So rude when trying to return pants that I bought like 3 days ago. they tried to say that I purposefully put a hole in them so that they can’t resell them. How does returning pants that I paid for benefit me at all? I’m just getting my money back, I’m not making any extra money.. so how does it make any sense to say that I did it on purpose?? anyway, they wouldn’t return them so now I’m stuck with $50 pants that my fiance can’t wear to work. Terrible customer service!

Great place, got a fantastic pot for my venus flytraps on clearance! Still a great place to shop until the Hatian gangs that have overrun Springfield start shopping here, assault the customers.

The store is great, and people are friendly. The reason for the 1 star is the disregard for chicks in their tubs. Pasty butt on over 50% of the chicks I looked at. We saw one dead chick and 3 others on their way out. It's easy to remove pasty butt with some warm water and a little time. I hope this was just someone not doing their job rather than rural king as a whole.

Absolutely 💯 love shopping here. The company values its customers and the community they build in. Their give back policies are spot on! Plus, it's a bonus that my dogs and cat can come in periodically and shop. It builds their social skills when they get a bit of attention from employees and customers.

Gun counter was closed due to short staff.. Went right next door and got my gun from Dunham's fore same price. Travis at Dunham's knows his stuff.. Probably not returning to RK for a while.

Courtney (the woman reviewing paper work) for some reason just didn’t want to review paper work for the gun I was buying. Took every gun off the table but saved mine for last. The person in front of me was gone for 45 minutes. But she was hell bend on making it take a hour. A guy just got his paperwork printed out. Oh let me take that instead of the person waiting for 45 minutes after the paperwork was printed off. I’ll go back to Huber Heights store. Don’t believe my story, check your video of what she doing.

This store has everything you could ask for. RK tractors (I have one and it is a nice machine), mowers, every kind of farm equipment you could ask for and more. Good feed prices too! Rural king is definitely my go to store for anything I need on the farm.

Everything you need if you live in rural America or not! Located in a former Kmart, this store is huge and has an unbelievable selection of clothing to farm supplies to anything needed for your home! An experience worth having with the entire family!

I went to rural king today with my granddaughter and went to go see the baby chicks and while we were over there one of the employees came over and started to kick the tubs and then proceeded to pick two of the babies up and threw one down the path and in the trash then the other one she put back in the tub and said " Ill come back in a few when it stop breathing" my granddaughter made a report and she toldThe customer service and has been talking about how cruel it was since she witnessed it and said that she only 12 and new how to respect dead animals 😢.... DISSAPOINTIING

Rural King is my #1 place to shop for my lawn and garden supplies. They also have a good selection of hardware at reasonable prices. All the workers I've interacted with were very helpful. I only wish there were more mobility assist devices, (electric mobility scooter chairs), as I am disabled.

Cashiers. Two blonde teen girls were being very unprofessional towards customers including me all because I had troubles with my tap to pay and my card was in the car. They should not be acting that way at all. They were disrespectful and gave a lot of attitude when I was leaving and even clapped they’re hands and made disgusting faces towards me when they said “have a great day” and the other goes “YUP! Have a great day.” Get better employees. Love the store but it has changed with those two girls working there.

They have all of their leftovers on clearance. But you have to hurry or all that will be left are sizes noone can wear or the other kinds of things no one wants. No service anywhere. Prices weren't marked well or at all.
