before but we apologize paid the bill when home. When are dog got into the house we noticed his back left foot was bleeding a lot. We went back to the place and a person named Samantha told us that things happen people have bad days however I explained to her if her worker had been honest and simply told us that he had had an accident and had hurt the dog we wouldn't have been too upset because he was honest. Instead he blamed the dog. Then Samantha told us oh by the way there was a note about our dogs saying they had to be muzzled to have their nails trimmed. We have been there two times before and no one has ever told us that they have had to muzzle our dogs to trim their nails. And the first time they did our dogs we were watching them through the window they did not muzzle them. Are dogs are 7 years old they've been groomed all their lives and we've never had a problem. However I cannot with good conscience recommend this place if you love your dogs as much as we love ours you will not take your dogs to this shop. They are not honest and they do not care if they hurt your dog.

Update: Still take my old Pug here as well as my young terrier, 2 years later. They are still awesome. My terrier was very scared his first time. The young woman from the back came out and did his claws while I held him. It took less than 10 minutes!Great people, they love pets and my pets love them!Its a fast simple drop off, they call you 30 min after and your pup sits clean and secure in a crate until you come back.

Took both my German shepherd pups ( 9 months old) in for grooming. Well one of them was absolutely terrified and lost her fool mind. I had to stay with her the whole time so they could do their job. But they did an awesome job calming her and getting a complete grooming in. Very pleased! They worked hard for that money.

We love going here for nail trimmings. They are very affordable and always do so great with our doggie even though she is a pretty big jerk about getting her nails done. I highly recommend this place.

My puppy is very nervous and I had been putting off taking her to the groomer for a nail trim because I was so worried about stressing her out or her lashing out from fear. I called ahead and they said that I could just bring her in, and they would see what they could do. When I went in, they immediately got down to my pup's level and talked so nicely to her. My pup tucked her tail initially, but the groomer did a really nice job at letting her warm up to them. They took her back and I could hear they were talking so sweetly to her. She does scream, because she's dramatic, but they were totally understanding. When they brought her back out, they gave her some treats as a reward. We were in and out in about 15 minutes and they did such a nice job on her nails. They also sell some nice toys and grooming products. Highly recommend!

They were wonderful. Both my dog's look great. One is a pit mix and they didn't have a problem with grooming her. Most places won't do a pity mixed or not. Not that she is a problem she's a big baby.

I have been taking my dog there for about 6 months. Their prices always vary for the same service. One of my dogs goes there to get a haircut the other I took there one time for a bath. The one time bath has cost me so much more than what they charged me. Apparently he came home with extreme moisture in his ear. Obviously we didn't notice until he showed signs of an ear infection. We took him into the vet and she said if we would have waited two more days he would have lost all hearing in that ear. I walked out with a 150.00 vet bill. He's four years old and has never had an ear infection. He has had a few flare ups since then which cost me around 50.00 each in vet bills. I will never take him there again! I do still take my other dog for a haircut. They had done a decent job of shaving her down until this last time. She was given to me with an open wound on her leg. They usually do not shave her legs. This time she had a big bald strip on the back of her front leg leading up to an open wound at the top. I picked her up and they didn't say anything about it. I didn't notice until I got home. She was lying on the carpet and when she got up there was a blood stain. Needless to say I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend them for anything! Some other places have a longer wait list, but it's worth it! I started going here because they could almost always get me in the next day. Beware!!
