This Walmart is not a bad store. The customer service is very friendly and the store is well kept up. Only problem is when i enter, there was no carts in the cart garage. I had to get one from out in the parking lot.

Another Super Walmart, this time I was on the hunt for discounted antique glow led lights, brickseek was exactly right, found what I was looking for at 75% off for Great Value brand. Nice lady clerk back in lawn and garden checked us out. It's on the outskirts of East Springfield, but worth it if you are driving through.

Out of all Walmarts I've been in, including in the same city as this one on Tuttle...this is the dirtiest. It's ALWAYS just cluttered. The bathrooms are horrific 95% of the time. You can't even walk through the MAIN aisle by the fitting rooms because of the clothes in the aisle. There's always at least 5 or 6 large racks full of clothes. Asni mentioned, in the MAIN aisle. There's also so much opened food and trash throughout the store on the shelves.

I like Walmart usually, but this Walmart is always dirty. If a store has to have armed security at the doors how safe can it really be? They do have a good selection and the shelves are well stocked but I will goto another Walmart where I don't feel like I have to carry while I shop.

Been in parking lot of the pick up my whole pick up time. I've seen about 5 different employees but it only moves one car at a time. Staff walking around like they could care less. Help me understand the pick up process because if I get a text telling me it's ready then it shouldn't take that long. Seems like they are making them as they go. Another Staff member is about to come around and take our names again after another one already did and after we all have checked in! I asked an employee how long and she doesn't know. This is ridiculous!! This Walmart is really going downhill!!

I parked my 18 wheeler in a very quiet and safe corner towards the back of the lot, went in, found everything I needed, staff were very friendly and it was very clean.

This store is cleaner than bechtle + my new go to store, but everything is locked up and it's super frustrating + there's not much you can do about it. Also, found out Walmart doubled the price of my moisturizer from $5- $10. shop small !!!

Every time I go in there there is two or three walkers constantly following me and then some of the employees are watching me at the register so what I do kill em with kindness bring out a big role of cash and make them look stupid but it does get old being followed when I don't steal we have money

Rotated tires on friends truck. Didn't tighten driverside lugs. Drove 70mph and vibration occured. Investigated and found lugs loose and one missing.Unreal.Left off oil cap off after service before. Found cap on mechanics bench...after all oil disappeared.

This is the worst Walmart. I ordered one photo from their one hour photo yesterday and it said it would be ready in three hours. I drive twenty minutes to this Walmart, and they say their printer is down. No problem! The next day I get an email saying my ONE photo is ready. I drive twenty minutes to the Walmart and they tell me that their printer just started working and prints won’t be ready until later in the day or the next. So why send an email saying it’s ready??? I will never use their “one hour photo” again.

These 5 stars are for Shelly and Scott who work the closing shift at the self check out. I shop this location very frequently and I am always 1 of the last customers to check out. I always seem to have some kind of issue when I check out and these 2 are ALWAYS very helpful. I tried to use the Scan and Go recently and did not ring up some items correctly. I was completely embarrassed & would have been mortified if it would not have been noticed. Not only did Shelly and Scott help me figure it out, as they always do, they was very prfofessional, friendly, and understanding throughout the entire process. They always make my shopping trips at this store a great experience. I hope a manager sees this review and rewards them for the EXCELLENT job they do and for showing some of the best customer service I have seen. Thank you Shelly & Scott!! You both are doing a great job!! ☺️

A friend went to pick up money sent via walmart2walmart, his two friends were with him, who happened to be two young black men, him white, and they refused to give him the funds because per THE MANAGER “there was two colored guys with him and it was suspicious”

It seems that no-one was familiar with the gluten free food. Here I was looking all over for the items I needed. I didn't have my phone with me. I was frustrated.. It is hard to get the things I needed for my diet. I know you have gluten free food but I don't like to run from one end of the store to the other side when I received very little help.

I go to Walmart on Tuttle road in Springfield at least five times a week. I have a special needs grandson that I have custody of and they are very limited on each side entrance of handicap parking every time I go there and they are all always taken. The greeters and the workers do their best with everything they have to work with I love the employees there are usually always very friendly and helpful to the best of their ability. But as far as Walmart as a company they suck the shelves are never stocked, I start buying one product and get used to it and then the next thing you know they no longer carry it. Walmart you need to do better for your customers. And don't even get me started on the self-checkout bull if I wanted a job there I would apply I don't want to work when I go grocery shopping.

I go here for shopping all the time. You guys need to work on service dog education for your workers. I should NOT have the same workers cooing and talking to my service dog even after I tell them to stop. I will try and educate them every time, but really, something needs to happen.

Good when it’s slow. Overheard two employees talking about the restroom. She went into a stall that had no toilet paper. Besides the coworker she was talking to, another laughed at her from across several aisles in the store. All I could think was “humorous “ but who is responsible for replenishing the toilet paper??!!!!

I had bought a mini fridge from Walmart on Bechtel and it was all dented, I returned it to this Walmart and they gave my money back. The customer service workers were very nice and friendly! The replacement was in perfect condition!

I never thought about Walmart stores varing from different regions. It makes sense from State to State. But in the same Town c'mon? The Walmart on Tuttle Rd, The Check-Out Always Always Long. Your Lucky if there is an Employee working a Cash Register. Inventory get squirrelly at times. Some Items in Pet Center are Cheaper. The walmart at the Bechtel Av. location, has a better experience, It's better with their Inventory as More and Stocked. The pricing is correct, This location seems bigger, has updated Checkout Scanners. Why Do Some Shoppers Think It's Ok To Place the Frozen Chicken they wanted minutes ago, but to put it on the candy isle section or inside an aquarium in the Pet section?? Be Respectful Of Other Consumers, I'm Soo Leary Of Walmart Meats, Bc Some Folks Soo Damn Lazy And Reckless With Their Lives. Loaf of Bread Does NOT go in the fresh poultry section. Jeesh..

It’s Walmart. There is no long winded explanation here. The customer service desk is usually nice. The staff around the building is usually ignoring you and the auto center is usually good with some occasional mistakes as i am a repeat customer.

Walmart is a great place to shop compare prices and search for new products. A clearance section is always full of useful goods, especially during holidays. The nutrition aisle has everything from vitamins to workout supplements. Groceries, automotive, computer and electronics.
