So I dropped in here and I actually thought this was a brand new store because I hadn’t really noticed it before but it is not a new store.So when you hit this place you’re going to think hey this is nice new clean very courteous well laid out.The clerk behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful well-kept professional.I think this might’ve been the first Rite Aid I’ve ever visited in my life and I got to say I’d give them a thumbs up.It’s really pretty much a convenience store with the pharmacy but after all I guess that is what you would expect when you look for a Rite Aid.

No wait, medications are cheaper without even using my insurance than my copay at CVS/CareMark. Best pharmacy experience.

I returned to my hometown, Springfield, in Aug 1982 and shopped at the former SuperAid Pharmacy prior to RiteAid becoming the new owner of the pharmacy. I have had nothing but exemplary service since then and have no desire to change pharmacies; am more than satisfied with the service I continue to receive each time I visit this location.

I am so very sorry that I bothered your employees with my purchase. Next time I’ll drive 2 blocks to Walgreens so that I don’t interrupt you sitting on the counter with your back to the customers talking to your friend/coworker about whatever is more important than doing your job.

And that’s just because I can’t choose zero stars. First off, with everything going on, the pharmacy employees try to force you to come in the store to sit and wait for medicine. If you don’t you have to wait 3x longer. Which is ridiculous. Also the inside and outside of this store is very dirty. Def save your time and go to Walgreens across the street! Better employees and cleaner store

Listen Rite Aid Corp, I don't know if you know this, but I have gone to this Rite Aid for random things every now and then. But Randy, the guy I believe is the manager, has to be the most A+ customer service guy I have ever met. Many rite aids you walk into and sometimes wonder if anyone at all. But he is always there and is looking to be the most helpful. You ask what you need, and he finds it. All I am saying, is this guy needs to get the due credit because I bet you all don't know how awesome he is.

This is the worst store experience with a pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Just plain rude and I'm spending my money. The employees think I'm doing them a favor by waiting on me. I had a verbal altercation with one and was threatened in parking lot. I'll Never shop at rite aid again.

i love my rite aid pharmacy, i love my black female pharmacist, i loved paulette, the recently retired pharmacy tech but i have had a couple experiences with one particular pharmacist that has left a bad taste in my mouth...he is the younger male. one month he says my prescription wont go through until 4 days before, the next month it is 3 days and then this month, not until the day! i call and speak to another pharmacy tech and she says (3 days before it is due) yup, it went through. who the hell is this guy to decide whether or not i get my NON narcotic meds when my insurance will let it go through?! he is not a dr!, he is not MY dr. i do not appreciate being treated like i am a junky who is abusing her meds just because i try to get all my meds filled while i am there especially when i know they will go through. he needs to be fired!

I am a cancer patient and everytime my doctor calls in my medicine I have to wiat antil the next day to get it and they refuse to answer the phone. Gonna transfer my whole familis scripts to CVS
