I've gone into this PetSmart many times now and used their curbside as well. This PetSmart is always superb. Clean, easy to find everything well stocked. Every employee has been amazing, sweet and helpful. A huge shout-out to Alisha here though as she has fixed any small issues I have had with such grace and kindness. Truly goes out of her way for people she doesn't know. She's an employee who goes above and beyond every step of the way. We can all take some notes from her! Thanks for always being such a great experience!

Was sold 7 diseased ghost shrimp. Several were infested with horsehair worms. Had to remove all from tank when they began dying one by one. One very large horsehair worm exited one and luckily I was able to retrieve and remove it from my tank. I'll never buy live fish from them ever again. Okay for accessories and plants, although beware- they don't separate semi-aquatic plants from aquarium plants. I learned the hard way- so buyer beware. Make sure you read labels thoroughly and do your research.

We went in on a spontaneous adventure and decided to get a bearded dragon. Joelle, the store associate was hands down the best with the whole experience from start to finish!!! She was the best! My husband and I will definitely be back!!

I have lived here 5 months,been there 4 times,the first time,I walked in and had a man help me get the things I needed,then he went outside to gather carts,I proceeded to the register and said hello,is there a cashier available please,and the manager walked out from a little office and rudely asked how i got in,I said both your doors are wide open mamn,and a young man helped me,she proceeded to rudely say they were closed and got on her walkie talkie and rudely asked the cart gatherers why I was in the store,because they were closed,unbeknownst to me,not being from here,she let one of them check me out,so i just left feeling like some unwelcome intruder. next 2 visits were great. Then two nights ago,Dec.2nd at 7:45pm,i got $45 worth of stuff,got to the register,and was ONE PENNY SHORT,literally ONE PENNY,..and she rudely insulted me in front of all other customers and said,You dont have another penny mamn?Your a penny short! I said,I can walk to my car and bring one back in,very embarrassed ,and she said,Well,sigh,Ill cover you this time mamn,but next time,etc... I was literally flabbergasted! I brought the penny back in,handed it to her and said,I really hope you dont treat anyone else the way you just treated me mamn,Happy Holidays and Happy New Year. Yet these same people want you to adopt animals from them,WOW...JUST,WOW! I have 3 rescues and am doing the best I can.THAT,was an experience I shall never,ever...forget,even if I tried. Thank You Petsmart for being so kind and warmhearted this holiday season. Im now a Chewy shopper,and found their prices are cheaper on my products.I should thank that cashier! Happy Holidays.

PetSmart is a great pet store. It's clean they always have everything I need in stock. The staff is very friendly. They don't sell dogs. So the are not a supporter of large scale puppy Mills. That is a great idea and businesses model. And a major reason why I chose to do business with them.as a company.they have everything you need for every one of your pets

This PetSmart is nice and all of their employees are wonderful. They're extremely kind, caring and help. Very interactive with your pups and remember you. The grooming salons amazing even with pups that have extreme anxiety. They take their time and let them warm up to them. You care tell they definitely love animals. The GM named Alisha is so nice, she's also very knowledgeable and helpful.

If your thinking about putting your dog through training I really like petsmart training for one it's affordable. I looked around and everyone wanted a couple grand I couldn't control my pitbul she was growing and was over powering me but it was really important to me to socialize her I highly recommend Bo he has taught me and my dogs a lot he's really good with my dogs and they are responding very well.

Me and my kiddos had a great experience here.. even tho a little short handed with only one person able to take ur animal out for you, they were patient with us being that we were getting both my daughter and son new pets with set up. Not to mention they have a few cute cats and kittens that need new homes, even one that goes by grumpy Patty who seems to have given up hope. Our animals are still alive and well, so no issues there. Will be driving back here.

I like to come here with my dog, to look at the animals/products/adoptable cats, and to come see adoptable dogs when a rescue brings them in. I appreciate that PetSmart supports adoption by having rescued dogs and cats rather than selling puppies and kittens. The employees have also been friendly and welcoming. The only reason I put four stars instead of five is because I wish they didn't sell any live animals at all and only had rescued, adoptable animals available.

Usually pretty good. If you're in a niche animal hobby looking for supplies you can typically find a little something close to what you're looking for. Most of the staff knows what they're talking about and if they don't, you'll likely know it based on your own knowledge of the topic (at least that's how it feels for me). If I need something, I almost always start here first.

They helped me with my newly acquired betta fish Jornathan. I described my current aquarium and what I was working with. They suggested a mystery snail as a tank mate and were able to show me some food options. The wait for the cashier is the only thing that could of been better. To be fair she said it was a shift change. But 10 minutes was still a tad on the long side.
