If I could give negative stars I would. The employees all bad mouth each other this is the 3rd time I have been in this store and no one knows anything about curbside pick up although they offer it. They never have the items in stock and today I was told that an item I ordered was something that not only didn't match upc or product number but the bags definitely didn't. I was informed I was wrong by the manager and I had ace on the phone that was telling me I was correct. I have always used ace and I love it but I won't anymore due to this is the only one here. Worst worst worst store I have been in.

Not much of a hardware store. Need a 1/4" nipple. Sorry.... go to lowes. They do have lotion though. Smh.

Just don't go for keys no one will ever wait on you. 4 trips later..... still no keys. Other wise if you can do it on your own...its great

Ordered extensions for my shop vac for gutter cleaning that I could not find at Lowe's. Living in another part of town, I forget sometimes to check here. The transaction went very efficiently.

I came to Ricky's Ace Hardware today to get paint for my wood burning stove. The gentleman who helped me guided me to the paint and several other things on my list. Rocky's is my "go to", I know I'll find it here and not have to walk miles to get it. Thank you!

Always friendly people and have pretty much all ya need without having to drive across town to the big box stores for paint, nuts, bolts, screws, caulking, sandpaper, some tools, yard equipment, grills and such.

The place was clean, and the people was very friendly. The only thing was I tried to get something and when I took it up to the register to check out, they said it wasn't on clearance. It wasn't my fault it wasn't, but they actually acted like I was trying to steal it or something. I told them I found it in the clearance isle and I'm not a liar. It wasn't my fault that someone else might have picked it up and put it there. I wont be going back.

Great little neighborhood hardware store. Have about anything you might need. A little pricey but not having the massive inventory to order, it's understandable. But on the plus side. Saves me gas and a further drive to Lowe's or Home Depot.

My 73 yr old mother bought a Stihl saw, we had problems with it. We are novices, each time we needed service and to express our disappointment we were treated with EXCELLENT SERVICE BY Ace (Area Manager) and Dana the store manager! We will shop here more often! Thank you!

Went for one specific item which they had but only in a smaller size. Still made a purchase, opting for a different brand and type. Got help right when I wanted it without being approached as soon as I entered the store, this is a plus for me. Got some advice that sounded good, we'll see if it works. Good service at checkout. The downside was no larger size and it felt a little pricy. The upside support local business, keep neighborhood stores alive.

I give this place a 5 stats because the workers are very friendly and helpful. They can be busy doing something and you can need their help. But they don't make you at all feel as if your bothering them. I recommend them highly.

You can expect to pay more than one of the mega stores but for that extra you pay you expect service. At this store you will be left to walk the aisle in search of anyone who can help. Twice in the past week I've picked up something at had the price ring up higher than the shelf price. Not once did they say so much as "sorry". I guess they had expected to keep getting away with it.One of the large women at the check out doesn't so much as say thank you, just shoves your receipt in the bag and keeps her jowls grinding while chit chatting with the other portly checkout girl.Walmart bound.

Local, still has a selection of actual hardware,(nails, screws, bolts) and tools.Priced pretty high, but local.Employees not like it used to be, don't know as much, and don't seem to care, don't get a key cut there, not worth the hassle.If you know what you are getting, and don't want to drive all the way to the bigger hardware stores, it's an option.

They started a new sales ad today, hanging baskets for Mother's Day. I arrived around 9: am. they said oh I'm sorry we haven't received our truck yet. I was just there on Tuesday and they told me when the sales ad started and suggested I wait. The sales clerk said that's not our fault. I'm sorry yes it is,no rain check offered. Terrible service, the cheapest gallon of paint 30.00 .This place sucks, I'll never go back.

2 employees standing and talking ignoring me. When they finally finished I was asked "what do you need". No hello, good day, etc. Terrible customer service. Awful selection. Save yourself the time and just go to Lowes.

We will never ever shop here again. My husband went in there today to get me a hanging basket and was followed all around the store up until he checked out. Nobody else was followed or even looked at. I feel that was major racial profiling as he happened to be the only black man in the store. From now on we will do our shopping at another hardware store.
