I love this place. The employees there are always so nice and appreciate their help. I came into the store on April 3rd. My dog has been having stomach issues with certain foods. One of the employees and nice gentleman recommended a food from your product line. So far so good. My dog loves it. Thank you, I appreciate it and I appreciate your knowledge on your products

I took my dog here recently to use the self-bathing service. Overall, my experience was fine. The employees there were friendly and one brought treats over for my dog. The bathing area looks very nice and well kept.However, there are some improvements I think would be great for this business and the self bathing service. Training employees to sound more happy and peppy when they answer the phone would be much more inviting. It would also be good if employees at least asked if you need a walk through on how to use everything in the self bathing area. I know everything is pretty straight forward overall, but it just feels like a better customer service experience to have someone willing to walk the customer through everything so you don't have to figure everything out on your own. The dryer was not on and it was not explained that the light switch turns it on. I had to reach with the dryer hose to switch it on and then guess to see if the light switch was what turned it on. It would also be nice if disposable gloves were provided. I brought my dog in because she rolled in something very gross and smelly, and I had to wash her with my bare hands. 🤢 Happy hoodies would also be nice for the dogs' sake (it's just a fabric thing that goes around the dog's ears for while you're drying them with the loud dryer). I also didn't love the design of the tubs requiring either lifting the dog into the tub or guiding them precariously up wet stairs to climb over the tub ledge to get in (as lovely as dogs are, they can be pretty clumsy), but I understand there may not be a lot of options to change this since this is how the tubs are designed. Again, overall my experience was fine and these things wouldn't stop me from coming back, but these improvements would certainly be nice. I would be glad to update my review if I come back and see that these changes have been applied. 🙂

Nathan is great, super helpful! Pet Supplies is getting rid of the rabbit pellets I’ve been getting for years, which is disappointing, but Nathan helped me purchase the last of it they had in the store for a great price!

We utilized their self-service wash bay for our dog who had found some deer poop to roll around in. The associate was very helpful, as this was my first time doing something like this. They provided all of the essentials to get my best friend back to new. I had unlimited time & resources all for only $5. Great experience & great value

I love shopping here for my fur babies! The workers here are so helpful, polite, and know what they're doing and talking about when it comes to our furry, scaled, and fishie bestfriends. Never not once had a bad experience here and I absolutely love shopping here over most other pet stores in my area!

The staff are amazing!! They never fail to greet me with a smile & are so helpful. Always the best products, fast service & no hassle. I stop in 3x a week to get crickets, not a single bad experience. Petsmart is overpriced & has the worst vibes. Thank you for the positive & kind atmosphere.

I almost never leave reviews, but the staff here deserves the praise! I purchased some grocery store fish that died almost immediately, and the staff here helped me (and my first-time fish owning kids) recover from that quickly . . . moments from closing time! The staff members were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. In the following days, Nathan in particular was really helpful. He is their "fish guy," I guess, and he was patient with all of my thirty questions!

Excellent pet store! I have never had a bad experience at one of their stores. They even ordered in a specific flavor of canned food for my 16 yr old picky eater and are going to try to keep it in stock for us. Excellent all the way around!!!

I want to give a huge shout out to Nathan. He was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He took his time teaching me about the best dog food options for my puppy.Also, the store was clean and well stocked. This was my first time at this location and I will be returning.

My tiny frog needed a light for his house. I stopped here to check what they had. A young woman greeted me, and let me shop. When I DID need help, she was very helpful, super sweet, and just a pleasant person to deal with. Prices are a little higher at this store, but I find the personal service well worth it.

My experience was amazing at the Springfield, Ohio Pet Supplies Plus. I decided to get a hamster and an employee (Emily) helped me gather everything in between my first trip and second trip. She was resourceful on everything I would need, and when I looked up the supplies later on Youtube, they were all recommended by professional caretakers of hamsters. I would definitely suggest going to this pet store!

I went in looking for collars. I needed 2 for bully pitbulls was able to find exactly what I needed . I had to come back because I got one collar to big and the exchange was very easy and simple. I recommend going to them for other stuff as well with the do it your self bath .
